    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El Consell Insular de Menorca, a través de l'Ag&lt;/span&gt;ència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, vol ajudar a complir un dels objectius específics del Pla d'Acció Menorca Reserva de Biosfera: fomentar un model de turisme més conscient i responsable cap al manteniment dels valors de la reserva de biosfera. El que es pretén és fer de Menorca una illa més sostenible i respectuosa amb el medi natural, conscienciar sobre els recursos de què es disposen i donar eines per aprofitar-los de forma més eficient, ja que tot això derivarà en un tipus de turisme més conscient amb la realitat de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb la finalitat d'impulsar un turisme sostenible, responsable i de qualitat a l'arxipèlag de les illes Balears, la Llei 2/2016, de 30 de març, de l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears i de mesures d'impuls del turisme sostenible (LIET), crea, en l'article 19.3, el Fons per afavorir el turisme sostenible com a instrument de finançament, total o parcial, d'inversions i altres despeses amb càrrec als pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears que es destinin a l'execució de projectes de diferents finalitats que s'aprovin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per aquest motiu, l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera va presentar el projecte ITS2019-113 BGreenMenorca: Desenvolupament de l'ecoturisme a Menorca, a la convocatòria de l'Impuls del Turisme Sostenible, que fou aprovat el 29 de gener de 2021 i el qual inclou una línia d'ajudes dirigides a empreses del sector turístic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Per tal d'aglutinar en una mateixa convocatòria actuacions de conservació, millora i restauració del patrimoni natural, s'han inclòs cinc línies diferents d'ajuts, tots ells per a empreses o establiments turístics de Menorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;De conformitat amb la normativa bàsica aplicable al Consell Insular de Menorca en matèria de subvencions, i en el marc del que estableixen les Bases d'execució del pressupost d'aquesta administració,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesa la proposta de la Presidència;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Rector de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, per unanimitat dels sis&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;membres&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;assistents (senyor Juaneda Mercadal, senyor Pastrana Huguet, senyora Gomila Carretero, senyor Maria&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ballester, senyora Gómez Estévez i senyor Pons Riudavets) i en votació ordinària, adopta l'acord&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les Bases que regeixen la concessió d'ajuts BGreenMenorca per al foment d'actuacions sostenibles dirigits a establiments turístics, les quals es transcriuen en annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar, simultàniament, la convocatòria corresponent a l'any 2022&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; que es regeix per les bases a què s'ha fet referència en el punt anterior, d'acord amb les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Import global màxim dels ajuts i crèdit pressupostari. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas que per a una línia no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà proporcionalment a la resta de línies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Imports màxims&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'import màxim subvencionable és del 75 % sobre el cost total de l'actuació per a la qual es demana la subvenció, amb un màxim de 15.000 € per cada una de les actuacions sol·licitades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En totes les línies, l'import total de la subvenció que atorgui el Consell Insular de Menorca, de manera aïllada o en concurrència amb altres ajudes o subvencions de qualsevol procedència, no podrà superar el 100 % del cost de l'activitat subvencionable i, en el cas que se superés aquest percentatge, l'aportació del Consell Insular s'ajustaria a aquest límit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) El termini de presentació de sol·licituds per acollir-se a aquesta convocatòria comença a partir de l'endemà que es publiqui la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i acaba el 24 de setembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Són objecte de ser subvecionades les actuacions iniciades entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'1 de gener de 2022 i el 31 de desembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Els beneficiaris resten obligats a justificar les actuacions i despeses efectuades amb càrrec a l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ajut econòmic concedit abans del 15 de març de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Menorca és reserva de biosfera, i les reserves de biosfera tenen per funció la conservació i protecció de la biodiversitat, el desenvolupament econòmic i humà, la investigació i l'educació. A més, estan reconegudes com a àrees protegides per la Llei 42/2007 de patrimoni natural i biodiversitat, concretament en l'article 49 del capítol IV (Àrees protegides per instruments internacionals).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, en la sessió de dia 18 de febrer de 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; va aprovar definitivament el Pla d'acció de la Reserva de Biosfera de Menorca 2018-2025. Amb el Pla d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cció &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cerca donar coherència i cohesió a totes les actuacions que, des de l'àmbit públic i privat, advoquen pels valors del desenvolupament sostenible i l'ús eficient dels recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Un dels objectius específics del Pla d'Acció Menorca Reserva de Biosfera és fomentar un model de turisme més conscient i corresponsable cap al manteniment dels valors de la reserva de biosfera. Per aquest motiu, l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera va presentar el projecte BGreenMenorca a l'Impost de Turisme Sostenible, que fou aprovat el 29 de gener de 2021 i en el qual s'emmarca la present línia d'ajudes dirigides a empreses del sector turístic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA. OBJECTE I FINALITAT DELS AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte principal és ajudar a assolir un dels objectius específics del Pla d'Acció Menorca