    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple de la Corporació, en sessió ordinària de dia 29 de setembre de 2022, ha aprovat les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions i ajudes econòmiques per facilitar l'accés a l'esport de competició i realització d'activitats esportives 2022, que s'insereixen a continuació. BDNS &amp;nbsp;653718&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORES I CONVOCATÒRIA DE SUBVENCIONS I AJUDES ECONÒMIQUES PER FACILITAR L'ACCÉS A L'ESPORT DE COMPETICIÓ I REALITZACIÓ D'ACTIVITATS ESPORTIVES 2022 DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE POLLENÇA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Pollença convoca la concessió de subvencions i ajudes econòmiques de l'any 2022, d'acord amb les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es convoquen subvencions i ajudes econòmiques adreçades a l'atenció del sector de població dins de l'àmbit de l'esport. Tenen caràcter voluntari i eventual i no poden invocar-se com a precedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquesta Convocatòria és promoure i facilitar l'accés a l'esport de competició i a la seva pràctica individual i col·lectiva. Així com, fomentar la realització d'activitats per part de les entitats ubicades en el terme municipal de Pollença, que essent de la competència municipal, redundin en benefici dels ciutadans de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- BENEFICIARIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podran sol·licitar subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Entitats, clubs i associacions esportives sense finalitat de lucre domiciliades en el municipi, inscrites al registre d'entitats esportives de la direcció general d'esports del govern balear, participant com a club membre d'una federació esportiva (o equivalent) i donades d'alta al registre d'entitats locals de l'ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Persones físiques amb llicència federativa vigent i amb residència al nostre municipi (en data 1 de gener de l'any objecte de subvenció), que participi en competicions esportives d'àmbit autonòmic, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- ACTIVITATS SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Tots els Esports, Activitats i Programes Esportius; organitzats, desenvolupats dintre del Municipi de Pollença i que es realitzin o s'hagin realitzat entre l'&lt;strong&gt;1 de gener de 2021 i el 31 de desembre de 2021.&lt;/strong&gt; Període de que és objecte aquesta subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Activitats, iniciatives i programes esportius extraordinaris, que potenciïn l'esport base dins el termini abans esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;C. Esportistes residents al nostre municipi i/o &lt;strong&gt;que pertanyen a clubs locals i que surten a competir fora de l'illa&lt;/strong&gt;, sempre i quan la competició sigui federada i vagi per classificació (campionat d'Espanya, d'Europa...). Queden excloses totes aquelles competicions o esdeveniments que tot i ser esportius tenen un caràcter de participació voluntari, per sorteig, convidada, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tots aquells&amp;nbsp; grans esdeveniments esportius i/o competicions esportives puntuals de les quals es pugui participar lliurament sense cap classificació prèvia o que necessitant puntuar o classificar-se no formin part de campionats organitzats per federacions oficials (campionats autonòmics, nacionals o internacionals) com poden ser les grans curses d'ultra resistència (UMST, Titan desert, Cavalls de vent, Ironman...) en qualsevol de les seves modalitats, sols puntuarà d'acord amb els criteris de la categoria B (si és local, nacional o internacional) si es queda dins els tres primers llocs de la classificació general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(En tots els casos quan la/es activitat/s només es poguessin realitzar fora del municipi, presentar un currículum complet de l'activitat realitzada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- REQUISITS PER ACCEDIR A LES SUBVENCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ser una entitat, club o associació esportiva sense finalitat de lucre domiciliada en el municipi i estar inscrit al registre d'entitats locals de l'Ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar inscrit al Registre d'Entitats Esportives de la Direcció General d'Esports del Govern Balear i estar donat d'alta com a club o com esportista a la Federació Esportiva Territorial o Nacional corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas dels esportistes individuals, certificació d'haver estat seleccionat per formar part de la selecció balear o nacional com a promesa, aparèixer en el llistat del BOE com a esportista d'alt nivell a dins el termini objecte d'aquesta subvenció i/o el certificat de la corresponent federació de la seva participació en campionats que puntuïn en el barem d'aquesta subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corrent de les obligacions fiscals amb la Hisenda Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Haver realitzat les activitats a dins el termini objecte d'aquesta subvenció i en el cas de clubs i/o entitats esportives les activitats s'hagin realitzat dins l'àmbit territorial del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Haver justificat i acreditat les activitats objecte de subvenció en anys anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No rebre durant l'exercici 2022 cap tipus d'aportació de l'Ajuntament mitjançant subvenció o contracte de patrocini publicitari en matèria esportiva al marge de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- TRAMITACIÓ, PRESENTACIÓ I TERMINI.