    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En compliment d'allò que disposen els articles 44.2 i 46.1 del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, a continuació es fa públic la resolució, que ha dictat el Sr. Batle, de l'estructura Municipal dels serveis administratius i de les resolucions relatives a les delegacions als regidors que s'han dut a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRET DE BATLIA&amp;nbsp; 2022/1017&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A la sessió plenària celebrada el passat dia 4 de juny de 2022 es va procedir a l'elecció del nou batle i atesa la necessitat de modificar i actualitzar el vigent decret organitzatiu en el qual s'estructuren les diferents àrees de gestió de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, així com les diverses competències que exerceixen, &amp;nbsp;fent ús de les atribucions que em confereix l'article 21.1.a) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de bases de règim local, en concordança amb l'article 41.2 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar l'estructura municipal dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia que, sota la direcció de Batlia, distingirà les següents Àrees de gestió:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Àrea de Medi Ambient&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Àrea de Normalització Lingüística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La titularitat de les Àrees abans descrites correspon al batle i als tinents de batle que exerceixin les competències que se'ls hi atribueixin mitjançant l'oportú Decret de Batlia de delegació genèrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Així mateix, podran ser objecte de delegacions especials en els regidors que no formin part de la Junta de Govern Local, l'atribució de la responsabilitat en la direcció i gestió dels serveis que es determinin mitjançant l'oportú Decret de Batlia de delegació especial, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'art. 43.4 ROF (RD 2568/1986).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les següents atribucions i règim d'adscripció de Departaments, Empreses, Fundacions i Consorcis, sense perjudici de les delegacions especials que es puguin aprovar mitjançant el corresponent Decret de Batlia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Àrea de Batlia, Gestió de Residus i Platges. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1 Atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les atribucions de l'Àrea de Batlia, Gestió de Residus i Platges són, genèricament, les relatives al sector de l'activitat administrativa pròpia de cada un d'aquests Departaments de gestió municipal que conformen l'Àrea, i que la legislació vigent assigna als municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A més d'aquestes atribucions generals, li correspon a títol indicatiu i no limitatiu, l'exercici de les competències específiques sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.1. Secció de Batlia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Policia Local, Seguretat Ciutadana i Protecció Civil&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Mobilitat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Celebració de matrimonis civils i d'actes declaratius de situacions de parelles de fet&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Comunicació i protocol&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Secretaria general&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Responsabilitat Patrimonial&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Resta d'atribucions no conferides a altres àrees de gestió municipal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1.2 Secció de Gestió de Residus i Platges &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;Gestió de residus&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cicle integral de l'aigua: abastament, clavegueram i depuració.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Servei de salvament i socorrisme a les platges&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Gestió de les competències municipals envers les platges del municipi&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relació de competències específiques abans assenyalada podrà ser ampliada i completada mitjançant l'oportú Decret de Batlia de desenvolupament, que també podrà detallar el contingut i la forma de l'exercici d'aquestes atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2&amp;nbsp; Departaments, empreses, fundacions i consorcis adscrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departaments de Batlia, Secretaria, Assessoria Jurídica-Advocacia municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departament de Residus i Platges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tot i l'adscripció directa dels departaments de Batlia, Secretaria, Assessoria Jurídica-Advocacia municipal, Departament de Residus i Platges a aquesta àrea, les funcions dels esmentats departaments s'estenen també a tota la resta d'àrees de gestió municipal, amb inclusió empreses municipals i consorcis en la gestió dels quals hi participi l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, atesa la naturalesa transversal de les funcions que duen a terme ambdós departaments municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sense perjudici del règim d'adscripció descrit, correspon a l'Àrea de Batlia, Gestió de Residus i Platges la coordinació de les diferents àrees de govern municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Àrea d'Hisenda, Contractació i Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1 Atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les atribucions de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Contractació i Estadística són, genèricament, les relatives al sector de l'activitat administrativa pròpia de cada un dels Departaments de gestió municipal que conformen l'Àrea, i que la legislació vigent assigna als municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més d'aquestes atribucions generals, li correspon a títol indicatiu i no limitatiu, l'exercici de les competències específiques sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.1 Secció d'Hisenda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Planificació econòmica &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Pla d'inversions&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Estudis econòmics&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Intervenció i dipositaria&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Rendes, exaccions i inspeccions tributàries&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cadastre&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Recaptació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Despeses i deute públic&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Concessions administratives&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Censos, estadística i informàtica &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.2 Secció de Contractació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Tramitació d'expedients de contractació, concessions i autoritzacions demanials, i autoritzacions reglamentades.