    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'Ajuntament Ple, en sessió extraordinària celebrada dia 11 d'agost de 2022, va adoptar l'acord relatiu al règim de dedicació i retribució del primer tinent de batle i regidor delegat d'Urbanisme, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Personal i Oficines d'Assistència Ciutadana, Ràdio Pollença, Museu Municipal i Festival de Pollença, així com &lt;/span&gt;mantenir &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el règim de dedicació exclusiva per al càrrec de batle-president, amb la corresponent retribució per al seu exercici efectiu, i que, a la seva part dispositiva, diu:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Determinar el règim de dedicació per al següent càrrec, així com la corresponent retribució per al seu exercici efectiu:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Les quanties abans esmentades es percebran en catorze pagues corresponents a dotze pagues mensuals i dues pagues extraordinàries de juny i desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les retribucions fixades s'incrementaran cada any, si escau, en la quantitat que estableixi la Llei de pressuposts generals de l'estat per a retribucions dels membres de les corporacions locals/personal del sector públic sense necessitat de nou acord plenari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Donar d'alta/modificar en el règim general de la Seguretat Social els membres de la corporació que exerciran tals càrrecs en règim de dedicació exclusiva, assumint l'Ajuntament el pagament de les quotes empresarials que corresponguin, la seva percepció és incompatible amb la de qualsevol altra retribució amb càrrec als pressuposts de les administracions públiques i dels ens, organismes autònoms i empreses que en depenen i qualsevol altra que així determini la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Autoritzar la despesa en la quantia necessària per fer front al pagament de les retribucions previstes així com els costs d'afiliació i cotització a la Seguretat Social, amb efectes de dia 8 d'agost de 2022 per al càrrec abans transcrit en el punt primer del present acord, de conformitat amb Resolució de Batlia núm. 775/2022, de 8 d'agost, i la Resolució núm. 774/2022, de 8 d'agost, respectivament, i amb efectes de dia 6 d'agost de 2022 per al càrrec de batle-president.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisè. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El règim dels càrrecs amb dedicació exclusiva o parcial -i el seu règim de dedicació mínima-, així com les retribucions corresponents, es mantenen amb les mateixes condicions i termes en què fou determinat i fixat mitjançant acords adoptats pel Ple, en sessions celebrades els dies 2 de juliol de 2019, 12 de setembre de 2019 i 24 de juliol de 2020, i es deixa sense efecte la determinació del càrrec de regidor delegat de Serveis Generals, Mercat i Festes Port de Pollença i delegació especial Port de Pollença atesa la reorganització realitzada mitjançant Resolució núm. 774/2022, de 8 d'agost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Setè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Publicar íntegrament el present acord en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;em&gt;(BOIB), i en el tauler d'edictes de la Corporació, de conformitat amb l'article 75.5 de la Llei 7/85, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local (LBRL), i en el portal de transparència de l'Ajuntament, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 8.1 f) de la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vuitè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Donar trasllat del present acord a l'Àrea d'Intervenció i al Departament de Personal, als efectes oportuns&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;'anterior acord es publica íntegrament per al coneixement general conformement estableix l'article 75.5 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local (LBRL) i demés disposicions legals vigents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
