&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb data 11 d'agost de 2022, mitjançant Resolució núm. 2022003557 de la Regidora delegada de Recursos Humans i Funció Pública es va nomenar a 3 funcionaris de carrera&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de l'escala d'Administració especial, subescala serveis especials, grup C, subgrup C1 de la categoria de Policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Encara que la Resolució es correcta, una vegada publicat l'esmentat nomenament en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 113 de 27 d'agost de 2022, s'ha detectat una errada material a la publicació de l'edicte 7273 ja que s'anomena als tres policies en la categoria d'oficial, quan la resolució diu categoria de Policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FONAMENTS DE DRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques estableix que els errors materials, de fets o aritmètics detectats als actes administratius podran ser rectificats en qualsevol moment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per la qual cosa, amb data 29 d'agost de 2022 la Regidora delegada de Recursos Humans i Funció Pública ha dictat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Rectificar l'error &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;material &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;detectat a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;l'edicte 7273 publicat en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;núm. 113 de 27 d'agost de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; relatiu al&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;omenament de 3 funcionaris de carrera de la categoria policia local,&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; en el següent sentit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar el present acord a les persones interessades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el present Acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució podran els interessats interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició davant aquest Ajuntament, en el termini d'un mes a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació, de conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;També podran interposar alternativament recurs contenciós-administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu amb seu a Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de dos mesos, de conformitat amb el que estableixen els articles 30, 112.3 i 114.1 c) de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i 8, 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas d'optar per la interposició del recurs de reposició no es podrà interposar un recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que s'hagi notificat la resolució expressa del recurs de reposició o hagi transcorregut un mes des de la seva interposició sense haver rebut la notificació, data en que es podrà entrendre desestimat per silenci administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici que puguin interposar qualsevol altre recurs que estimin oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
