&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MODIFICACIÓ DEL REGLAMENT MUNICIPAL DE CONCESSIÓ D'HONORS I DISTINCIONS DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE MANACOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament en sessió de dia 11 de juliol de 2022 aprovà inicialment la modificació del Reglament Municipal de concessió d'honors i distincions de l'Ajuntament de Manacor, sense que finalitzat el termini d'exposició pública s'hagin presentat reclamacions ni suggeriments, per la qual cosa aquesta modificació esdevé aprovada definitivament sense necessitat de nou acord exprés, quedant facultat aquesta batlia pe a la seva publicació i execució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Aprovació definitiva de les següents modificacions al Reglament municipal de concessió d'honors i distincions de l'Ajuntament de Manacor:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTICLE 2:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2.&lt;/strong&gt; El major honor i distinció és la proclamació de fill o de filla il·lustre per a les persones difuntes, i de fill predilecte o filla predilecta per a les persones amb vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2&lt;/strong&gt;. El major honor i distinció és la proclamació de fill o de filles il·lustres per a les persones difuntes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTICLE 4:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4.&lt;/strong&gt; Per a la proclamació de fill predilecte o filla predilecta són requisits que la persona física sigui natural de Manacor i hagi destacat en els serveis prestats al municipi de Manacor pels seus excepcionals mèrits en els àmbits cultural, esportiu, jurídic, empresarial, cívic, humanitari, d'investigació, d'ensenyament o lingüístic, durant una etapa de la seva vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4&lt;/strong&gt;. Per a la proclamació de fill predilecte o filla predilecta són requisits que la persona proposada sigui natural de Manacor i hagi destacat en els serveis prestats al municipi de Manacor pels seus excepcionals mèrits en els àmbits cultural, esportiu, jurídic, empresarial, cívic, humanitari, d'investigació, d'ensenyament o lingüístic, durant una etapa de la seva vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest guardó es podrà atorgar també a títol pòstum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTICLE 10:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10.&lt;/strong&gt; Qualsevol entitat o corporació, com també qualsevol regidor o grup de regidors d'aquest Ajuntament, podran formular proposta raonada d'incoació d'expedient per la proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, fill predilecte o filla predilecta, fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva, o per a la concessió de la medalla de la ciutat de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10. &lt;/strong&gt;Qualsevol entitat o corporació, com també qualsevol regidor o grup de regidors d'aquest Ajuntament, podran formular proposta raonada d'incoació d'expedient per a la proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, fill predilecte o filla predilecta, fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTICLE 16:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 16.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suprimir l'apartat 3r.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'apartat 4 passar a ser el 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTICLE 17:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 17&lt;/strong&gt;. Adoptat l'acord definitiu de proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, de fill predilecte o filla predilecta, de fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva, o de concessió de la medalla de la ciutat de Manacor, s'haurà de fixar la data de realització de l'acte públic en el qual es proclamarà o es concedirà l'honor o distinció acordats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 17. &lt;/strong&gt;Adoptat l'acord definitiu de proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, de fill predilecte o filla predilecta, de fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva, s'haurà de fixar la data de realització de l'acte públic en el qual es proclamarà o es concedirà l'honor o distinció acordats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTICLE 18 (NOU):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 18. (NOU)&lt;/strong&gt; L'expedient de concessió de la Medalla de la Ciutat de Manacor s'iniciarà per Decret de Batlia sobre la conveniència que s'incoï a fi de determinar si es compleixen les condicions pel seu atorgament que preveuen els articles 8 i 9 d'aquest reglament, i es podrà fer també–si escau- a títol pòstum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concessió d'aquest distintiu requerirà acord del ple de l'Ajuntament adoptat, almenys, per la majoria de dos terços del nombre legal de membres de la corporació.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTICLES 18 A 22:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els actuals articles 18 a 22 queden renombrats del 19 a 23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* ARTICLE 19&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 19&lt;/strong&gt;. La proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, de fill predilecte o filla predilecta, de fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva, o de concessió de la medalla de la ciutat, comportarà els condicionaments següents:....