Reserva de Biosfera: fomentar un model de turisme més conscient i responsable cap al manteniment dels valors de la reserva de biosfera. Per això es vol donar suport a les empreses del sector turístic per executar actuacions de conservació, millora i restauració del patrimoni natural de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Concretament, aquestes actuacions van encaminades a reduir la contaminació lumínica, a redu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ir &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la generació de residus i millora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r-ne&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la seva gestió en origen, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;millorar l'eficiència energètica i hídrica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i a gestionar les zones verdes de forma sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les ajudes per als titulars de les empreses i establiments turístics s'atorgaran en funció de les actuacions executades i que s'hagin portat a terme en les condicions que estableix la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'àmbit territorial d'aplicació de les ajudes que regula aquesta convocatòria és l'illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La finalitat d'aquests ajuts és fer de Menorca una illa més sostenible i respectuosa amb l'ús dels recursos naturals, així com implicar el sector turístic per tal que redueixi la seva petjada de carboni, la petjada hídrica, la generació de residus i la contaminació lumínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA. FINANÇAMENT I IMPORT MÀXIM&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'import màxim i les partides a les qual s'aplicaran les ajudes que s'atorguin en el marc d'aquestes bases sónels que s'estableixen en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas que per a una línia no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà proporcionalment a la resta de línies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import màxim de les subvencions és del 75&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;% del cost total subvencionable del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quan l'import de les sol·licituds d'ajut&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;sigui superior a la quantitat màxima fixada en la convocatòria es prioritzaran les sol·licituds en funció dels criteris objectius per a la concessió dels ajuts establerts en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA. ACTIVITATS SUBVENCIONADES: REQUISITS I CONDICIONS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada projecte s'ha d'emmarcar en una de les línies que es relacionen a continuació. Si durant el moment de la valoració del projecte s'apreciés un error en la línia escollida per part del sol·licitant, l'òrgan instructor podrà, d'ofici, incloure la sol·licitud en la línia a la qual millor s'adeqüi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En totes les modalitats es valorarà especialment que els projectes contribueixin a la preservació del medi natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línies de subvenció:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les empreses turístiques que es presentin han de tenir llicència d'activitats en vigor, han d'estar donades d'alta com a empresa turística en el registre del Consell Insular de Menorca i han de desenvolupar la seva activitat dins l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per poder optar a aquests ajuts s'han de complir els requisits establerts en les presents bases per a cadascuna de les línies a les quals es presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Línia 1. Eficiència energètica: enllumenat exterior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les actuacions objecte de subvenció d'aquesta línia són les encaminades a reduir o prevenir la contaminació lumínica, per tal de preservar i afavorir la biodiversitat alhora que es pot reduir el consum d'energia i aprofitar per ampliar l'oferta complementaria amb activitats per observar estrelles, i especialment actualitzar les instal·lacions al Reglament de protecció del medi nocturn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alguns exemples serien:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta línia es destina a les actuacions d'instal·lació de sistemes de monitoratge de consums d'electricitat, aigua, gas i gasoil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquesta línia també s'inclouen sistemes de regulació i control de les diferents instal·lacions, ja siguin elèctriques, de calefacció, limatització, ventilació, producció d'aigua calenta sanitària, solar tèrmica, fotovoltaica... amb l'objectiu d'aconseguir un consum més eficient dels recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUARTA. RÈGIM DE COMPATIBILITAT AMB ALTRES AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els ajuts que s'atorguin de conformitat amb aquestes bases són compatibles amb la concessió d'altres ajuts, sens perjudici de l'obligació dels beneficiaris de comunicar-ho al Consell Insular de Menorca, a través del departament de Medi Ambient i Reserva de Biosfera, de la forma establerta en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'import de les subvencions que es concedeixin no pot superar, en cap cas, de manera aïllada o amb concurrència amb altres ajuts, el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUENA. REQUISITS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Poden optar als ajuts les persones titulars d'empreses de serveis turístics en els rams de la restauració, l'hostaleria, el comerç i el lleure que desenvolupin la seva activitat a Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;També poden optar a aquestes subvencions les agrupacions o associacions d'empreses de serveis en els rams i les condicions esmentats abans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Es poden acollir a aquesta convocatòria les persones físiques o jurídiques, o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, que siguin titulars d'empreses o establiments turístics i presentin projectes que compleixin amb els objectius, les finalitats i els requisits del projecte BGreenMenorca, tal com es recull en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els beneficiaris han d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i amb el Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En qualsevol cas, no poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones o entitats en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'art. 