&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució per la qual s'acorda la remissió de l'expedient administratiu 37186/2021 i se cita a termini les persones interessades en el recurs contenciós administratiu, procediment ordinari 0000128/2022&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. L'ASSOCIACIÓ&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DE TAXISTES AUTÒNOMS DE LA CIUTAT D'EIVISSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;ha interposat recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu n. 2 de Palma de Mallorca, contra l'AJUNTAMENT D'EVISSA, referent al Decret núm. 2022-4821 de data 19/05/2022 corresponent a l'expedient 37186/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Vist allò que disposa l'article 49 i 50 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Vist, així mateix, el que estableix l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Remetre l'expedient administratiu corresponent al Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu n.2 de Palma de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Citar les persones interessades per si al seu dret convingués comparèixer i personar-se com a demandades davant aquest Jutjat en el termini de NOU DIES, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 49 i 50 de la ja esmentada Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
