&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fets&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El dia 30 de setembre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; es va publicar en el BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;134 l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordre del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge per la qual s'aproven les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de les ajudes de l'any 2021 per al lloguer d'habitatges, en el marc del Reial decret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 106/2018, de 9 de mar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ç&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el qual es regula el Pla Estat d'Habitatge 2018-2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, per un import de 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;928&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.000,00&amp;nbsp;€, amb càrrec a fons estatals, a la partida pressupostària 25501 &amp;nbsp;431B01&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8000 00 (FF 18030), i de 100.000,00&amp;nbsp;€, amb càrrec a fons autonòmics, pe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ls imports de lloguer que superen el màxim indicat per illa i municipi en el punt tercer de les bases i fins a 900&amp;nbsp;€, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 25501&amp;nbsp;431B01&amp;nbsp;48000&amp;nbsp;00.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. D'acord amb l'article vuit de l'Ordre del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge de 29 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, amb caràcter general, fins i tot en el cas de les famílies nombroses, la quantia de l'ajuda és del 40&amp;nbsp;% de la renda màxima mensual, si aquesta és igual o inferior a 900&amp;nbsp;€. En tot cas, la quantia de l'ajuda no &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;pot superar el límit màxim per habitatge de 3.000,00&amp;nbsp;€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas de joves de menys de 35 anys o de person&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;jors de 65 anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;quantia de l'ajuda &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;és&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;50&amp;nbsp;% en el tram compr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ès&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 600&amp;nbsp;€ mensuals de la ren&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;da&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;xima mensual &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;si escau&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;és&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del 30&amp;nbsp;% en el tram compr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ès&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; entre 601 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 900&amp;nbsp;€ mensual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aquesta renda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. En to&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cas, la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;q&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;uant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; no pot superar el límit màxim per habitatge de 3.000&amp;nbsp;€ anuals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. De conformitat amb el que estableix l'article d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;vuit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la Resolució del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge de 9 de novembre de 2021 per la qual s'amplia el termini per presentar les sol·licituds corresponents a l'Ordre del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge de 29 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s'aproven les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de les ajudes de l'any 2021 per al lloguer d'habitatges, en el marc del Reial decret 106/2018, de 9 de març, pel qual es regula el Pla Estatal d'Habitatge 2018-2021, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el termini de presentació de sol·licituds era des del dia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;octubre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fins al dia 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;novembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1, a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ós &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;incl&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;osos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; En aquesta convocatòria s'han presentat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.384 sol·licituds d'ajudes per al lloguer corresponents a 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Les persones interessades que es recullen en l'annex varen presentar la sol·licitud per a la concessió de les ajudes de l'any 2021 per al lloguer d'habitatges dins del termini legal establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. De conformitat amb el que estableix&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l'article 22&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l'Ordre, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;u&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;na ve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gada transcorregut el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, esmenats els defectes i efectuades les comprovacions que es considerin necessàries, els serveis competents de la Direcció &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral d'Habitatge i Arquitectura,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'òrgan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;col&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;·laborador, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;si escau&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, han de valorar les sol·licituds presentades d'acord amb els criteris i el procediment establert, i es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;poden&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; emetre informes parcials sobre blocs d'expedients a mesura que s'obtengui informació i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; completi la tramitació d'aquests.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; En &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aquests informes s'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;han d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;indicar els expedients sobre els quals s'ha emès un informe favorable per a la concessió de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;amb indicació dels beneficiaris i l'import d'aquesta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aquells sobre els quals s'ha emès un informe desfavorable perquè es denegui l'ajut, amb indicació de les causes que el motiven; i els que no s'han admès a tràmit; tots ells amb indicació dels beneficiaris. Aquest informes dels serveis competents &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;han de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució que&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ha de formular l'òrgan instructor competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Mitjançant resolució del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge de data 24 de maig de 2022 es va aprovar la concessió del primer pagament d'ajudes per al lloguer d'habitatges 2021 i es va reconèixer l'obligació per a a favor de 1530 beneficiaris per import total de 3.120.229,60 € amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 25501&amp;nbsp;431B01&amp;nbsp;48000&amp;nbsp;00 (FF&amp;nbsp;18030).