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISENA. PRESENTACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS I DOCUMENTACIÓ NECESSÀRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sol·licitud i documentació necessària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una mateixa entitat pot sol·licitar una subvenció per executar projectes de diferents línies, sempre que es presentin clarament desagregats uns dels altres i identificant la línia d'actuació a la qual es vol incloure cada un dels projectes i la seva &lt;strong&gt;priorització&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar formalitzades electrònicament mitjançant el model normalitzat que s'adjunta amb el nom «Sol·licitud d'ajuts» (annex 1) d'aquestes bases i que es troba a la Seu electrònica www.cime.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els impresos esmentats es facilitaran a la seu del Consell Insular de Menorca a Maó, a les oficines administratives de Ciutadella i a través del web del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La sol·licitud s'ha d'emplenar correctament i marcar amb una X la casella corresponent a cada una de les línies (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) per a les quals es demana l'ajut, així com les corresponents a la documentació administrativa, i cal adjuntar a totes elles la documentació justificativa que es demana tant a la sol·licitud com a cada una de les línies, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a més de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'ordre de prioritat si es presenta més d'una actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la sol·licitud, s'ha d'adjuntar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Documentació administrativa general&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentació administrativa que només s'ha de presentar una vegada i és vàlida per a totes les línies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Si és una persona física, NIF o DNI del sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Acreditació de la representació si la sol·licitud es presenta en nom d'una altra persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) NIF o DNI del representant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Si el sol·licitant és persona jurídica, original o còpia acarada de l'escriptura de constitució o modificació, dels estatuts o del reglament intern de funcionament, inscrits en el registre corresponent. Si fos necessari de conformitat amb els seus estatuts, han d'aportar certificat de l'acord adoptat per l'òrgan de govern de l'entitat per sol·licitar l'ajuda i per designar representant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) Si és una agrupació de persones físiques o jurídiques, una comunitat de béns o una altra agrupació econòmica sense personalitat jurídica, han de signar la sol·licitud totes les persones que la integren i adjuntar els DNI (en el cas de persones físiques) o la documentació acreditativa de la personalitat jurídica de cadascun dels integrants. Així mateix, han de designar un únic representant i un únic domicili per a notificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d'obtenir la condició de beneficiari o entitat col·laboradora de les subvencions públiques recollides a l'art. 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de Subvencions, i a l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003 de 17 de novembre, Llei General de Subvencions, el model s'adjunta com a &lt;strong&gt;annex 2 &lt;/strong&gt;d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal relativa a les subvencions o ajudes obtingudes i/o sol·licitades d'altres institucions públiques o privades per realitzar la mateixa activitat &lt;strong&gt;(annex 1&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;) Declaració responsable signada pel seu representant legal d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat (d'acord amb l'article 11.f segon paràgraf del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, si es tracta de sol·licituds de subvencions de quantia inferior a 3.000 euros); i de no tenir obligacions fiscals pendents amb el Consell Insular de Menorca (&lt;strong&gt;annex &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1)&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt;) Document de designació de compte bancari de l'entitat o del seu representant segons model facilitat pel Consell Insular de Menorca (&lt;strong&gt;annex &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;), llevat que ja figuri a la Tresoreria General del CIM, cosa que s'ha de fer constar expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'eximeix de presentar la documentació a què fan referència les lletres&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;a, b, c &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el cas que aquesta ja figuri en els arxius del Consell Insular. En aquest cas s'ha de fer constar expressament en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Documentació tècnica requerida per a la concessió dels ajuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) En el cas de sol·licitar diverses actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ja sigui en la mateixa línia de subvenció o en diferents línies, s'ha d'aportar una relació prioritzada de tots ells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Projecte tècnic o,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el seu defecte, memòria valorada, que ha d'incloure com a mínim els apartats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Justificació de les actuacions proposades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Actuacions proposades i descripció de com i quan es duran a terme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Amidaments i pressupost detallat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Plànols d'ubicació, de l'estat inicial i de les actuacions que es desenvoluparan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Compromís segons el qual, abans d'iniciar els treballs, es disposarà de tots els permisos i autoritzacions de les administracions públiques competents, en cas que siguin necessaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb l'art. 28.3 i l'art. 53 &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPACAP), les persones interessades no tenen l'obligació de presentar documents originals, llevat que, amb caràcter excepcional, la normativa reguladora aplicable exigeixi el contrari. En qualsevol cas, les persones interessades són responsables de la veracitat dels documents que presentin (art. 28.7 de