2022-08-24 472567 664073 CAIB 510 2022-08-25 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">L'apartat 8.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 23 de març de 2015 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció, corresponents a l'any 2015, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al <em><em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em></em>d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>2.En data 26 de març de 2015 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 46, la Resolució del &nbsp;president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 23 de març de 2015, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria, per a l'any 2015, de les ajudes destinades al foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em>&nbsp;<em>3.En data 19 de gener de 2017 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 8, la notificació de la Resolució de concessió, denegació i desistiments &nbsp;als beneficiaris de les ajudes per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció, per l'any 2015. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>4.En data 28 de juliol de 2016, es publica en el BOIB núm. 95 la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA per la qual es modifiquen els crèdits i els cofinançaments de diverses Convocatòries de subvencions del FOGAIBA, corresponents a les mesures contemplades en el Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>5.El 19 de novembre de 2021 per Decisió C(2021) 8540 es va aprovar la modificació del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears. Aquesta modificació preveu l'incremento de la participació dels fons FEADER a les mesures 10, 11 i 13 del PDR que passa del 41% al 50% amb efectes a partir del 1 de gener de 2022.&nbsp;La participació de l'Administració General de l'Estat passa del 4,10% al 5% i la de la CAIB passa del 54,90% al 45%.