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tramitació&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Pollença facilita l'únic model de sol·licituds per aquesta Convocatòria. (S'adjunta annex)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per qualsevol informació o suport per a la tramitació i seguiment de les sol·licituds es poden dirigir a les dependències de l'Àrea d'Esports, Ctra. Port de Pollença s/n. Tel. 971-533990.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presentació&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentació de les sol·licituds es farà de forma telemàtica a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Pollença o de manera presencial al Registre General de l'Ajuntament (OAC Ajuntament de Pollença, carrer del Calvari, 2 i/o OAC Port de Pollença, carrer del Metge Llopis, 1) i han d'anar adreçades a la Batlia Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud i de la documentació adjunta també es pot fer en les formes previstes a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les empreses que estan obligades a relacionar-se amb les administracions públiques a través de mitjans electrònics han de presentar la sol·licitud de forma telemàtica a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0), en la qual hi ha disponible la informació de la convocatòria i el model de sol·licitud, així com les publicacions de la resolució de les ajudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estan obligats a presentar la documentació a través de mitjans electrònics els subjectes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Les persones jurídiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Les entitats sense personalitat jurídica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Les persones que exerceixen una activitat professional per a la qual es requereix col·legiació obligatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Qui representa una persona interessada que estigui obligada a relacionar-se electrònicament amb l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Termini&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termini per a la presentació de les sol·licituds serà de deu (10) dies naturals, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- DOCUMENTACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els clubs, associacions, fundacions i entitats esportives legalment constituïdes i reconegudes només podran presentar &lt;strong&gt;UNA ÚNICA SOL·LICITUD&lt;/strong&gt; de subvenció. Igualment els esportistes individuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per demanar subvenció o ajuda econòmica, l' Ajuntament de Pollença facilita els següents models normalitzats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. IMPRESOS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Imprès 1.&lt;/strong&gt; Sol·licitud de subvenció o ajuda econòmica per a activitat esportiva, que contindrà les dades de la persona representant i de l'entitat sol·licitant i la petició d'acolliment a la Convocatòria de subvencions o ajudes econòmiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Imprès 2.&lt;/strong&gt; Pressupost i projecte de l'activitat esportiva, detallant ingressos i despeses de l'activitat objecte de la sol·licitud i declaració de les subvencions i dels ajuts que hagi/n sol·licitat i concedit l'any&amp;nbsp; 2021, per a la mateixa activitat. Fer breu descripció de l'activitat indicant els objectius i continguts del programa que s'han desenvolupat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Imprès 2.1&lt;/strong&gt;: Complimentar només en el cas dels clubs, associacions i/o entitats esportives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Imprès 2.2:&lt;/strong&gt; Complimentar només en el cas d'esportistes individuals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per justificar la subvenció o ajuda econòmica a l' Ajuntament de Pollença facilita el següent model normalitzat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Imprès 3.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Certificat Bancari&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt; de la llibreta o compte corrent de l'entitat al qual s'haurà de fer, si pertoca, el pagament de la subvenció o ajuda econòmica. En el cas de que el beneficiari de la subvenció sigui una persona menor d'edat, es posarà un compte corrent conjunt del pare o tutor i el nin. Aquest imprès podrà ser substituït per un certificat de titularitat de compte bancari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Imprès 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;Sol·licitud de certificació per a clubs i entitats esportives (veure imprès 4.1). Declaració jurada per a esportistes individuals (veure imprès 4.2). &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOCUMENTACIÓ ANNEXA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fotocòpia compulsada dels estatuts inscrits en el registre oficial corresponent degudament legalitzats, en els quals haurà de constar explícitament la inexistència d'ànim de lucre de l'entitat.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No serà necessària (a excepció que, el beneficiari en qüestió hagués presentat la documentació i s'hagi produït qualque modificació respecte a l'actualitat) la presentació dels tres (3) últims documents exigits, certificat bancari fotocòpia de la targeta d'identificació fiscal, fotocòpia compulsada dels estatuts, si aquests s'han acreditat en anteriors Convocatòries de Subvencions i Ajudes Econòmiques Esportives de l' Ajuntament de Pollença en els darrers 4 anys, en el qual cas s'haurà d'indicar l'any en que es varen presentar dits documents, acompanyant de fotocòpia de l'escrit de concessió o denegació enviat per l'Ajuntament en aquella ocasió.