l'LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb l'art. 28.5 de l'LPACAP, excepcionalment, quan la rellevància d'un document de l'expedient aportat per l'interessat així ho exigeixi, o existeixin dubtes derivats de la qualitat de la còpia, el CIM pot sol·licitar de manera motivada l'autenticació de les còpies aportades per la persona interessada, per la qual cosa pot requerir l'exhibició del document o de la informació original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pel fet de presentar-se a aquesta convocatòria la persona interessada presta al CIM els consentiments següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) Per consultar i comprovar la veracitat de la documentació i de les dades presentades per l'interessat que tenguin en el seu poder altres administracions públiques, principalment mitjançant les plataformes d'interoperabilitat, les xarxes corporatives o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a aquest efecte i als quals el CIM tengui accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Per consultar l'existència i veracitat de la documentació i de les dades que eventualment l'interessat hagi considerat oportú no presentar acollint-se al dret de no fer-ho pel fet que hagin estat elaborades per les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els esmentats consentiments només es consideraran atorgats quan no consti en l'expedient l'oposició expressa a l'esmentada consulta o quan la llei especial que sigui aplicable al cas en requereixi el consentiment exprés, en aquest darrer cas serà obligatori que l'Administració el requereixi i que l'interessat el presti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació transcrita en els apartats A) i B) s'han de presentar, dins del termini establert en la convocatòria, d'acord amb les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per mitjans electrònics, pels subjectes legalment prevists d'acord amb allò establert en l'art. 14.1 i 2 de la LPACAP al registre electrònic del Consell Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) o a qualsevol altre registre electrònic dels establerts en l'article 16.4 de l'esmentada Llei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si algun dels subjectes obligats als quals fa referència l'art. 14, apartats 2 i 3 de l'LPACAP, presenta la sol·licitud presencialment, se'l requerirà per tal que l'esmeni mitjançant la seva presentació electrònica. A aquests efectes i d'acord amb allò establert en l'article 68.4 de la mateixa llei, es considerarà com a data de presentació de la sol·licitud aquella en què hagi tingut lloc l'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si la sol·licitud o la documentació fos incorrecta o incompleta, el Consell Insular de Menorca en requerirà la rectificació o el complement necessaris. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils, comptats des de l'endemà del dia que es rebi el requeriment d'esmena de la sol·licitud, la persona interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la documentació requerida, s'entendrà que ha desistit de la seva petició de conformitat amb l'article 68 de l'LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La inexactitud, falsedat o omissió de caràcter essencial en qualsevol dada o document que acompanyi la sol·licitud deixen sense efecte aquest tràmit des del moment en què es coneguin, prèvia audiència de la persona interessada, i, en conseqüència, comporten la inadmissió de la sol·licitud. També poden ser causa de revocació de la subvenció si es coneixen amb posterioritat a la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA. CRITERIS OBJECTIUS QUE ES TINDRAN EN COMPTE PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DELS AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Sempre que es compleixin els requisits de la convocatòria s'atorgaran els ajuts sol·licitats, amb els límits fixats a la convocatòria i a les presents bases, dins del crèdit disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas que no s'exhaureixi el pressupost d'una modalitat amb els projectes atorgats, amb caràcter general, es podrà destinar el romanent a la resta de modalitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se subvencionarà un màxim del 75&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;% del pressupost del projecte presentat. Quedarà a càrrec de la persona física o jurídica sol·licitant l'aportació de la resta del cost del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest sentit es recomana que els pressupostos dels projectes presentats s'ajustin a una distribució de despeses que acompleixi la relació del 75&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;% de subvenció i el 25&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;% d'aportació a càrrec de la persona física o jurídica sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per resoldre les situacions d'empat de puntuació es donarà prioritat a la proposta amb major puntuació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;loc de &lt;strong&gt;Viabilitat del projecte&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si, tot i aix&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;í,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; encara hi hagués empat, es donarà prioritat a la proposta que s'hagués presentat en primer lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La valoració final que s'atorgarà al projecte resultarà de la suma de la puntuació obtinguda a cada un dels blocs i serà com a màxim de 10 punts. Vindrà acompanyada o explicitada amb elements qualitatius o comentaris tècnics que quedaran reflectits en l'informe tècnic de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els projectes, en tot cas, han d'assolir una puntuació mínima de 4 punts globals per poder optar a la subvenció, que té caràcter de concurrència competitiva i, per tant, subjecte a la valoració tècnica obtinguda. Per tant, no podran rebre subvenció els projectes que hagin obtingut una puntuació inferior a aquesta xifra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. LÍNIES 1, 2, 3 i 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els criteris objectius que regeixen l'atorgament de les subvencions per a les &lt;strong&gt;l&lt;/strong&gt;ínies 1, 2, 3 i 4 es classifiquen en 4 blocs:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;BLOC 4: &lt;strong&gt;Disposar de resolució favorable d'ús de la Marca Reserva Biosfera&lt;/strong&gt; (màxim 1 punt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BLOC 1: FORTALESA DEL PROJECTE (fins a 3 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En aquest bloc es tindrà en compte la coherència, qualitat