    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Text refós de la Llei de Consells Escolars de les Illes Balears, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 112/2001, de 7 de setembre, modificat per la Llei 15/2019, de 29 de març, estableix la composició del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears –CEIB-.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'article 9.1 del citat text refós, en la redacció donada per l'apartat 7, de l'article únic de la Llei 15/2019, de 29 de març,estableix una nova redacció i determina els membres que integren el Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'article 9.3 de l'esmentat text refós disposa que els vocals del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears han de ser nomenats, per resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitat, d'acord amb les propostes formulades pels grups corresponents en els termes que reglamentàriament es determinin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'article 10 g) del Text refós de la Llei de Consells Escolars de les Illes Balears, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 112/2001, disposa que un dels motius pels quals han de cessar en els càrrecs els vocals és la pèrdua de la condició de representant de l'organisme que els hagi proposat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears ha rebut vàries peticions de cessaments i nomenaments de nous representants, corresponents a les&amp;nbsp; següents entitats, que afecten a la seva composició:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;·Consell de la Joventut de les Illes Balears (grup t)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;·Federació d'associacions de directives d'infantil i primària de les Illes Balears (grup q)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;·Confederació d'associacions de pares i mares d'alumnes de les Illes Balears (grup b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;D'acord amb aquestes peticions, de cessaments i nomenaments de nous representants, la presidenta del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears ha formulat una proposta de nomenament i cessament mitjançant escrit de 28 de setembre de 2022, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 17 o) del Reglament d'Organització i Funcionament del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 10.4 del Reglament d'Organització i Funcionament del Consell Escolar de les Illes Balears, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 112/2001, els consellers són nomenats per un període de quatre anys, sense perjudici de les previsions sobre renovació de la meitat de cada un dels grups que disposa l'apartat 1 de l'article 10 i dels canvis que es puguin produir a la composició del Consell per les causes previstes a l'apartat 2 del mateix article 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