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. De conformitat amb el que s'estableix, els serveis competents de la Direcció General d'Habitatge i Arquitectura han emès un informe parcial d'un segon grup d'expedients de data 21 de juliol de 2022 en els quals els sol·licitants compleixen amb tots i cadascun dels requisits exigits en la convocatòria per a l'ajuda al lloguer 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. L'interventor general de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, amb data 27 de abril de 2021, ha autoritzat per a aquest expedient la utilització del sistema de pagament a un nombre significatiu de perceptors d'ordre de pagament 3 en la tramitació dels pagaments derivats de l'Ordre del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge de 29 de setembre de 2021, per la qual s'aproven les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de les ajudes de l'any 2021 per al lloguer d'habitatges, en el marc del Reial decret 106/2018, de 9 de març pel qual es regula el Pla Estatal d'Habitatge 2018-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. L'abonament de la subvenció als beneficiaris s'ha justificat, de conformitat amb l'article 14 de l'Ordre, amb la presentació dels justificants de l'abonament dels rebuts de lloguer fets per transferència, domiciliació o ingrés, tots ells a través d'una entitat financera o de crèdit a partir de l'1 de gener de 2021 i, com a màxim, fins al 31 de desembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L'Ordre del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge de 29 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s'aproven les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de les ajudes de l'any 2021 per al lloguer d'habitatges, en el marc del Reial decret 106/2018, de 9 de març, pel qual es regula el Pla Estatal d'Habitatge 2018-2021 (BOIB núm. 134, de 30 de setembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOE núm. 276, de 18 de novembre de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei general de subvencions (BOE núm. 176, de 25 de juliol de 2006).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. La Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (BOE núm. 236, de 2 d'octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. La Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 d'abril de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7. La Llei 5/2021, de 28 de desembre, de pressupostos generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2022 (BOIB núm. 180, de 30 de desembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. La Llei 14/2014, de 29 de desembre, de finances de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 8, de 15 de gener de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. El Decret 75/2004, de 27 d'agost, de desplegament de determinats aspectes de la Llei de finances i de les lleis de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 122, de 2 de setembre de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. La Llei 1/2019, de 31 de gener, del Govern de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 15, de 2 de febrer de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11. &lt;/span&gt;El Decret 8/2021, de 13 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, que inclou la Conselleria de Mobilitat i Habitatge (BOIB núm. 20, de 14 de febrer de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;12. L'article 2.11.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; del Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, que estableix que la Direcció General d'Habitatge i Arquitectura, que depèn de la Conselleria de Mobilitat i Habitatge, exerceix les seves competències, entre d'altres, en l'àmbit material de foment, coordinació i gestió de les ajudes públiques en matèria d'habitatge (BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrer de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Proposta de resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Propòs al conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Concedir les ajudes per al lloguer d'habitatges de 2021 als beneficiaris que s'indiquen en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució, que comença amb DNI &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;00360117Y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, expedient &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PAV-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;04240&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ajuda total &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.400,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;00&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, i acaba amb &lt;/span&gt;NIE &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y8806966G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, expedient &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PAV-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;08084&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, ajuda total &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;450,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;00&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;€, per complir els requisits exigits en l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordre del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 29 de setembre de 2021 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per la qual s'aproven les bases reguladores i la convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de les ajudes de l'any 2021 per al lloguer d'habitatges, en el marc del Reial decret 106&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/2018, de 9 de mar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ç&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el qual es regula el Pla Estatal d'Habitatge 2018-2021 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar una despesa, a favor dels beneficiaris i pels imports que figuren en la relació establerta en l'annex, per un import total de 3.469.911,29&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;€, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 25501&amp;nbsp;431B01&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;48000 &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;00 (FF&amp;nbsp;18030), en concepte d'ajudes per al lloguer d'habitatges 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, d'acord amb el que disposa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'Ordre del conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge de 29 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s'aproven les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de les ajudes de l'any 2021 per al lloguer d'habitatges, en el marc del Reial decret 106/2018, de 9 de març , pel qual es regula el Pla Estatl d'Habitatge 20218-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Reconèixer l'obligació i proposar a la directora general del Tresor, Política Financera i Patrimoni el pagament de les subvencions a favor dels beneficiaris assenyalats en &lt;/span&gt;l'annex per un import total de 3.469.911,29&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;€, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 25501&amp;nbsp;431B01&amp;nbsp;48000&amp;nbsp;00&amp;nbsp;(FF&amp;nbsp;18030).&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; El pagament s'ha de fer pel sistema d'ordre de pagament 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Manifestar la conformitat amb la proposta de resolució i dictar-ne resolució en els mateixos termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller de Mobilitat i Habitatge, en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