i claredat de la memòria del projecte o actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Es valorarà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La coherència. Una estructura lògica entre els objectius, resultats i indicadors que asseguri la consistència interna del projecte fins a la seva finalització (màxim 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qualitat del projecte es valorarà en funció del grau de detall tècnic i descriptiu de la memòria (màxim 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La claredat de la memòria es valorarà en funció del nivell de coneixement, explicació i justificació de les actuacions projectades, així com l'absència de requeriments d'esmenes aclaridores de la memòria del projecte per part dels instructors de l'expedient (màxim 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BLOC 2: VIABILITAT DEL PROJECTE (fins a 3 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest bloc es valorarà que l'execució de l'actuació sigui possible i que els resultats esperats siguin viables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Actuacions que ja disposin dels permisos preceptius per ser executades o que se certifiqui que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'obtiindran &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dins el termini per poder executar l'actuació (màxim 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contribució del projecte a la millora de la qualitat ambiental, l'eficiència energètica i l'economia circular. Es valorarà l'exposició i la justificació de com el projecte actuarà de forma positiva en l'objectiu proposat i contribueix a millorar la sostenibilitat de Menorca (màxim 2 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BLOC 3: PERDURABILITAT (fins a 2 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valorarà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La generació d'efectes més enllà de la finalització del projecte (màxim 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'existència de mecanismes que potenciïn la perdurabilitat del projecte i el manteniment dels seus efectes en el temps (màxim 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BLOC 4: MARCA RESERVA DE BIOSFERA (fins a 1 punt)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. LÍNIA 5: Monitoratge i control&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els ajuts per a la línia 5 es concediran d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Sempre que es compleixin els requisits de la convocatòria s'atorgaran els ajuts sol·licitats, amb els límits fixats a la convocatòria i en les presents bases, dins del crèdit disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Si el total de les ajudes sol·licitades d'aquesta línia és superior al crèdit disponible, aquest es repartirà proporcionalment entre els sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits de les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA. DETERMINACIÓ DE L'IMPORT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La comissió avaluadora estudiarà totes les sol·licituds presentades i establirà una puntuació per a cada sol·licitud tenint en compte els límits màxims de cada línia i la dotació màxima de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'import màxim subvencionable és del 75 % sobre el cost total de l'actuació per a la qual es demana la subvenció, amb un màxim de 15.000 € per cada actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El sobrant de crèdit assignat a una línia d'actuació s'ha d'incorporar a la resta de línies d'actuació de forma proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA. PROCEDIMENT I ÒRGANS COMPETENTS PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DELS AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els ajuts es concediran d'acord amb els principis de publicitat, transparència, concurrència, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació, per mitjà del procediment de convocatòria prèvia, i atenent a la via ordinària de selecció de beneficiaris regulada a l'art. 17 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears; de la següent manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L'expedient s'iniciarà amb l'aprovació de la convocatòria corresponent. El text de la convocatòria i la resta de documentació que es requereixi es comunicarà a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i es publicarà l'extracte de la convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; en compliment de l'art. 20.8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOE núm. 276 de 18/11/2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Admissió de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Un cop presentada la sol·licitud i la documentació necessària, es comprovarà que s'ajusta als requisits establerts i en el cas que la persona interessada no hagi aportat els documents indicats a la convocatòria se'l requerirà com s'indiqui per tal que els aporti d'acord amb el que preveu la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Valoració del projecte o actuació presentada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Un cop admesa la sol·licitud, es valorarà el projecte d'acord amb els criteris establerts en aquestes bases i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la convocatòria, per tal que la comissió &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;avaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, com a òrgan col·legiat competent, emeti l'informe preceptiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució provisional de l'òrgan instructor que es determini en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria se sotmetran a l'examen de l'instructor de l'expedient i de la comissió avaluadora, seleccionant els beneficiaris mitjançant concurs tal&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;com estableix l'article 17 del Decret &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lei 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest examen es durà a terme una vegada finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, segons la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Una vegada examinades totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria per part de la instrucció i la comissió avaluadora, i després que aquestes hagi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; emès el seu informe, el conseller executiu del departament n'elevarà la corresponent proposta de resolució a l'òrgan competent, que en aquest cas és el Consell &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Rector