&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de desembre), es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Direcció General de Turisme (Conselleria de Model Econòmic, Treball i Turisme) ha instat la modificació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions esmentat, concretament dins el punt 2 («Transició Energètica») de l'objectiu II («Sostenibilitat»), en el sentit d'afegir &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;una nova línia, la línia II.2.16&lt;/span&gt;, amb la finalitat de poder convocar els ajuts per a la mitigació del canvi climàtic, la descarbonització i la mobilitat sostenible en l'allotjament turístic, concretament, per a l'adquisició d'instal·lacions tèrmiques que utilitzin fonts d'energia que redueixin l'impacte mediambiental, amb l'objectiu de donar compliment a l'article 102.1.&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 8/2012, de 19 de juliol, del turisme de les Illes Balears, finançats per la Unió Europea en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència - Next Generation.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'apartat tercer de l'Acord del Consell de Govern esmentat estableix que l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions es deleguen a la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors aprovar i modificar l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 25/2021, de 8 de març, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, en què es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprovar la modificació de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023, aprovat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021, pel que fa a l'objectiu II, sobre sostenibilitat, més concretament el punt 2, relatiu a transició energètica, en el sentit d'afegir una nova línia, la línia II.2.16, amb el contingut següent&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;II.2.16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
