    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 8.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 17 de març de 2015 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes destinades a la protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica, per l'any 2015 (Pròrroga &amp;nbsp;2021) especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 60.2 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 30&amp;nbsp;d'agost&amp;nbsp;de 2022, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.En data 26 de febrer de 2015, es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 29 l'Ordre del conseller d'Agricultura, Medi ambient i Territori de 19 de febrer de 2015, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.En data de 19 de març 2015 es va publicar, al BOIB núm. 38, la Resolució del President del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a l'any 2015 de les ajudes destinades a la protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.En data 11 de juny de 2015 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 87, una modificació de la Resolució citada anteriorment.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.En data 30 de gener de 2021 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 13, la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria, per a l'any 2021, de les ajudes per prorrogar els compromisos assumits per a la protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;18.Decret 65/2007, de 25 de maig, de constitució, organització i funcionament de l'Organisme Pagador de les despeses del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Garantia (FEAGA) i del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtut de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i pesca de 23 de desembre de 2005, per la qual es disposa l'assumpció de l'execució de la política de millora i foment dels sectors agrari i pesquer per part del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, estableix a l'article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l'execució de la política de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca referent a l'aplicació de les mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l'1 de gener de 2006.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;19.Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Proposta de resolució de concessió&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tot això, s'informa i es proposa al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats a l'annex 1, que són un &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;total de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;expedients i que comença amb &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ILLAVERDA, S.A.T.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;i acaba amb &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAN QUELÓ, S.L.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;que suma un import total de EUROS &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;967&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;26&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;€&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;euros)&amp;nbsp;relativa a la línia d'ajudes “Foment de protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada a cada una de les persones beneficiàries amb els percentatges de cofinançament detallats a l'annex 1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Determinar la superfície compromesa per persona beneficiària i grup de cultiu detallats a l'annex 1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Determinar que, d'acord amb el que estableix la convocatòria de referència, les obligacions dels beneficiaris seran les indicades la convocatòria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Informar als beneficiaris que els seus expedients es troben a la seva disposició i consulta al Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural del FOGAIBA (carrer de Reina Constança, núm. 4 de Palma).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Publicar la resolució en el BOIB.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