de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; del CIM, que dictarà resolució en forma d'acord sobre la concessió o denegació dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Quan la quantia de l'ajut proposat per l'òrgan instructor o la comissió avaluadora sigui substancialment inferior al sol·licitat, es podrà instar el beneficiari a reformular la seva sol·licitud per tal d'ajustar els compromisos i les condicions de la subvenció atorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. La resolució de l'expedient d'atorgament de les subvencions ha de ser expressa i motivada, i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia específica de cada una de les subvencions concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Si la subvenció implica una despesa plurianual, la resolució de concessió ha de determinar el nombre d'exercicis a què s'aplicarà la despesa i la quantitat màxima què s'ha d'aplicar a cada exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. El termini màxim per dictar i notificar la resolució expressa de concessió de subvenció serà de sis mesos comptats des del dia que acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. No obstant l'anterior, aquest termini es podrà reduir si s'estableix expressament en la convocatòria dels ajuts. El silenci administratiu tindrà caràcter desestimatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. La resolució de l'expedient de concessió o denegació dels ajuts es remetrà a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i es publicarà l'extracte de la convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en compliment de l'art. 20.8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, ja esmentada, sens perjudici de la possibilitat de notificar-la també individualment a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11. La concessió de l'ajut es pot instrumentar mitjançant la formalització d'un conveni de col·laboració amb l'entitat beneficiària on es determinaran els drets i les obligacions de les parts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESENA. COMISSIÓ AVALUADORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. La comissió avaluadora és l'òrgan col·legiat a qui correspon examinar les sol·licituds presentades i emetre'n l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució que ha de formular l'òrgan instructor competent. La seva creació i el nomenament dels seus membres vindrà establerta per a cada convocatòria, d'acord amb aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. L'objecte de la comissió avaluadora és examinar els expedients d'ajuts, que hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un informe tècnic, i emetre un informe que servirà de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. La comissió avaluadora estarà formada pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La comissió avaluadora s'ha de constituir obligatòriament quan l'import global dels fons públics prevists en la convocatòria sigui superior als 50.000 euros, o bé quan l'import individual màxim de la subvenció sigui superior a 7.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. Quan no sigui preceptiva la seva constitució, l'existència de la comissió avaluadora només serà necessària si es preveu expressament en la resolució de la convocatòria corresponent, en la qual s'haurà de fixar en tot cas quin és l'òrgan que ha d'examinar les sol·licituds i ha d'emetre l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6. Perquè la Comissió Avaluadora s'entengui vàlidament constituïda, es requerirà la presència del president i del secretari i de la meitat, almenys, dels seus membres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7. Un funcionari o una funcionària del Departament de Medi Ambient i Reserva de Biosfera, designat pel president de la comissió, actuarà com a secretari de la comissió avaluadora i estendrà acta de les reunions, en les quals s'han de reflectir els acords adoptats. En aquest cas, la persona designada tindrà veu però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ONZENA. ABONAMENT DELS AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Els ajuts s'han d'abonar un cop s'hagi acordat la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Les subvencions que es paguin a persones físiques restaran subjectes a retenció d'acord amb la normativa que regula l'impost sobre la renda de les persones físiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El pagament de la subvenció s'efectuarà mitjançant una transferència bancària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. No es pot pagar la subvenció mentre el beneficiari no es trobi al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries amb l'estat, el Consell Insular de Menorca i davant la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. Respecte a les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social, s'han d'ajustar a l'establert en la base sisena. No obstant això, l'entitat beneficiària pot substituir els certificats que s'assenyalen per una declaració responsable d'estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions esmentades quan l'import de la subvenció no superi els 3.000 € (art. 11 &lt;em&gt;f &lt;/em&gt;TRLGSIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6. El pagament de l'ajut es tramitarà una vegada es comprovi que s'ha justificat la realització de l'activitat subvencionada d'acord amb els requisits establerts en les bases de la convocatòria. L'abonament dels ajuts per part del Consell Insular es farà en un termini de 60 dies a partir de la data de justificació de l'activitat i sempre que la disponibilitat de tresoreria ho permeti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOTZENA. JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LES DESPESES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Les entitats beneficiàries resten obligades a justificar les despeses efectuades amb càrrec a l'ajut econòmic concedit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;termini establert en la convocatòria. Si existissin causes excepcionals que ho impedessin, els beneficiaris les han d'al·legar per escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La documentació acreditativa per justificar les despeses és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Compte justificatiu simplificat, previst en l'article 75 del Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de subvencions, integrat per la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una memòria breu de les actuacions dutes a terme, amb imatges dels treballs i explicació dels resultats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una relació de despeses realitzades amb indicació del creditor i les dades de la factura o altre document justificatiu de la despesa, i en el seu cas la data de pagament, amb indicació de les desviacions produïdes respecte del pressupost inicialment presentat (&lt;strong&gt;annex 5&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Qualsevol document de valor probatori, vàlid en dret, mitjançant el qual s'acrediti la realització efectiva del pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'admetran pagaments en efectiu fins a 300&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;€ sempre que en la factura consti: data del cobrament, identificació del declarant del cobrament (nom, DNI i signatura) i segell de l'empresa (facultatiu, aquest, en cas que l'emissor sigui persona física). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Un exemplar de la publicitat escrita i gràfica relativa a l'activitat subvencionada, segons el manual de comunicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (&lt;strong&gt;annex 3&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Si la documentació presentada fos incompleta o incorrecta, el servei responsable demanarà al beneficiari que en faci la rectificació oportuna en el termini improrrogable de deu dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Si la despesa justificada excedeix de l'import concedit, la possible desviació pressupostària anirà a càrrec de l'entitat subvencionada. Si, pel contrari, la despesa justificada és inferior a l'import del pressupost sol·licitat i subvencionat es reduirà proporcionalment la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El Consell Insular de Menorca haurà d'inspeccionar les activitats subvencionades per comprovar que la subvenció concedida s'ha utilitzat per a la finalitat a la qual anava destinada, sens perjudici de les competències que puguin correspondre, per normativa legal o reglamentària, a altres organismes o institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. L'incompliment de l'obligació de justificació podrà motivar la incoació d'un procediment sancionador i el responsable pot arribar a ser sancionat amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir subvencions en els termes prevists en la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TRETZENA. OBLIGACIONS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Són obligacions dels beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Sol·licitar les autoritzacions i els permisos necessaris per poder executar les accions i els projectes finançats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Adquirir el compromís de finançar la part del pressupost que no cobreixi la subvenció sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Comunicar al CIM l'acceptació de la subvenció en els termes en què aquesta es concedeixi. En qualsevol cas la subvenció s'entendrà acceptada tàcitament un cop transcorreguts quinze dies hàbils d'ençà que el beneficiari hagi rebut la notificació de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Executar el projecte que fonamenti la concessió de la subvenció en el termini i condicions establertes en aquestes bases i en la resolució de concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons rebuts, inclosos els documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte de les actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) Justificar l'activitat realitzada i l'aplicació dels fons rebuts dins dels terminis establerts, així com la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determina la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) Acreditar, quan el Consell Insular els ho sol·liciti, que es troben al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la seguretat social. L'acreditació d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries no serà necessària en el cas que s'hagi autoritzat expressament el Consell Insular a consultar aquestes dades a través de l'Agència Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;) Proporcionar la informació sobre l'activitat subvencionada que li requereixi el Consell Insular de Menorca, fins a 3 anys després d'haver rebut la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt;) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que efectuïn el Consell Insular de Menorca i la resta d'organismes competents per a la fiscalització dels comptes públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j&lt;/em&gt;) Comunicar al Consell Insular de Menorca la sol·licitud i l'obtenció de subvencions i ajudes amb la mateixa finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k&lt;/em&gt;) Fer constar de manera expressa el suport del Consell Insular de Menorca, de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera i de l'AETIB (Illes Sostenibles) en la realització de les activitats subvencionades. Els beneficiaris han de fer constar expressament el suport econòmic del CIM, de l'Agència Menorca RB i de l'AETIB en qualsevol acte, publicitat o difusió en relació amb les actuacions que siguin objecte de subvenció, encara que l'actuació ja s'hagi realitzat. En cas d'edició de material divulgatiu o informatiu, caldrà que també hi consti la col·laboració del Consell Insular de Menorca, de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera i de I'Impost del Turisme Sostenible. (Vegeu manual de comunicació)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En aquest sentit caldrà que els beneficiaris facin, com a mínim, una de les accions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- Instal·lar un cartell a la zona objecte de l'actuació, en què consti la subvenció del Consell Insular de Menorca i de I'Impost del Turisme Sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- Publicar una notícia (web, mitjans, xarxes socials, etc.) sobre la concessió de la subvenció i l'objecte d'aquesta, i una altra dels resultats obtinguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt;) cceptar que el Consell Insular de Menorca faci la difusió que estimi convenient del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;m&lt;/em&gt;) Comunicar immediatament al Consell Insular de Menorca qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o que dificulti greument el desenvolupament del projecte subvencionat, en particular si se'n poden derivar retards en l'execució o si poden afectar el cost total, i sol·licitar l'autorització prèvia i expressa del Consell Insular per fer qualsevol modificació substancial del projecte objecte d'ajuda. Les sol·licituds de modificació han de ser motivades, s'han de formular immediatament a l'aparició de les circumstàncies que la justifiquin