&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Atès que, per Decret de Batlia núm.794/2022, de 6 de juliol, s'aprovà l'oferta d'ocupació pública ordinària per a l'any 2022 (BOIB 91 de 14-07-2022)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Atès que, l'EBAP ha detectat un error pel que fa a la plaça d'agent de policia, ja que la &lt;/span&gt;única forma d'accés és l'oposició&lt;u&gt;,&lt;/u&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; d'acord amb l'article 163.1 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears; i d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques estableix que els errors materials, de fets o aritmètics detectats als actes administratius podran ser rectificats en qualsevol moment,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
