margin-top:6,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">L'apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 9&nbsp;de juny&nbsp;de 2021 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a inversions en la transformació i la comercialització de productes agrícoles, corresponents a&nbsp;l'&nbsp;any 2021, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds va acabar el dia 20/01/2022 , i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 29 sol·licituds d'ajuda.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-left:0,0000pt; margin-right:0,0000pt; margin-top:5,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-left:0,0000pt; margin-right:0,0000pt; margin-top:5,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>4.