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Es descobrirà el retrat del fill o filla il·lustre proclamat, que haurà de quedar exposat en la galeria de fills o filles il·lustres d'aquest Ajuntament. El retrat el pagarà la Corporació, llevat que els familiars o els particulars tenguin interès a oferir-lo a l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Es descobrirà el retrat de fill o filla il·lustre proclamat, que haurà de quedar exposat en la sala de plens o sales annexes, que tendran la consideració de galeria de fills o filles il·lustres d'aquest Ajuntament. El retrat el pagarà la Corporació, llevat que els familiars o els particulars tenguin interès a oferir-lo a l'Ajuntament»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Il·lm. Ajuntament de Manacor, d'acord amb el que preveuen els articles 303 i següents del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Corporacions Locals, acorda que la concessió d'honors i distincions d'aquesta Corporació sia regulada pel Reglament següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 1.-&lt;/strong&gt; Els honors i les distincions que aquest Ajuntament pot atorgar són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Fill predilecte o filla predilecta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Medalla de la ciutat de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 2.&lt;/strong&gt; El major honor i distinció és la proclamació de fill o de filla il·lustre per a les persones difuntes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 3.&lt;/strong&gt; Per a la proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre s'haurà de tramitar l'expedient corresponent en el qual s'haurà d'acreditar que la persona proposada, a més d'haver nascut al municipi de Manacor i haver transcorregut més de tres anys del seu decés, ha desenvolupat, en qualsevol aspecte de l'activitat humana, una tasca exemplar i poc comuna; o també ha realitzat una tasca de les mateixes característiques per Manacor o al servei de Manacor, en qualsevol aspecte de la vida ciutadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTOL III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SOBRE ELS FILLS O FILLES PREDILECTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTICLE 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Per a la declaració de fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva s'haurà de tramitar l'expedient corresponent i acreditar que la persona proposada, sense ser natural del municipi de Manacor, ha realitzat una labor exemplar i poc comuna en qualsevol aspecte de l'activitat humana i ha residit al municipi de Manacor el temps suficient per ser considerat ciutadà manacorí de fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- També podrà ser declarat fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva qui, no sent natural del municipi de Manacor ni hi resideixi, hagi realitzat una tasca en favor del municipi tan important com per merèixer aquesta distinció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTOL V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SOBRE LA MEDALLA DE LA CIUTAT DE MANACOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 6.&lt;/strong&gt;- La medalla de la ciutat de Manacor, que serà d'or, podrà ser concedida, de manera individual o col·lectiva.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 7.-&lt;/strong&gt; La medalla portarà en el seu anvers l'escut del municipi amb la inscripció "Ajuntament de Manacor. Medalla de la ciutat". En el seu revers, hi figurarà una palma i la inscripció "El municipi de Manacor, pel seu Ajuntament, a ...".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La medalla tindrà 5 cm. de diàmetre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 8.- &lt;/strong&gt;La concessió de la medalla s'efectuarà per premiar una acció o un acte realitzats per qualsevol persona natural o jurídica que redundi en benefici del municipi o que tengui una especial ressonància o mèrit fora del mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 9.-&lt;/strong&gt; Serà concedida la medalla a aquelles persones que, reunint les condicions detallades en el paràgraf anterior, hagin realitzat una acció o acte meritori, la memòria del qual resulti imperible per la seva permanència física o pels seus efectes continuats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTOL VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SOBRE ELS EXPEDIENTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 10.- &lt;/strong&gt;Qualsevol entitat o corporació, com també qualsevol regidor o regidora o grup d'aquests d'aquest Ajuntament, podran formular proposta raonada d'incoació d'expedient per la proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, fill predilecte o filla predilecta, fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTICLE 11.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'acord d'incoació d'expedient a què s'ha fet referència a l'article anterior haurà de ser adoptat, perquè sigui vàlid, per la majoria absoluta legal dels membres de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Així mateix, l'acord haurà d'incloure el nomenament d'un regidor o d'una regidora que actuarà de ponent i d'un altre regidor o regidora que actuarà de fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Actuarà de secretari el de la Corporació o el funcionari d'aquesta Corporació en qui delegui aquesta funció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTICLE 12.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El ponent haurà de recopilar tots els mèrits que reuneixi la persona o l'entitat proposada així com els oportuns justificants. Amb aquesta finalitat podran col·laborar, a petició del ponent, totes aquelles persones o entitats que estiguin capacitades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El fiscal formularà, si pertoca, oposicions o objeccions a la persona o a l'entitat proposades, que hauran d'estar degudament justificades, i recaptarà informació de totes aquelles persones que consideri adient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTICLE 13.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Per tal que puguin presentar-se en el procediment incoat tots els possibles interessats s'haurà de donar el màxim de publicitat a l'inici de l'esmentat expedient, i es publicaran anuncis en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en la premsa local i en un diari de major circulació de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El ponent o, si escau, el fiscal estaran obligats a prendre declaració a totes aquelles persones o entitats que així ho sol·licitin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 14.