&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Per mitjà de la Resolució de la directora de la Gerència de l'Àrea de Salut de Menorca de 4 de juliol de 2022 (BOIB núm. 88, de 07/07/2022) per la qual s'ha convocat, pel procediment de lliure designació, un lloc de treball de Supervisor/a d'Unitat d'Hospital de Dia de l'Hospital Mateu Orfila&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- S'han detectat errors que s'han de corregir en el punt 5 (Documentació a aportar amb la sol·licitud).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. L'article 109.2 d'aquesta normativa estableix que les administracions poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, l'article 56 de la qual disposa que la revocació dels actes de gravamen o desfavorables i la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que ha dictat l'acte o la disposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Rectificar els errors del punto 5 (Documentació a aportar amb la sol·licitud) de la Resolució de la directora de la Gerència de l'Àrea de Salut de Menorca de 4 de juliol de 2022 (BOIB núm. 88, de 07/07/2022) per la qual es convoca, pel procediment de lliure designació, un lloc de treball de Supervisor/a d'Unitat d'Hospital de Dia de l'Hospital Mateu Orfila, que figuren en l'annex d'aquesta resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.- Iniciar un nou termini de vint dies naturals, comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de la publicació d'aquesta resolució de correcció d'errors en el BOIB, per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant el director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la data de la publicació, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en relació amb l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També s'hi pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquesta resolució, d'acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent interposar-hi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cartera de serveis d'infermeria de la unitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anàlisi interna de la Unitat des de la perspectiva de la gestió d'infermeria, especificant els punts forts i punts febles detectats (Matriu DAFO). S'hauran d'incloure també les propostes o accions de millora a dur a terme en funció de l'anàlisi realitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaboració d'una proposta del mapa de competències amb què han de comptar els professionals infermers i els tècnics en cures auxiliars d'infermeria de la Unitat segons les àrees i els rols professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaboració d'una proposta de pla formatiu per als infermers i els auxiliars d'infermeria de la Unitat en funció de l'anàlisi realitzada i el mapa de competències descrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
