    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 77, de 14 de juny, es va publicar l'Acord de Consell de Govern de 13 de juny de 2022 pel qual es modifica la previsió de les prestacions i els serveis de serveis socials que s'han de concertar durant l'any 2022, aprovada per Acord del Consell de Govern de 16 de maig de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;S'ha detectat que hi ha una errada material en la redacció de l'Annex 1 de l'Acord de Consell de Govern de 13 de juny de 2022. En el servei 2.5.4. Servei d'estades diürnes per a persones majors en situació de dependència es va modificar la convocatòria per entitats acreditades per un número de 60 places, quan en realitat la convocatòria que s'havia de modificar era per entitats autoritzades per un número 40 places. Així doncs, s'ha de rectificar l'errada, de manera que es mantengui la convocatòria per entitats acreditades per un número de 60 places i s'incrementi la previsió inicial de 40 places de la convocatòria per entitats autoritzades fins arribar a les 100 places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics que hi hagi en els seus actes. D'altra banda, l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratius correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports, en la sessió de dia 27 de juny de 2022 adoptà, entre d'altres, l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Corregir l'errada material advertida en l'Annex 1 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern, de la manera següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;On hi diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.5.4.
