    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al no haver-se presentat cap reclamació o suggeriment durant el termini d'exposició al públic, l'acord inicialment aprovat pel Ple de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, a la sessió ordinària de data 3 de juny de 2022, d'aprovació de la modificació de l'Ordenança municipal de la taxa per a l'autorització administrativa de &lt;strong&gt;l'estacionament&lt;/strong&gt; de vehicles de tracció mecànica en els espais municipals (ORA), s'ha d'entendre definitivament aprovat sense necessitat de nou acord exprés de conformitat amb el que s'estableix en els articles 49 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i 102.1.d) de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de Règim Local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El text íntegre de la modificació de l'Ordenança municipal de la taxa per a l'autorització administrativa de l'estacionament de vehicles de tracció mecànica en els espais municipals (ORA), es fa públic, per al seu general coneixement i en compliment del que es disposa en l'article 70.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ordenança reguladora de la taxa per a l'autorització administrativa de l'estacionament de vehicles de tracció mecànica en els espais públics municipals.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El servei d'ordenació i regulació d'aparcament és un servei públic local que pretén la regulació dels espais d'estacionament disponible en el municipi, fixant els temps màxims de permanència per a aconseguir una rotació de vehicles que permeti optimitzar l'ús d'un bé escàs com és el de domini públic dedicat a aquesta finalitat. Aquest Ajuntament conforme al que autoritza l'article 106 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local i d'acord amb el previst en l'article 20.3,u) del Real Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, que aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, estableix la taxa per a l'autorització administrativa de l'estacionament de vehicles de tracció mecànica en els espais públics d'aquest municipi i amb les limitacions que es puguin establir per l'autoritat competent, que es regularà per la present Ordenança, redactada conforme a l'article 16 del Real Decret Legislatiu 2/2004 citat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2. Zones d'estacionament regulat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. La Junta de Govern podrà establir, previs els informes tècnics que corresponguin, les zones d'estacionament regulat, mitjançant qualsevol sistema de control horari, que permeti l'ocupació d'un espai senyalitzat en la via pública per aquesta finalitat, durant un temps màxim determinat. L'establiment d'una zona d'estacionament regulat comportarà la determinació i identificació dels sectors que la integren i, en els casos que correspongui, les seves corresponents zones d'influència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.2. L'horari general del seu ús serà el que determini la Junta de Govern, adaptat a les necessitats del sector o zona urbana on s'estableixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.3. La Junta de Govern Local podrà autoritzar de manera temporal usos diferents de les zones d'estacionament regulat per a causes justificades, festes, promocions o circumstàncies especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.4. Les zones d'estacionament regulat podran ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- ORA (Operació de Regulació d'Aparcament): Quan es subjecti l'estacionament al previ pagament de la taxa establerta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- ZAR (Zona d'Aparcament Restringit): Quan es reservi l'estacionament exclusivament per als residents, independentment que aquest règim coexisteixi, o no, amb altre tipus de regulació d'aparcament, en els termes definits per l'article 12 de la present ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- SER (Servei d'estacionament regulat): Zones reservades a l'estacionament de residents de la zona i d'altres usuaris no residents. Els usuaris no residents estaran obligats a indicar de manera visible en el vehicle la data i hora d'arribada tenint en compte el temps d'estacionament màxim a la zona establert a la senyalització vertical. Aquesta zona pot crear-se per un període de temps i horari determinat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.5. Les entrades i sortides de les zones d'estacionament amb horari regulat s'indicaran mitjançant senyalització vertical. Podrà reforçar-se l'anterior senyalització mitjançant marques viàries de color blau (ORA), verd (ZAR) o taronja (SER) sobre el paviment per establir els límits de les places de l'aparcament regulat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.6. Les resolucions de la Junta de Govern en matèria d'implantació o modificació de les zones d'estacionament regulat seran objecte de publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.7. Els espais reservats per a càrrega i descàrrega i tots aquells que puguin estar afectats per un horari limitat en la seva utilització, quan estiguin ubicats en zona d'ORA o en zona ZAR, fora de l'horari de la seva concessió quedaran subjectes a la normativa d'aquestes zones. En tot cas prevaldran les senyalitzacions i horaris establerts per a càrrega i descàrrega sobre les determinacions de les zones d'ORA, ZAR i SER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.8. Les zones d'influència són les zones en què no es disposa d'espai per poder-hi estacionar vehicles i que confinen amb una zona d'ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ZONES