- &lt;/strong&gt;Conclosos els treballs del ponent i del fiscal, tots dos lliuraran les seves propostes definitives a la Batlia-Presidència, amb un informe detallat i raonat d'aquestes propostes i de les seves actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 15.- &lt;/strong&gt;L'expedient conclòs serà elevat al Ple de l'Ajuntament i haurà de romandre a disposició dels regidors o de les regidores almenys 10 dies abans de realitzar la sessió plenària en la qual s'hagi d'adoptar la resolució definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTICLE 16.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Per adoptar un acord definitiu, el Ple de l'Ajuntament haurà de reunir-se en sessió especial extraordinària sense que s'hi pugui tractar cap altre assumpte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'acord de proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, fill predilecte o filla predilecta o fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva haurà de ser adoptat, perquè sigui vàlid, per una majoria de sis setenes parts dels membres de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La votació, que només es farà si no existeix acord unànime, haurà de ser secreta i mitjançant paperetes que seran facilitades amb aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 17.&lt;/strong&gt;- Adoptat l'acord definitiu de proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, de fill predilecte o filla predilecta, de fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva, s'haurà de fixar la data de realització de l'acte públic en el qual es proclamarà o es concedirà l'honor o distinció acordats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 18.-&lt;/strong&gt; L'expedient de concessió de la Medalla de la Ciutat de Manacor s'iniciarà per Decret de Batlia sobre la conveniència que s'incoï a fi de determinar si es compleixen les condicions pel seu atorgament que preveuen els articles 8 i 9 d'aquest reglament, i es podrà fer també–si escau- a títol pòstum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concessió d'aquest distintiu requerirà acord del ple de l'Ajuntament adoptat, almenys, per la majoria de dos terços del nombre legal de membres de la corporació.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTOL VII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;EXTRACTE CERIMONIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 19.-&lt;/strong&gt; La proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, de fill predilecte o filla predilecta, de fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva, o de concessió de la medalla de la ciutat, comportarà els condicionaments següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a). Realització d'un acte públic que s'esdevindrà a la sala de sessions o al local que es consideri més adient, el dia i hora que oportunament el Ple assenyali en el moment de la proclamació de l'honor o distinció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) L'esmentat acte es durà a terme sota la presidència del Sr. Batle o Sra. Batlessa o de l'autoritat a qui competeixi, amb assistència dels membres de la Corporació, familiars de la persona homenatjada, autoritats locals i públic en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) En l'esmentat acte es llegiran tots els mèrits contrets per la persona o entitat a la qual es concedeixi l'honor o distinció i, si existeix, la seva biografia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Es descobrirà el retrat del fill o filla il·lustre proclamat, que haurà de quedar exposat en la sala de plens o sales annexes que tendran la consideració de galeria de fills o filles il·lustres d'aquest Ajuntament. El retrat el pagarà la Corporació, llevat que els familiars o els particulars tenguin interès a oferir-lo a l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Si es concedeix l'honor de proclamació de fill predilecte o filla predilecta, o de fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva, es lliurarà una placa justificativa de la distinció obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) S'imposarà la medalla de la ciutat de Manacor que s'hagi concedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) L'acte es celebrarà d'acord amb el protocol de la Corporació Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTOL VIII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DISPOSICIONS FINALS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 20.-&lt;/strong&gt; Si l'Ajuntament no adopta un acord definitiu en el termini d'un any a comptar des de la data d'adopció de l'acord d'incoació de l'expedient de concessió de la medalla de la ciutat de Manacor, s'entendrà que n'ha desistit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 21.-&lt;/strong&gt; Els agraciats amb la proclamació de fill o filla il·lustre, de fill predilecte o filla predilecta o de fill adoptiu o filla adoptiva, o amb la concessió de la medalla de la ciutat tindran dret a què se'ls guardin els mateixos honors i distincions que gaudeixen els regidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 22.-&lt;/strong&gt; Quan els honors o les distincions recaiguin en favor de persones de nacionalitat estrangera, es sol·licitarà l'autorització expressa que ha de concedir el Ministeri de l'Interior amb l'informe previ del Ministeri d'Assumptes Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 23.-&lt;/strong&gt; Per tot allò no previst en aquest reglament es tindran en compte les legislacions aplicables i les disposicions d'aquest Ajuntament pel que fa a la seva disposició o interpretació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓ FINAL.&lt;/strong&gt; Aquest Reglament entra en vigor l'endemà de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra l'aprovació definitiva d'aquest acord de modificació es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos des de la publicació d'aquest edicte, davant la Sala &amp;nbsp;Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
