    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per Resolució d'Alcaldia de data 24 d'agost de 2022, una vegada conclòs el procediment selectiu incoat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per Resolució de Batlia núm. 2022-871, de data 31 de maig de 2022, (BOIB Núm. 72 de dia 2 de juny de 2022 i BOE Núm. 138 de dia 10 de juny de 2022), s'ha acordat el següent:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Per Decret de Batlia núm. 2022-871, de data 31 de maig de 2022, s'aprovà la convocatòria i les bases que han de regir el procés selectiu per cobrir una plaça de Tècnic d'Administració Especial (Assessor Jurídic i Econòmic) funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida pel sistema de concurs que consta dins l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de 2022 per l'estabilització del personal temporal i la constitució d'una borsa de treball (BOIB Núm. 72 de dia 2 de juny de 2022 i BOE Núm. 138 de dia 10 de juny de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalitzat el procés selectiu, el Tribunal Qualificador, en data 3 d'agost de 2022, va aixecar acta elevant a definitiva la valoració dels mèrits dels aspirants i proposant a la Batlia la selecció de l'aspirant que havia quedat en primer lloc i la integració de la borsa de treball allà indicada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per Decret de Batlia Núm. 2022-1342, de data 19 d'agost de 2022 es va donar per finalitat el procés selectiu de referència i es va aprovar defnitivament a l'aspirant amb major puntuació que a continuacó s'indica, requerint-lo per tal que aportés la documentació allà relacionada: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