D'OPERACIÓ DE REGULACIÓ D'APARCAMENT (ORA)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3. Estacionament regulat amb horari limitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els estacionaments regulats i amb horari limitat se subjectaran a les determinacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El temps màxim d'estacionament serà l'establert per la Junta de Govern Local amb caràcter general o per a zones, sectors o franges horàries determinades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- L'estacionament s'efectuarà mitjançant tiquet horari, que tendrà la forma i les característiques que fixi l'Administració Municipal i en el que constarà, com a mínim, import, data i límit horari de l'estacionament autoritzat. El procediment per a la seva expedició serà el que en cada cas estableixi l'Ajuntament. Les franges horàries d'estacionament així com les tarifes a abonar en concepte de taxa, seran les establertes en l'annex I d'aquesta ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En els casos que el tiquet sigui en format físic, el/la conductor/a del vehicle estarà obligat/da a col·locar el tiquet horari en un lloc de la part interna del parabrises davanter de forma que sigui totalment visible des de l'exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4. Anul·lació denúncia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones conductores que, havent estacionat el vehicle en una d'aquests zones, sobrepassin el límit horari màxim indicat en el tiquet,que no haguessin adquirit el tiquet corresponent o que la seva mala col·locació no permeti la seva lectura de forma clara i haguessin estat denunciats per aquest motiu, podran obtenir un comprovant o tiquet post-pagable especial que servirà de justificant durant les següents 48 hores a la data de la de denúncia i enervarà els efectes del procediment sancionador que s'hagi pogut formular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5. Vehicles prohibits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No podran estacionar en zones d'ORA els següents vehicles: motocicletes, ciclomotors de dues rodes i bicicletes, vehicles de deu o més places, (ja siguin turismes, furgonetes o vehicles mixtes); així com camions, autobusos, autobusos articulats, remolcs, semiremolcs, tracto camions, tractors, siguin quin sigui el seu número de places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6. Vehicles exclosos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Queden exclosos de la limitació de temps i sense obligació d'obtenir el tiquet o comprovant inherent a la present normativa, contemplant en l'exclusió el distintiu de control, els següents vehicles: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Els vehicles estacionats en zones reservades per a la seva categoria o activitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Els vehicles auto-taxi el seu estacionament derivi del servei que s'està prestant a l'usuari, sempre que el conductor estigui present. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Els vehicles de servei oficial degudament identificats, propietat d'Organismes de l'Estat, Comunitat Autònoma, Província o municipi que estiguin destinats directament i exclusivament a la prestació dels serveis públics de la seva competència, quan estiguin realitzant aquests serveis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Els vehicles de representació diplomàtica i consular acreditats a Espanya, externament identificats amb placa de matrícula diplomàtica i consular, sempre que existeixi reciprocitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Els vehicles destinats a l'assistència sanitària que pertanyin a la Seguretat Social o a la Creu Roja Espanyola i les ambulàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Les persones titulars de targetes d'aparcament per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda expedides per l'organisme competent. Per gaudir del benefici de l'exclusió serà condició necessària que la targeta d'aparcament per a persones de mobilitat reduïda es trobi situada en un lloc fàcilment visible del parabrisa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Els vehicles que disposin del distintiu assenyalat a l'article 8, sempre que estigui estacionat en la seva corresponent zona i sector i no es trobi en zona o sector distint. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Els vehicles degudament identificats amb el distintiu ambiental “zero emissions”. El distintiu ha d'estar col·locat en un lloc visible del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7. Rotació de vehicles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vegada superat el període màxim d'estacionament autoritzat, el vehicle haurà d'abandonar l'estacionament, no podent estacionar de nou dins l'àrea a menys de 150 metres del lloc que ocupava anteriorment, durant el període dels 30 minuts següents a l'hora de la finalització de l'anterior estacionament autoritzat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8. Distintius zones d'ORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones propietàries de vehicles que siguin persones físiques i que estiguin empadronades i amb domicili de fet en zona d'ORA, podran obtenir un distintiu que els permetrà acollir-se a les exclusions de l'article 6 de la present ordenança, així mateix, podran obtenir el mateix distintiu, les persones propietàries de vehicles que siguin persones físiques i estiguin empadronades i amb domicili de fet en zona d'influència d'una zona d'ORA i no disposin d'aparcament en calçada, únicament en l'àmbit del sector que li correspongui segons