![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:1">L'apartat 9.3 de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de juliol de 2015 per la qual es convoquen subvencions per a<strong>&nbsp;</strong>les explotacions a les explotacions agràries, per als anys 2015-2019, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