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si qualsevol model facilitat de sol·licitud no reuneix alguna de les dades d'identificació, tant de la subvenció o ajuda econòmica sol·licitada com de la persona sol·licitant, o d'alguns dels requisits prevists a l'article 66 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, es requerirà a l'entitat sol·licitant, d'acord amb el que estableix l'apartat 1 de l'article 68 de l'esmentada llei, per a que en un termini de deu (10) dies hàbils, esmeni la falta o acompanyi els documents preceptius amb indicació de que si així no ho fa, es tindrà per desistida la petició arxivant-se sense més tràmit amb els efectes prevists a l'article 21, també de l'esmentada llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Per part dels esportistes individuals:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fotocòpia del Document Nacional d'Identitat (DNI) del titular que rep la subvenció. En cas de que sigui menor d'edat, també s'haurà d'adjuntar fotocòpia del DNI del pare/mare o tutor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si és el cas, certificació pertinent d'haver format part de la selecció balear o nacional com a promesa o fotocòpia del BOE on aparegui el nom com a esportista d'alt nivell dins l'any natural 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaració jurada d'estar al corrent de les obligacions fiscals amb l'Ajuntament. (Veure imprès 4.2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- CONVOCATÒRIA I QUANTIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1 Les ajudes es concediran, d'acord amb la normativa pressupostària, a l'exercici 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La previsió de l'aplicació pressupostària 340/48905 és de 20.000 euros destinats a clubs o entitats esportives per a l'exercici 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La previsió de l'aplicació pressupostària 340/48903 és de 9.000 euros destinats als esportistes individuals per a l'exercici 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta quantia total màxima té caràcter estimat, atès que està condicionada a l'existència de crèdit adequat i suficient en el moment de la resolució de la concessió. En tot cas, l'execució de la despesa es realitzarà en la mateixa anualitat en què es produeixi la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el crèdit pressupostari que resulti aprovat o prorrogat en el pressupost de l'exercici 2023 fos inferior, s'ajustarà a la baixa la proposta de resolució als crèdits existents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no s'aprova finalment aquest crèdit, s'anul·larà el procediment, publicant l'acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2. Criteris de distribució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La subvenció s'atorgarà en funció de la puntuació obtinguda per cada entitat o persona concurrent. Per determinar el valor unitari del punt, es dividirà la quantitat destinada a cada modalitat (entitats o esportistes individuals) per la totalitat de punts obtinguts entre totes les associacions, clubs i entitats o persona que han sol·licitat subvenció de la modalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'import de la subvenció serà la multiplicació del preu per punt pel total de punts obtinguts per cada entitat o esportista individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Si de l'aplicació del segon punt resulta que l'import obtingut supera el 100% de la sol·licitud presentada, aquest romanent passarà a una borsa comuna. La quantia d'aquesta borsa comuna es repartirà entre les entitats esportives i/o esportistes individuals (segons el cas) que del resultat de la puntuació no puguin percebre el 100% del que han sol·licitat. El repartiment es realitzarà seguint les mateixes passes establertes des del punt primer, tot tenint en compte que en aquest cas la dotació econòmica serà la quantia de la borsa comuna de romanent. Aquesta fórmula es durà&amp;nbsp; a terme fins que s'exhaureixi el pressupost de l'actual convocatòria o que totes les entitats&amp;nbsp; que compleixin els requisits i els terminis, rebin el 100% de la subvenció sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- CRITERIS GENERALS DE VALORACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les activitats que rebin subvenció o ajuda econòmica s'hauran dut a terme dins el termini següent: del 1 de gener de 2021 al 31 de desembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concessió d'aquestes subvencions o ajudes econòmiques es farà mitjançant règim de concurrència competitiva i participació esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més, les subvencions o ajudes econòmiques s'atorgaran en funció del següent barem de criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'estableixen tres categories:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Categoria A: Entitats i Clubs Esportius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Categoria B: Esportistes menors de 16 anys i veterans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Categoria C: Esportistes majors de 16 anys que encara no prenguin part de les competicions de categoria especial per edats ( veterans, ...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CATEGORIA A.: ENTITATS I CLUBS ESPORTIUS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La promoció que l'entitat faci de Pollença fora de Mallorca &lt;strong&gt;(1 punt)&lt;/strong&gt;. S'entén la promoció com la participació en competicions que es duguin a terme fora de l'illa, utilitzant el nom de Pollença (que el terme “Pollença” figuri escrit al nom del club).