s'ubiqui el seu domicili i en els llocs no prohibits per una norma general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9. Condicions per a l'obtenció del distintiu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. Tendran dret al distintiu les persones propietàries que siguin titulars d'un vehicle amb capacitat màxima de fins a nou places (inclòs el/a conductor/a) i reuneixin les següents condicions: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Trobar-se empadronades i residint de fet en la zona d'ORA o zona d'influència d'una zona d'ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Que la domiciliació del vehicle coincideixi amb la del seu titular, a excepció dels vehicles de rènting els quals vulguin obtenir el distintiu indicat en el punt 9 de l'article 14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) El vehicle no es trobi subjecte a ordre de precinte, en descobert respecte del pagament de l'Impost sobre Vehicle de Tracció Mecànica o sanció municipal de trànsit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.2. Podran obtenir distintiu els vehicles de quatre rodes amb un pes màxim de 350 kg (quadricicles lleugers).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.3. No s'atorgarà el distintiu a: vehicles de deu o més places, ja siguin turismes, furgonetes o vehicles mixtes; així com camions, autobusos, autobusos articulats, remolcs, semiremolcs, tracto camions, caravanes i tractors, siguin quin sigui el seu número de places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10. Zones d'ORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, previs els informes tècnics que corresponguin, per raons d'interès públic municipal relacionat amb l'ordenació circulatòria, especial configuració urbana i amb l'objectiu de garantir la rotació d'aparcaments, podrà qualificar determinades vies o part de les mateixes com a zona ORA. En les vies incloses en la denominació ORA i en els dies i hores en què l'estacionament estigui subjecte a limitació horària, solament serà autoritzat l'estacionament als vehicles que utilitzin tiquet o el distintiu corresponent i en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 11. Obtenció i utilització del distintiu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.1. L'Administració municipal expedirà a les persones interessades que compleixin les condicions establertes en l'article 9, els distintius corresponents a l'any en curs, a què es refereix l'article 8, d'acord amb les següents normes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Sols s'atorgarà un distintiu per cada propietari/a de vehicle que tengui carnet de conduir en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Les persones interessades hauran de sol·licitar expressament el distintiu i abonar la taxa que s'indica en l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) En el cas de residents de fet dins de l'àrea de l'ORA o la seva zona d'influència, hauran d'aportar fotocòpia del certificat d'empadronament i exhibir el DNI o passaport, permís de conduir o llicència en el seu cas, i permís de circulació del vehicle; constant el domicili de fet en aquests documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) L'administració municipal es reserva el dret d'exigir qualsevol altra prova documental o de realitzar d'ofici quantes comprovacions consideri necessàries per contrastar la veracitat de les dades aportades per les persones interessades per a l'obtenció del distintiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Si de les comprovacions practicades resultés que per la persona titular del distintiu d'aparcament s'ha realitzat un ús fraudulent del mateix o que les dades aportades per a l'obtenció de l'autorització han estat falsificades, s'iniciarà expedient per a la retirada del distintiu, sense perjudici de la incoació del corresponent expedient sancionador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Quan la persona interessada deixi d'aportar algun document, sempre que no sigui un dels essencials (acreditatius de la seva personalitat i titularitat del vehicle) o en aquests falti alguna dada dels requerits, se li podrà atorgar per un termini màxim de dos mesos improrrogable, un distintiu provisional, sempre que aporti qualsevol document fefaent que justifiqui la seva especial situació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.2. La validesa màxima del distintiu serà d'un any, finalitzant en tot cas el 31 de desembre de l'any natural en què va ser expedit, tret que el procediment de renovació estigui afectat per pròrroga establerta mitjançant Decret de la Batlia, degudament publicat. Podent ser renovats prèvia sol·licitud davant l'Oficina Municipal corresponent dins el termini que es determinarà anualment i que serà anunciat degudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.3. Les persones a les quals s'atorgui el distintiu seran responsables del seu ús. Quan canviïn d'adreça o de vehicle hauran de comunicar, en el termini d'un mes, dita circumstància a l'Ajuntament amb devolució del distintiu que els va ser atorgat. Complerts aquests requisits se'ls expedirà el distintiu corresponent al nou domicili i/o vehicle, sense que aquest tràmit estigui subjecte a la taxa fiscal corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.4 És obligatori retirar els distintius no vigents de la part interna dels parabrises quan es col·loqui el nou distintiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.5 L'Administració municipal podrà decidir no renovar els distintius que no respectin les normes d'aquesta ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ZONES D'APARCAMENT RESTRINGIT (ZAR)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 12. Zona d'aparcament restringit&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.1. La Junta de Govern Local, previs els informes tècnics procedents, per raons d'interès municipal podrà declarar un o varis vials, o sector urbà, com a Zona d'Aparcament Restringit (ZAR). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.2. Dites zones es regiran per les següents determinacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Les entrades d'aquestes zones s'indicaran mitjançant senyalització vertical. La vigència de la zona d'aparcament restringit serà permanent, tret de senyalització que indiqui l'horari de vigència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Pels vials que constitueixen dites àrees queda prohibit l'estacionament, amb l'excepció dels següents vehicles: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles estacionats en zones reservades per a la seva categoria o activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles auto-taxi quan el seu estacionament derivi del servei que s'està prestant a l'usuari, sempre que el conductor estigui present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Motocicletes i ciclomotors de dues rodes, i bicicletes sempre que estacionen en llocs destinats específicament per a elles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles que disposin de targeta de zona ZAR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles de serveis de seguretat, sanitaris, prevenció d'incendis, Creu Roja i els proveïts de targeta d'aparcament per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles de representació diplomàtica i consular acreditats a Espanya, externament identificats amb placa de matrícula diplomàtica i consular, sempre que existeixi reciprocitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles de servei oficial degudament identificats, propietat d'organismes de l'Estat, Comunitat Autònoma, Consell Insular o municipi, que estiguin destinats directament i exclusivament a la prestació dels serveis públics de la seva competència, quan es trobin realitzant aquests serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles de companyies de serveis generals o concessionaris/contractistes de serveis públics, quan realitzin treballs o serveis en aquests vials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.3. Es podrà sol·licitar la targeta de zona ZAR que habilita per a l'estacionament a la zona afectada, a favor dels vehicles les persones propietàries dels quals resideixin i es trobin empadronades en la zona d'aparcament restringit que es tracti o en la zona d'influència definida en la Resolució d'implantació. Es donaran com a màxim dos distintius per vivenda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.4. Per a la sol·licitud i obtenció de targeta de zona ZAR s'hi aplicaran les condicions previstes a l'article 9 i 11 d'aquesta ordenança, entenent que la referència a zona d'ORA es correspon a zona ZAR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.5. La disponibilitat de targeta de ZAR no eximirà, en el seu cas, del compliment de la normativa d'ORA en el supòsit que aquesta estigués implantada en la zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12.6. Les targetes de zona ZAR hauran de ser diligentment col·locades en el vehicle, de forma que siguin visibles completament des de l'exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL IV&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SERVEI D'ESTACIONAMENT REGULAT (SER)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 13. Servei d'estacionament regulat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.1. La Junta de Govern Local, previs els informes tècnics procedents, per raons d'interès municipal podrà declarar un o varis vials, o sector urbà, com a zona sotmesa a Servei d'Estacionament Regulat (zona SER). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.2. Dites zones es regiran per les següents determinacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Les entrades d'aquestes zones s'indicaran mitjançant senyalització vertical. La vigència de la zona SER serà la indicada en la senyalització vertical, la qual pot ser per un període de temps i horari determinat conforme allò que s'estableix en l'acord de la seva implantació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Pels vials que constitueixen dites àrees queda prohibit l'estacionament, amb l'excepció dels següents vehicles: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles estacionats en zones reservades per a la seva categoria o activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles auto-taxi quan el seu estacionament derivi del servei que s'està prestant a l'usuari, sempre que el conductor estigui present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Motocicletes i ciclomotors de dues rodes, i bicicletes sempre que estacionen en llocs destinats específicament per a elles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles que disposin de targeta de zona SER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles de serveis de seguretat, sanitaris, prevenció d'incendis, Creu Roja i els proveïts de targeta d'aparcament per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles de representació diplomàtica i consular acreditats a Espanya, externament identificats amb placa de matrícula diplomàtica i consular, sempre que existeixi reciprocitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles de servei oficial degudament identificats, propietat d'organismes de l'Estat, Comunitat Autònoma, Consell Insular o municipi, que estiguin destinats directament i exclusivament a la prestació dels serveis públics de la seva competència, quan es trobin realitzant aquests serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles de companyies de serveis generals o concessionaris/contractistes de serveis públics, quan realitzin treballs o serveis en aquests vials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els vehicles que indiquin de manera visible en el vehicle la data i hora d'arribada tenint en compte el temps d'estacionament màxim a la zona establert a la senyalització vertical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) No podran estacionar en zones SER els vehicles tipus caravana amb l'excepció dels que disposin del distintiu de zona SER. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.3. Es podrà sol·licitar la targeta de zona SER que habilita per a l'estacionament a la zona afectada, a favor dels vehicles les persones propietàries dels quals resideixin i es trobin empadronades en la zona SER definida en la Resolució d'implantació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.4. Per a la sol·licitud i obtenció de targeta de zona SER s'hi aplicaran les condicions previstes a l'article 9 (exceptuant el seu apartat 3) i 11 d'aquesta ordenança, entenent que la referència a zona d'ORA es correspon a zona SER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.5. Les targetes de zona SER hauran de ser diligentment col·locades en el vehicle, de forma que siguin visibles completament des de l'exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;13.6 Les persones denunciades per estacionar en zona SER sense haver indicat l'hora d'arribada o superant el temps màxim autoritzat d'estacionament podran anul·lar la denúncia en els mateixos termes que estableix l'article 4 respecte les zones d'ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;TIPUS DE DISTINTIUS, TARGETA MONEDER I AUTORITZACIONS ESPECIALS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 14. Tipus de distintius&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb l'objectiu de facilitar l'ús dels estacionaments regulats a les persones titulars de vehicles amb vinculació a aquest municipi s'estableixen les diferents modalitats de distintius, els quals, mitjançant una ferratina, targeta,o qualsevol altre suport, identificaran al vehicle, zona al què pertany i el lloc on li està autoritzat aparcar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1) MIXT: permet estacionar a la zona i sector al què pertany la persona titular del vehicle a més dels aparcaments de Cetre, Teixidores i La Calatrava (en horari d'obertura).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) APARCAMENT: permet estacionar els vehicles els titulars dels quals siguin residents a Sóller als aparcaments de Cetre, Teixidores i La Calatrava (en horari d'obertura). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3) RESIDENT: permet estacionar en la zona i sector que pertany el titular del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4) ZAR: permet estacionar a la zona ZAR que pertany el titular del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5) SER: permet estacionar a la zona SER que pertany el titular del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6) JUBILAT/ADA - PENSIONISTA: destinat als vehicles els titulars dels quals siguin residents a Sóller i estiguin jubilats o siguin pensionistes. Només es donarà una targeta per persona. En el moment de sol·licitar el distintiu s'haurà de presentar el carnet de conduir del titular del vehicle en vigor. Permet estacionar als aparcaments de Cetre, Teixidores i La Calatrava (en horari d'obertura). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7) RESIDENT I TREBALLADOR/A: permet estacionar a la zona i sector que correspongui a les persones residents i treballadores al municipi de Sóller que acreditin estar contractades per empreses o negocis situats en zona d'ORA o d'influència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8) DE TEMPORADA: tendran dret aquelles persones propietàries o familiars de primer i segon grau, de vivendes del municipi de Sóller al corrent de pagament d'imposts, que venguin a passar temporades al municipi i estiguin afectats per les zones ORA amb el sector i zona que li correspongui. Hauran de presentar la documentació acreditativa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9) RÈNTING: destinat a residents del municipi que utilitzin vehicles de rènting els quals no estiguin domiciliats aquí. Hauran d'aportar un document que acrediti la cessió d'ús del vehicle per part de l'empresa per motius laborals i on constarà el període pel qual està prevista la cessió. Aquest distintiu només podrà ser de les següents modalitats: MIXT, APARCAMENT, RESIDENT O ZAR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10) TIQUET D'UN SOL ÚS: destinat a establiments d'allotjament turístic i hotels sense aparcament que estiguin ubicats a zones d'ORA o d'influència on s'apliqui la tarifa fraccionada (no existeixi el pagament de jornada completa). El tiquet serà vàlid un únic dia i haurà d'indicar clarament la data, la matrícula del vehicle i el nom de l'establiment turístic o hotel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11) NO RESIDENT I TREBALLADOR AL PORT DE SÓLLER: permet estacionar en la zona i sector que correspongui a les persones no residents que acreditin estar contractades per empreses o negocis situats en zona d'ORA o d'influència del Port de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12) AUTORITZATS/DES: està destinat a serveis públics de l'Ajuntament de Sóller o entitats/empreses públiques podent estar o no restringits en zones d'ORA o en horaris. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 15. Targeta moneder resident&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La targeta moneder resident està vinculada a una matrícula de vehicle i consta d'una targeta xip que dóna accés a la tarifa resident. La seva pèrdua, deteriorament o qualsevol altre mal ús, eximeix de tota responsabilitat a l'Ajuntament o entitat gestora del servei, sense haver de reembossar per part d'aquests cap import. En el cas d'adquirir una targeta nova per qualsevol motiu l'anterior serà donada automàticament de baixa. La podran obtenir les persones empadronades en el municipi de Sóller titulars d'un vehicle i carnet de conduir en vigor. Es podrà modificar la matrícula vinculada a la targeta sempre que el vehicle sigui del mateix titular que la targeta. La targeta és intransferible; s'haurà d'informar a l'Administració municipal la transmissió del vehicle i aquest fet comportarà l'anul·lació de la targeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 16. Autoritzacions especials&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En casos especials i de forma puntual podran efectuar-se autoritzacions de curt període, per motius de força major i imprevists, a persones que ja disposin de distintiu modificant-los la zona i el sector. Aquestes autoritzacions seran aprovades per Junta de Govern Local o òrgan en què es delegui, acreditant-ne sempre el motiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DEVOLUCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 17. Supòsits de devolucions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;16.1. Les tarifes previstes a l'apartat B.1 de l'annex I d'aquesta ordenança podran ser objecte de devolució en els casos que s'acrediti documentalment la baixa definitiva del vehicle o el canvi de titular que impliqui la pèrdua del dret a obtenir el distintiu. En ambdós casos s'haurà de retornar el distintiu o justificar degudament el no retorn d'aquest. Només s'efectuarà la devolució de l'import proporcional al període que correspongui a la no utilització del distintiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.2. En cap altre supòsit procedirà la devolució de les tarifes previstes en l'annex I d'aquesta ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL VII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;INFRACCIONS I SANCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 18. Infraccions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constitueixen infraccions específiques de les disposicions contingudes en aquesta ordenança:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Estacionar sense exhibir el tiquet o exhibint el corresponent en zona tarifària distinta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Estacionar superant el temps autoritzat segons el tiquet. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Estacionar col·locant defectuosament el tiquet, de forma que no permeti la seva lectura des de l'exterior del vehicle. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Estacionar col·locant nou tiquet, ocupant un estacionament situat a menys de 150 metres al que s'ha utilitzat anteriorment, durant el període dels 30 minuts següents a l'hora de finalització del temps màxim autoritzat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Estacionar exhibint comprovant horari o distintiu falsificats o manipulats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Estacionar exhibint distintiu en els següents supòsits: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vegada transferida la propietat del vehicle per al qual es va atorgar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En vehicle distint a l'autoritzat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb posterioritat al canvi de domicili del titular d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Estacionar exhibint un tiquet amb tarifa de resident on la matrícula no correspongui al vehicle estacionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Obtenir el distintiu mitjançant l'empadronament o transferència del vehicle ficticis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Estacionar un vehicle prohibit a zona d'ORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Estacionar a zona ZAR sense el corresponent distintiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Estacionar a zona SER sense indicar l'hora d'arribada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Excedir el temps d'estacionament màxim a zona SER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 19&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sancions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A les infraccions contemplades en l'article anterior pertoquen les següents sancions: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Estacionar sense exhibir el tiquet, o exhibint el corresponent a zona tarifària distinta: 80,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Estacionar superant el temps autoritzat segons el tiquet: 60,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Estacionar col·locant defectuosament el tiquet, de forma que no permeti la seva lectura des de l'exterior del vehicle: 80,00 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quan la zona destinada a ORA sigui ocupada per qualsevol circumstància diferent a l'estacionament de vehicles correspondrà l'abonament per part del responsable de l'ocupació de 6,00 €/dia per plaça de cotxe ocupada quan aquestes estiguin senyalitzades o 1,00 € per metre lineal/dia quan les places no estiguin individualitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
