&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1r.- INICIAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;l'expedient de contractació per a l'adquisició de tres béns immobles al municipi de Palma per &lt;strong&gt;destinar-los a casals de barri i/o dependències municipals de l'Àrea de Participació Ciutadana i Coordinació Territorial de l'Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2n.- APROVAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;el&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Plec de clàusules administraves que ha de regir la contractació esmentada en la dispositiva anterior el qual s'adjunta a aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3r.- AUTORITZAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; una despesa global d'un milió cinc-cents mil euros (1.500.00,00 €), inclosos els tributs que se'n derivin, distribuïts de la següent manera i que s'han de carregar a les partides següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
