&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria i les BASES PER A LA GALA DE L'ESPORT A FORMENTERA PER A L'ANY 2020/2021 I OBERTURA D'UN NOU TERMINI PER A LA PRESENTACIÓ DE CANDIDATURES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Publicar les bases presents al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al tauler d'anuncis del Consell Insular de Formentera i a la pàgina web d'aquesta Administració als efectes legals oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercera.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Obrir un termini per a la presentació de candidats/es segons el previst al CAPITOL II, article 3, de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 1r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els premis de l'esport van destinats a reconèixer i premiar els mèrits al llarg de la temporada 2020/2021 de les persones físiques, associacions o clubs en l'àmbit de l'Illa de Formentera, es dediquen a l'esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Com a persona física no poden ser presentades candidatures de càrrecs polítics en actiu de qualsevol institució pública de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 2on&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La convocatòria tindrà com a objectius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1-Nomenament al millor en base als valors s l'esport&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2-Nomenament a la promesa femenina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3-Nomenament a la promesa masculina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4-Nomenament a la millor esportista femenina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7-Nomenament al millor equip masculí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8-Nomenament millor entrenador/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9-Nomenament del millor esportista de cadascuna de les modalitats de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Mencions especials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10-Nomenament de l'entitat patrocinadora que més s'hagi distingit en la promoció de l'esport a Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11-Nomenament del club o l'associació esportiva que s'hagi distingit a Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12-Nomenament de la persona física que hagi tingut més relleu en la tasca de foment de l'esport a formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Totes aquestes distincions es faran tenint en compte els mèrits corresponents a la temporada esportiva 2020/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CAPÍTOL II. DE LA PRESENTACIÓ DE CANDIDATS/ATES PER A L'ELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 3er&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada que s'hagi fet pública la convocatòria d'aquestes bases al BOIB, cadascuna de les associacions o clubs esportius de Formentera podrà designar els seus candidats/tes. Els candidats/tes que presentin les associacions o clubs esportius no hauran d'estar necessàriament inscrits o afiliats a la mateixa federació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presentació de candidatures per part de les associacions o clubs esportius s'efectuarà davant el Registre General d'Entrada del Consell Insular de Formentera, ubicat al carrer Ramon Llull, nº 6 l'Oficina d'Atenció al Ciutadà (OAC/OVAC) i en un termini de 20 dies naturals a partir de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB. Una vegada transcorregut aquest termini quedarà tancada la presentació de candidatures&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Excepcionalment, una vegada transcorregut el termini de presentació de candidatures, el Consell Insular de Formentera, mitjançant la seva Àrea d'Esports, podrà presentar candidatures a les diferents categories en què la seva delegació federativa o Federació Espanyola no n'hagi presentat cap, sempre que quedi suficientment justificat per aquesta. Aquestes candidatures presentades pel Consell Insular de Formentera, juntament amb les presentades per associacions o clubs esportius, passaran al Jurat per poder ser tingudes en compte a l'hora de l'atorgament dels premis de la gala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 4t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada presentades la totalitat de candidatures, i si es considera adequat per part de l'Àrea d'esports del Consell Insular de Formentera, aquesta podrà realitzar un informe proposta per presentar al Jurat, una vegada constituït aquest, en el que consti la llista de candidatures, quines compleixen els criteris per ser acceptades, quines haurien de ser denegades, etc. Aquest informe proposta no és en cap cas vinculant pel Jurat, però sí li pot ser de gran ajuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CAPÍTOL III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;DE LA COMPOSICIÓ DEL JURAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 5è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El jurat per a l'elecció dels guardonats serà constituït per les següents persones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· Presidenta: la Consellera d'Esports, Recursos Humans i Serveis Insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· Secretari/ària: El/La secretari/ària del Consell Insular de Formentera o funcionari en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· Vocals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 1 representant de cada partit polític amb representació al Ple de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 1 representant de cada club o associació esportiva de Formentera que estigui en actiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 1 representant tècnic del Àrea d'Esports del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 6è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Jurat s'haurà de constituir, com a màxim, dins el termini de&amp;nbsp; deu dies a comptar des de la finalització dels 20 dies atorgats per a la presentació de candidatures des de la publicació de les bases al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Perquè el Jurat es constitueixi, serà necessària l'assistència de les dues terceres parts dels membres que l'han d'integrar, i sempre ha d'haver-hi la presidenta i el secretari/ària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada constituït, la Presidenta del jurat, en la mateixa sessió, assenyalarà el dia i l'hora per a l'elecció dels guardonats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 7è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· Els acords del Jurat s'adoptaran per majoria simple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· El secretari tindrà veu però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· En cas d'empat, el president del Jurat tindrà vot de qualitat per dirimir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· Els premis es podran declarar deserts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· La decisió del Jurat no es farà pública fins al moment del lliurament dels Premis a la Gala de l´Esport&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;· La decisió del Jurat serà inapel·lable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CAPÍTOL IV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;DE L'ELECCIÓ DELS MILLORS ESPORTISTES DE LA TEMPORADA 2020/2021 I D'ALTRES GUARDONATS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 8è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Funcions del jurat i presa d'acords.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les deliberacions del jurat són secretes i tots els acords s'han de prendre per majoria dels assistents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a la vàlida constitució del jurat es requereix l'assistència del president/a i del secretari/a o, si escau, de les persones que els substitueixin,&amp;nbsp; de la meitat, almenys, dels seus membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El jurat pot requerir informació complementària a l'Àrea d'Esport del Consell Insular de Formentera quan ho estimi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Jurat haurà de proposar una persona o entitat candidata a rebre el premi d'entre les candidatures presentades per els clubs esportius o associacions esportives, per a cada una de les modalitats de premis convocats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 9è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per l'elecció dels millors esportistes i la de la resta de guardonats, es tindran en compte els resultats i la trajectòria esportiva dels candidats que es presentin referits a les dues temporades esportives anteriors al de la convocatòria en qüestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un candidat no podrà ser elegit més de dues vegades en quatre anys consecutius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El secretari del Jurat, una vegada el Jurat hagi votat, recomptarà en veu alta els vots i aixecarà acta dels resultats de les votacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 10è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Amb caràcter excepcional, el Consell Insular de Formentera, els clubs esportius, associacions esportives o qualsevol altra institució o entitat podran proposar al Jurat la concessió de distincions especials a les persones que per la seva trajectòria siguin mereixedors d'aquesta distinció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquestes concessions de distincions especials, hauran de ser aprovades per majoria absoluta del Jurat, perquè puguin ser atorgades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