i han d'especificar les repercussions pressupostàries que impliquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CATORZENA. REVOCACIÓ I REINTEGRAMENT DELS AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En el cas d'incompliment total o parcial de les obligacions dels beneficiaris d'aquests auts s'iniciarà l'expedient de revocació i consegüent reintegrament dels ajuts segons correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Pel que fa a la revocació i el reintegrament de les subvencions, s'han d'aplicar els articles 43 i 44 del TRLS, el que disposa la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i la resta de normativa que hi sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Són causes d'incompliment, i per tant procedirà el reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes i l'exigència d'interès de demora, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Absència total de la documentació justificativa o presentació d'aquesta fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Absència parcial de la documentació necessària per a la justificació o justificació incompleta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Executar les accions subvencionables fora del termini establert per fer-ho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Obtenir la prestació falsejant les condicions requerides o ocultant les que ho haguessin impedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) No complir les obligacions imposades amb motiu de la concessió de la prestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) La manca d'adequació a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;la finalitat per a la qual &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'hagi concedit la prestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) Resistència, obstrucció o negativa a les actuacions de comprovació i control financer d'aquesta institució local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En el cas que no escaigui la revocació total de l'ajut concedit, es pot aplicar un percentatge de minoració en funció de la naturalesa de l'esmentat incompliment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Aquest percentatge s'ha de fixar amb l'informe previ de l'instructor i la notificació al beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Si el beneficiari no fa constar, de manera expressa, el suport del CIM, de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera i de l'AETIB (en cas d'actuacions realitzades &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;després de la publicació de la convocatòria), es minorarà en un 1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;% l'import de la subvenció correctament justificada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. En cas que l'import de la suma de l'ajut més la resta d'altres ajudes, subvencions, ingressos o fons propis que hagin finançat la realització del projecte superi el pressupost total d'execució d'aquest, l'import de la revocació parcial de la subvenció ha de ser la quantia que excedeixi del pressupost executat esmentat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Les quantitats que s'hagin de reintegrar tenen la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i els és aplicable la via de constrenyiment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. L'obligació de reintegrament establerta en aquest article és independent de les sancions que, si escau, siguin exigibles. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINZENA. INFRACCIONS I SANCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables és el que estableix el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'òrgan competent per imposar les sancions que es derivin d'infraccions de l'establert en aquestes bases i de la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions és la Presidència del Consell Insular de Menorca, de conformitat amb el que estableix l'art. 9 de la Llei 8/2000, de 28 d'octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETZENA. ALTRES DISPOSICIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos administratius&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els acords del Consell Executiu pels quals s'aproven les bases i les convocatòries, i es concedeixen o deneguen els ajuts, no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són susceptibles de rebre recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISSETENA.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;TRACTAMENT PERSONAL DE LES DADES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En l'exercici de les competències atribuïdes al CIM i de conformitat amb el que preveu la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, l'únic destinatari de la informació aportada voluntàriament i responsable del tractament de les dades de les persones interessades és:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La finalitat del tractament de les dades és gestionar la convocatòria d'ajuts del CIM per implicar el sector turístic per fer de Menorca una illa més sostenible i respectuosa amb l'ús dels recursos naturals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Les dades que es tracten emanen de la informació identificativa, bancària, fiscal i de contacte facilitada per les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El temps d'ús de les dades és el termini de vigència d'aquest expedient de subvencions, i es conservaran segons la política de gestió documental o per motiu estadístic, sempre de forma descriptiva i agregada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El CIM té legitimació per al tractament de les dades en l'exercici d'una missió d'interès públic i per consentiment exprés de les persones interessades. Les dades no se cedeixen a tercer aliens al CIM, llevat que siguin sol·licitades per les Forces i Cossos de Seguretat i organismes judicials o hagin de ser comunicades a altres entitats públiques per imperatiu legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Es poden exercir els drets d'accés, rectificació, supressió, oposició, limitació del tractament i portabilitat davant el CIM (Pl. Biosfera, 5, 07703 Maó) o a través de la Seu electrònica (seulectronica.cime.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Si l'exercici dels drets esmentats no són degudament atesos, es pot presentar una reclamació davant el felegat de protecció de dades del CIM (protecciodedades@cime.es) i davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid - Seu electrònica: sedeagpd.gob.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i l'article 22 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
