&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Examinada la documentació que l'acompanya, i de conformitat amb lo establert en els articles 243.3 i Disposició Addicional Segona de la Llei 9/2017 de 8 de novembre, de Contractes del Sector Públic, per la qual es traslladen a l'ordenament jurídic espanyol les Directives del Parlament Europeu i del Consell 2014/23/UE i 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrer de 2014 i 169 del Reglament General de la Llei de Contractes de les Administracions Públiques, aprovat per Reial decret 1098/2001, de 12 d'octubre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Que es publiqui tant en el tauló d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament (valldemossa.sedelectronica.es) com en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears la proposta de devolució de l'aval/garantia de l'obra abans referida, donat un termini de 15 dies per la presentació d'al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
