	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Adaptar la programació al grup al qual va destinada i elaborar el material que calgui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Coordinació de les activitats d'aula, de pràctiques formatives i d'alternança professional : control de l'alumnat, definició i supervisió de tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Responsabilitzar-se de tot tipus de material que els sigui lliurat per a la realització d'activitats, així com d'elaborar inventaris de material. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Fer les pertinents valoracions de l'aprenentatge i evolució dels alumnes treballadors respecte dels mòduls. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Responsabilitzar-se del bon funcionament de la seva especialitat formativa, evitant actitud negligent o de “desídia” cap a les activitats que hagin de realitzar i cap a l'alumnat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Obligar al compliment d'horaris, normes, drets i deures dels alumnes treballadors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Complir i fer complir les normes de seguretat i salut corresponent a la feina que estiguin realitzant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Participar a les reunions de l'equip docent, l'equip del projecte o amb altres àrees internes municipals sempre que la situació o el moment ho requereixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Coordinar-se amb els tècnics municipals de referència de la/les àrees implicades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DURADA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;Contracte de durada determinada vinculat a programes finançats amb fons europeus de 12 mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;COST SALARIAL MENSUAL BRUT APROXIMAT PER JORNADA COMPLETA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.134,65€/mensuals amb pagues extres incloses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es tracta de la creació d'una borsa per cobrir les necessitats relatives a les circumstàncies que permeten nomenar personal laboral segons allò que preveu l'article 11 TREBEP i l'article 18 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base 2ª.- Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Per prendre part a les proves selectives els aspirants han de posseir&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;o complir, en la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de sol·licituds, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Ser espanyol o ciutadà d'un dels restants estats membres de la Unió&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Europea o d'aquells estats en els quals sigui d'aplicació la lliure circulació de&amp;nbsp;treballadors, en els termes prevists a la llei estatal que regula aquesta matèria,&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;amb excepció de les places per a les quals a les bases específiques es limiti l'accés als aspirants de nacionalitat espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En virtut de la Llei Orgànica 8/2000, de 22 de desembre, de reforma de la LO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4/2000 sobre drets i llibertats dels estrangers a Espanya i la seva integració Social, i del RD 864/2001 del Reglament d'execució, tenen dret d'accés a l'administració pública com a personal laboral els estrangers residents legalment a Espanya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Tenir 16 anys complits i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#232323; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El personal docent que ha d'impartir un certificat de professionalitat haurà de reunir els requisits específics que s'hi inclouen. Aquests requisits han de garantir el domini dels coneixements i tècniques relacionades amb la unitat de competència a què està associat el mòdul, a més disposar de competència docent (article 13 del Reial decret 34/2008, de 18 de gener).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#232323"&gt;El personal docent que ha d'impartir especialitats formatives haurà d'acreditar que compleix amb els requisits que estableix el programa formatiu de l'especialitat formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;d) No patir cap malaltia ni disminució física o psíquica que impedeixi el normal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;exercici de les funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) No haver estat separat del servei de l'Estat, de l'administració local o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;autonòmica o dels organismes que en depenguin per cap expedient disciplinari,&amp;nbsp;ni trobar-se inhabilitat per a l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Igualment, no estar sotmès a sanció disciplinària o condemna penal que en el&amp;nbsp;seu estat impedeixi l'accés a la funció pública, si es tracta d'aspirants que no&amp;nbsp;tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola d'acord amb el que s'estableix a la lletra a)&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d'aquesta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica d'acord amb la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana de nivell B2 mitjançant un&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;certificat expedit per l'EBAP, o bé pels títols, diplomes i certificats homologats&amp;nbsp;establert a l'Ordre del Conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de&amp;nbsp;febrer de 2013, per la qual es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats&amp;nbsp;equivalents als certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció&amp;nbsp;General de Cultura i Jovent (BOIB núm. 34, de 12-03-2013) o per Certificat&amp;nbsp;expedit per la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut de la Conselleria&amp;nbsp;d'Educació, Cultura i Joventut, que segons el Decret 6/2012, de 3 de febrer,&amp;nbsp;sobre avaluació i certificació de coneixements de català, (BOIB número 19, de&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;07-02-2012), garanteixi els coneixements de català exigits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquest document acreditatiu s'haurà de presentar dins el termini d'admissió de sol·licituds al&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;procés selectiu, sense que es puguin presentar en cap altre moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:#232323; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;k) S'han de contractar els docents que estiguin inscrits en el Registre de persones formadores de les Illes Balears (REFOIB) segons el Decret 18/2019, de 15 de març, pel qual es crea i es regula el Registre de persones formadores per impartir accions formatives dirigides a obtenir certificats de professionalitat de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- Tots els requisits exigits i mèrits que se vulguin al·legar s'han de posseir el dia en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i s'han de mantenir durant el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;.- En qualsevol moment del procés selectiu, si el Tribunal té&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;coneixement que algun dels aspirants no compleix els requisits exigits per a la&amp;nbsp;convocatòria, n'haurà de proposar l'exclusió a la Batlia, amb l'audiència prèvia&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de l'interessat, fent constar les causes que justifiquen la proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Batlia resoldrà el que procedeixi en dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Base 3ª.- Presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.- Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han de presentar en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament dins el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5 dies naturals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, comptadors a partir de l'endemà del dia de la publicació de les Bases al BOIB, i s'han de dirigir a la Batlia de l'Ajuntament d'Esporles. Es recomana que es prioritzi la presentació per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;seu electrònica: https://esporles.eadministracio.cat/&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També es poden presentar en la forma prevista a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de que no es presenti la sol·licitud presencialment al registre de l'Ajuntament o a través de seu electrònica és &lt;strong&gt;obligatori&lt;/strong&gt;, per agilitzar el procediment, que l'interessat enviï justificant de presentació de la sol·licitud al correu electrònic:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; ajuntament@esporles.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El model de sol·licitud ve recollit a l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A l'imprès de sol·licitud (ANNEX 1) els interessats faran constar que reuneixen tots els requisits exigits a la Base d'aquesta convocatòria, a la data de l'expiració del termini assenyalat per la presentació de sol·licituds i els mèrits que vulguin adjuntar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.- A més de les dades de caràcter personal i professional que han de constar a la sol·licitud, els aspirants hi han de consignar les dades i acompanyar la documentació que s'assenyala a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a) &lt;/strong&gt;Indicar la plaça a la qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b) &lt;/strong&gt;Manifestar que es reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides a les bases, referides sempre a la data d'acabament del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds. Aquesta manifestació no serà extensiva al requisit del coneixement de la llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c) &lt;/strong&gt;Acreditar el requisit del coneixement de la llengua catalana. Per a l'acreditació d'aquest requisit s'ha de presentar, juntament amb la sol·licitud, el certificat emès per la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitat o equivalent, que correspongui al nivell de coneixements fixat per a la plaça a la qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;d) &lt;/strong&gt;Adjuntar fotocòpia del document nacional d'identificació i en el cas de no ser espanyol, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e) &lt;/strong&gt;Adjuntar fotocòpia del títol acadèmic exigit a la convocatòria (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica d'haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;f) &lt;/strong&gt;Adjuntar els mèrits que se vulguin al·legar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;g) &lt;/strong&gt;Adjuntar document justificatiu del pagament de la taxa de &lt;strong&gt;18,00€ &lt;/strong&gt;per participació a processos selectius publicada al BOIB núm. 147 de data 2 de desembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- La Batlia, per si mateixa o a proposta del Tribunal qualificador, podrà sol·licitar, a l'efecte procedent, que les persones interessades acreditin els punts on es suposa que han incorregut en inexactitud o falsedat a l'hora de formular la sol·licitud corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.- Si la sol·licitud presentada no compleix els requisits assenyalats a la convocatòria, es requerirà als interessats, mitjançant publicació en el tauler d'edictes i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, per tal que, en el termini de &lt;strong&gt;3 dies hàbils &lt;/strong&gt;comptadors des d'aquesta publicació, esmenin la falta o adjuntin el document que sigui preceptiu, amb l'advertència de considerar no presentada la sol·licitud si no s'acompleix el requeriment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Base 4ª.- Admissió dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Hi haurà un termini de &lt;strong&gt;cinc dies naturals&lt;/strong&gt; per fer consultes i reclamacions després del qual quedarà ratificada la llista definitiva de candidatures que passaran a la fase de valoració dels mèrits i d'entrevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Base 5ª.- Tribunal qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El Tribunal qualificador es constituirà en la forma que determina l'article 60 TREBEP Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, i, supletòriament, l'article 51 de la Llei 3/2007, de la funció pública de la CAIB i l'article 4 del Reial Decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal han de ser funcionaris de carrera o personal laboral fitxo d'igual o superior categoria, i amb titulació acadèmica d'igual o superior nivell a l'exigit per a la plaça convocada. Estarà format per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Funcionaris de carrera/personal laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secretari amb veu i sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Així mateix es nomenarà un suplent per a cadascun dels membres del Tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La composició del Tribunal serà predominantment tècnica i els vocals hauran de posseir una titulació o especialització igual o superior a l'exigida per a l'accés a les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la designació del Tribunal es procurarà garantir, en tot cas, el compliment del principi d'especialitat i d'idoneïtat per valorar els coneixements i les aptituds requerides dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Els membres del Tribunal s'hauran d'abstenir d'intervenir, per la qual cosa ho notificaran a l'autoritat convocant, quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015 de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Igualment els aspirants podran recusar els membres del Tribunal quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La constitució i l'actuació del Tribunal s'ajustarà al que preveu la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els acords s'adoptaran per majoria d'assistents i el vot del president dirimirà els empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;Correspon al Tribunal qualificador resoldre totes les qüestions derivades de l'aplicació d'aquestes bases i també allò que pertoqui en els casos no prevists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Base 6ª.- Inici i desenvolupament del procés selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Els mèrits a valorar i la puntuació de l'entrevista seran els que es relacionen a continuació, amb un total com a màxim de 72 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Barems de selecció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Formació ( fins un màxim de 13 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Altres llicenciatures relacionades amb el lloc de treball: 3 punts per llicenciatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
