&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de setembre de 2015 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a la creació d'empreses de joves agricultors, corresponents als anys 2015-2019, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 &amp;nbsp;d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data de 10&amp;nbsp;d' agost&amp;nbsp;de 2022, signa la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de setembre de 2015, per la qual es convoquen, per als anys 2015 a 2019, subvencions per a la creació d'empreses de joves agricultors. La Resolució esmentada es va modificar en data 26 d'abril de 2016 (BOIB núm. 54).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una vegada analitzada tota la documentació presentada, el vicepresident del FOGAIBA va resoldre favorablement la concessió de l'ajuda a favor de l'interessat que figura en l'annex de la Resolució amb les dades i els imports corresponents.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 2 de maig de 2019, en el BOIB núm. 59, es va publicar la Resolució de la concessió als beneficiaris de les ajudes, R4 de 5 d'abril de 2019, en la qual s'inclou Joana Pou Sureda (nùm. Exp. CEJA2018_1/114), amb un import prima de 60.000,00 €.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. El 28 de maig de 2019 (amb registre d'entrada 15717) es va presentar la sol·licitud del primer pagament parcial de la prima (50 %), es va fer un pagament per un import de 30.000,00 €.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. El 8 de juny de 2022 (amb registre d'entrada 23433298), el beneficiari va presentar la sol·licitud de desistiment del complement de 15.000,00 € per incorporació de dues persones joves a una empresa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per això, implica fer una revocació parcial de 15.000,00 euros, per tant, el pagament corresponent al 2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;tram serà de una quantia de 15.000,00 €.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3.Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Proposta de resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra aquesta resolució –que no exhaureix la via administrativa- es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant la consellera d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d'acord amb l'article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i els &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rticle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&amp;nbsp;121 i 122&amp;nbsp;de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