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Importància o interès de l'activitat a realitzar &lt;strong&gt;(20 punt&lt;/strong&gt;s).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Trajectòria i continuïtat esportiva de l'entitat (1 punt per a cada 5 anys de funcionament continuat fins a un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;10 punts).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La promoció de l'Esport Base. Nombre de llicències amb edat escolar fins a 16 anys &lt;strong&gt;(&lt;/strong&gt;1 punt per a cada 5 participants fins a un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;20 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La previsió o nombre de participants adults en relació a l'activitat. Nombre d'inscrits a les activitats per les quals es demana la subvenció i que siguin majors de 16 anys &lt;strong&gt;(&lt;/strong&gt;1 punt per a cada 5 participants fins a un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;5 punts).&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;(es podrà compensar fins a 3 punts addicionals a aquells clubs o entitats que per causes no atribuïbles a la pròpia entitat no puguin obtenir patrocinis privats derivats de publicitats o altres. I també aquelles que per diferents motius no utilitzin cap instal·lació pròpia de l'Ajuntament ja que considerem que la cessió d'espais amb la corresponent despesa&amp;nbsp; també és una forma de subvenció)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CATEGORIA B.: ESPORTISTES MENORS DE 16 ANYS I VETERANS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competició Interinsular: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competició Nacional: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competició Internacional: 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(La puntuació de les diferents competicions en les que es participi es podran sumar entre si. Però varies participacions en la mateixa categoria de competició no seran acumulables). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CATEGORIA C.: ESPORTISTES MAJORS DE 16 ANYS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competició Interinsular: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competició Nacional: 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competició Internacional: 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Campionat mundial o Jocs Olímpics ( formant part de la selecció espanyola): 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(La puntuació de les diferents competicions en les que es participi es podran sumar entre si. Però varies participacions en la mateixa categoria de competició no seran acumulables. La participació en diferents curses i/o esdeveniments de caire esportiu&amp;nbsp; fora de l'illa puntuaran ). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ. INICI, INSTRUCCIÓ I RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Les bases i l'inici del procediment de concessió de subvencions es produeix d'ofici i el Ple de l'Ajuntament serà l'òrgan encarregat de la seva aprovació. Les bases seran publicades al BOIB, a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions BDNS, al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i al web www.ajpollenca.net, per tal que es puguin presentar les sol·licituds durant el termini establert a la base sisena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'òrgan instructor del procediment de concessió correspon a la Regidoria d'Esports que ha de dur a terme les actuacions a què es refereix l'article 24 de la Llei 38/2003 General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una Comissió Avaluadora es reunirà per examinar si els beneficiaris compleixen tots els requisits necessaris per accedir a les subvencions i avaluar les sol·licituds conforme als criteris de valoració establerts en aquestes Bases. De tot l'actuat en aquesta reunió s'aixecarà acta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comissió Avaluadora estarà integrada pels següents membre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidència: El Batlle de l'Ajuntament de Pollença o en el seu lloc, persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vice-presidència: El regidor d'Esports de l' Ajuntament de Pollença o en el seu lloc, persona en que delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Regidor/a d'Educació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tècnic d'Esports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora quedarà constituïda legalment amb l'assistència del President, Vice-president i Secretari o els seus substituts si n'escau, i de un dels tres vocals esmentats en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, a la vista de l'expedient i de l'acta de la reunió de la Comissió, formularà proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que es publicarà a la web de l'Ajuntament, obrint-se un termini de 10 dies per presentar al·legacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no es presenten al·legacions dins del termini concedit, la proposta de resolució formulada tindrà el caràcter de definitiva. En altre cas, una vegada examinades al·legacions presentades pels interessats, l'òrgan instructor formularà proposta de resolució definitiva, que haurà d'expressar el sol·licitant o la relació de sol·licitants pels que es proposa la concessió de la subvenció, la seva quantia, especificant la seva avaluació i els criteris de valoració seguits per efectuar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La proposta de resolució definitiva es publicarà a la web de l'Ajuntament atorgant als beneficiaris un termini de 10 dies perquè comuniquin la seva acceptació. S'entendrà acceptada si dins d'aquest termini no s'expressa el contrari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La competència per resoldre el procediment i concedir la subvenció s'atribueix a la Junta de Govern Local, que dictarà aquesta resolució un cop dictada la proposta de resolució definitiva i emès informe de fiscalització per la Intervenció Municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolució es notificarà a tots els sol·licitants i es publicarà a la web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.- ABONAMENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pagament de les subvencions o ajudes econòmiques es farà com a norma general, prèvia la justificació per part del sol·licitant de &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la quantitat subvencionada segons la proposta de resolució definitiva&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.- JUSTIFICACIÓ DE DESPESES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Els beneficiaris / perceptors resten obligats a justificar les despeses efectuades amb càrrec a subvenció o ajuda econòmica concedida dintre l'exercici econòmic al qual s'hagi concedit i les despeses justificades han de ser de l'esmentat termini (1 de gener de 2021 i 31 de desembre de 2021) i presentades dins el termini corresponent.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Si la data de pagament o factura és anterior o posterior al període objecte de subvenció però l'activitat SÍ s'ha dut a terme dins el termini establert (1 de gener de 2021 a 31 de desembre de 2021), s'entendrà com a subvencionable.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El termini per a justificar la subvenció finalitzarà dia 30 de juny de 2023.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentació acreditativa per justificar les despeses serà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. En primer lloc, l'imprès normalitzat facilitat per l'Ajuntament de Pollença, de certificació bancària pel cobrament de la subvenció, model 3, degudament formulat en tots els seus extrems, i segellat per l'entitat bancària. En el cas de que aquest document ja fos presentat per a cobrar la subvenció de l'any passat, i no hagi canviat el número de compte, bastarà presentar una fotocopia de la llibreta, talonari o extracte on figuri dita numeració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Per justificar la subvenció atorgada s'ha de presentar un compte justificatiu integrat per la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una memòria de l'actuació justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades en la concessió de la subvenció, amb les activitats que s'han fet i els resultats obtinguts, la temporalització, mitjans de difusió utilitzats, l'avaluació i qualsevol altre aspecte que pugui resultar adient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una memòria econòmica justificativa del cost de les activitats que s'han fet, que contindrà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;ul style="list-style-type:circle"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una relació classificada de les despeses i inversions de l'activitat, amb identificació del creditor i del document, l'import, data d'emissió i, si escau, data de pagament. Si la subvenció s'atorga d'acord a un pressupost, s'indicaran les desviacions esdevingudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les factures o documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa incorporats en la relació referida en el paràgraf anterior i la documentació acreditativa del pagament pel valor de la quantitat subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaració responsable d'haver fet el projecte o activitat subvencionada, en la qual s'han de detallar els ingressos i les despeses que se n'han derivat assenyalant-ne l'import i la procedència (Imprès 5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaració responsable que les factures presentades per justificar la subvenció atorgada no superen el valor de mercat i que no es recuperarà ni es compensarà l'IVA (Imprès 5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una relació detallada d'altres ingressos o subvencions que hagin finançat l'activitat subvencionada assenyalant-ne l'import &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les despeses s'han de justificar amb factures i altres documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa, en original i còpia per compulsar. Si s'han de retornar les factures o justificants originals, a petició de l'entitat subvencionada, s'hi ha de reflectir amb un segell la data de concessió de la subvenció així com l'import del justificant que s'imputa a la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les factures originals, acreditatives de la despesa subvencionada, expedides a nom de les persones o entitats subvencionades i amb el seu NIF, han d'expressar clarament: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Data d'emissió, que haurà de correspondre al període comprés entre 1 de gener de 2021 i 31 de desembre de 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dades fiscals (Nom, domicili, NIF, etc.) de l'entitat emissora i de l'entitat pagadora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Número de la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concepte detallat pel qual s'expedeix, que haurà de ser suficientment