    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament de Porreres, en sessió ordinària de 23 de maig de 2022, va aprovar inicialment l'expedient de modificació de crèdits núm. 5/2022 del Pressupost en vigor, en la modalitat de Crèdit extraordinari finançat amb càrrec al Romanent líquid de tresoreria. Durant el tràmit d'informació pública pel termini de quinze dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà al de la publicació de l'anunci al BOIB núm. 70 de 31 de maig de 22, no s'han presentat al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, queda aprovat definitivament l'expedient de Crèdit extraordinari núm. 5/2022 finançat amb càrrec al Romanent líquid de tresoreria, el que es publica a l'efecte de l'article 169.1, per remissió del 177.2, del Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Sense perjudici d'això, segons allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 113.3 de la Llei 7/1985, la interposició d' aquest recurs no suspendrà per si sola l'efectivitat de l'acte o Acord impugnat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