clar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Import, desglossant la part que correspon a IVA, si procedeix. Si l'operació està exempta d'IVA s'ha d'esmentar a la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si l'entitat beneficiària únicament disposa de la factura o document justificatiu que acredita la despesa rebuda per correu electrònic, s'admetrà sempre que a la impressió de la factura s'adjunti un certificat signat pel representant legal de l'entitat en que manifesti la impossibilitat o dificultat greu per obtenir el document original i declari que la factura ni s'ha utilitzat ni s'utilitzarà per justificar cap altre subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es considerarà com a document justificatiu que acrediti la despesa per als clubs i entitats esportives, els rebuts de pagament de les despeses efectuades&amp;nbsp; (entrenadors, arbitratges...), sempre i quan vinguin emparats per un contracte , els quals s'hauran d'aportar juntament amb els rebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No es podrà realitzar cap pagament si no s'acredita fefaentment, fent-ho constar per escrit amb la presentació dels justificants d'haver realitzat la totalitat de la despesa &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de la quantitat subvencionada, una vegada acceptada la proposta de resolució definitiva&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la despesa justificada és inferior a &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;l'import de subvenció concedida a la proposta de resolució definitiva&lt;/span&gt;, es procedirà a la reducció proporcional de la subvenció o ajuda econòmica concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'import de les subvencions o ajudes econòmiques concedides en cap cas podrà ésser de tal quantia que, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions o ajudes econòmiques d'altres Administracions Públiques o d'entitats privades, superi el cost de l'activitat a desenvolupar per l'entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es procedirà al reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes en els següents casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Obtenció de la subvenció falsejant les condicions requerides o ocultant aquelles circumstàncies que ho haguessin impedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Incompliment total o parcial de l'objectiu de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Incompliment de l'obligació de justificació o la justificació insuficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resistència, excusa, obstrucció o negativa a les actuacions de comprovació i control financer, o la concurrència de subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualsevol administració o ens públic o privat, nacional, de la Unió Europea o de organismes internacionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'incompliment de les obligacions imposades per l'Administració a les entitats col·laboradores i beneficiaris, així com dels compromisos per aquests assumits, amb motiu de la concessió de la subvenció, sempre que afectin o se refereixin al mode en que s'han d'aconseguir els objectius, realitzar l'activitat, executat el projecte o adoptar el comportament que fonament la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.- PROCEDIMENT DE GESTIÓ PRESSUPOSTÀRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'aprovació de la despesa s'haurà d'efectuar amb caràcter previ a la convocatòria de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolució de la concessió de la subvenció comportarà el compromís de despesa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció es realitzarà després que el beneficiari hagi justificat les despeses subvencionades, i s'hagi certificat pels serveis tècnics de l'àrea d'Esports envers la realització de l'activitat i compliment de la finalitat que va determinar la concessió de la subvenció d'acord amb l'article 32 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions i 88 del RD 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pagament de les subvencions o ajudes econòmiques es farà, com a norma general, després que el sol·licitant hagi justificat les despeses subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.- OBLIGACIONS DELS BENEFICIARIS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Seran obligacions mínimes dels beneficiaris de les subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditar davant l'Ajuntament&amp;nbsp; de Pollença la realització de l'activitat amb les corresponents factures&amp;nbsp; girades per tercers al beneficiari de la subvenció en la qual es farà constar el concepte de la despesa i també el compliment dels requisits o condicions que determini la concessió de la subvenció, i les liquidacions de nòmines o fulles de salari, i els TC-2, TC-1 d'abonament a la Seguretat Social. Dintre de la convocatòria corresponent o conveni, si la subvenció utilitza aquest instrument, es podrà preveure altres formes d'acreditar la subvenció, adaptant-les a les necessitats reals del sector on es dirigeix, com poden ser certificacions administratives, declaracions o sentències judicials, mòduls per activitat o instruments similars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar a l'Ajuntament de Pollença les modificacions que s'hagin produït i que siguin causa de la concessió o compliment de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar a l'Ajuntament de Pollença, en qualsevol moment, l'obtenció de subvencions o ajudes per a la mateixa finalitat i no consignades en el sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