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relació de competències específiques abans assenyalada podrà ser ampliada i completada mitjançant l'oportú Decret de Batlia, que també podrà detallar el contingut i la forma de l'exercici d'aquestes atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les atribucions de l'Àrea de Turisme són, genèricament, les relatives al sector de l'activitat administrativa pròpia&amp;nbsp; de cada un d'aquests Departaments de gestió municipal que conformen l'Àrea, i que la legislació vigent assigna als municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més d'aquestes atribucions generals, li correspon a títol indicatiu i no limitatiu, l'exercici de les competències específiques sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relacions públiques i comunicació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Àrea de Transparència, Informàtica i Relacions Institucionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;Promoció de la llengua&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.2 Departaments, empreses, fundacions i consorcis adscrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departament de Normalització Lingüística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tot i l'adscripció directa del Departament de Normalització Lingüística a aquesta Àrea, les funcions de l'esmentat departament s'estenen també a tota la resta d'àrees de gestió municipal, amb inclusió explícita de les empreses municipals i consorcis en la gestió dels quals hi participi l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, atesa la naturalesa transversal de les funcions que duen a terme aquest departament municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Els decrets de delegació corresponents establiran les competències generals que han de desenvolupar els titulars responsables de les àrees i serveis delegats en l'exercici de les atribucions que tenen conferides, amb la corresponent distinció, si s'escau, de les delegacions genèriques a favor dels tinents batle que formen part de la Junta de Govern Local, i les delegacions específiques a favor d'altres regidors amb indicació específica del tinent batle de què dependran, de conformitat amb l'art. 34 ROF. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.- &lt;/strong&gt;Amb caràcter general els departaments adscrits a les àrees que composen l'estructura administrativa de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia desenvoluparan la seva activitat sota el principi de cooperació interdepartamental amb l'objectiu de procurar l'eficiència dels serveis municipals que correspon prestar dintre l'estructura organitzativa general de la corporació i dels seus organismes dependents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/strong&gt;- Entendre substituït l'anterior Decret núm. 1122/2019, de data 12/07/2019, pel present Decret de manera que qualsevol referència a aquell s'entendrà realitzada a aquesta Resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.&lt;/strong&gt;- Notificar aquesta resolució a tots els Departaments de l'Ajuntament i els seus ens dependents i difondre aquesta resolució, de conformitat amb el principi de transparència, mitjançant la seva publicació a la seu electrònica municipal, en compliment d'allò que disposen els articles 5 i ss de la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació i bon govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les facultats delegades comprenen l'exercici de les competències atribuïdes genèricament a les esmentades àrees, relatives al sector de l'activitat administrativa pròpia d'aquestes àrees de gestió municipal que la legislació vigent assigna als municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més d'aquestes atribucions generals, li correspon a títol indicatiu i no limitatiu, l'exercici de les competències específiques sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Monts públics&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Espais naturals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguiment Pla ecoturístic&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguiment Agenda Local 21 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SECCIÓ DE NORMALITZACIÓ LINGÜÍSTICA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;Promoció de la llengua&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pel que fa a les seccions abans esmentades, correspon a aquesta regidora l'adjudicació i signatura dels contractes menors corresponent als departaments de Personal i Patrimoni Històric i Municipal, Festes, Promoció Econòmica i Comerç, Transparència i Informàtica, Relacions Institucionals, Medi Ambient i Normalització lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de dirigir els serveis corresponents inclosos en les respectives àrees, com les de gestionar-los en general, amb inclusió de la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En qualsevol cas, el contingut de la delegació conferida comprèn l'exercici de les competències generals següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Programar les polítiques municipals en les matèries de la seva competència, així com la representació i inspecció de l'àrea de la qual n'és titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Exercir l'autoritat respecte del personal de la seva àrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garantir el compliment de les ordenances, els reglaments, els bans i altres disposicions legals que afectin al municipi, en l'àmbit de les competències de l'àrea.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Exercir la potestat sancionadora en l'àmbit de les competències de l'àrea, llevat que sigui indelegable per llei o estigui atribuïda a altres òrgans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dictar decrets i instruccions en l'àmbit de les competències delegades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar la tramitació dels expedients relatius a la seva àrea delegada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; L'àmbit de la present delegació es correspon amb les àrees de gestió municipal&amp;nbsp; assenyalades, i s'entén sense perjudici de les delegacions especials que el batle pugui conferir a altres regidors respecte de determinats serveis o seccions inclosos en l'àrea delegada. En aquest supòsit el decret de delegació especial haurà d'especificar la dependència i coordinació que correspongui.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions conferides requeriran per a la seva eficàcia l'acceptació del regidor delegat, es publicaran al BOIB i d'elles se'n donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que es celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; El regidor delegat queda obligat a informar a aquesta Batlia sobre la gestió i les disposicions que dicti, i prèviament, de les decisions de transcendència en els termes prevists a l'article 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta Batlia té atribuïda per Llei la facultat de delegar determinades atribucions, d'acord amb el que disposa&amp;nbsp; l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secció de Contractació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Exercir les competències i facultats en matèria de tramitació de expedients de contractació, concessions i autoritzacions demanials i autoritzacions reglamentades, a excepció de l'adjudicació i signatura dels contractes menors, de les seccions i/o àrees&amp;nbsp; que no hagin estat delegades a aquesta regidoria. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Preparació i assistència a Meses de Contractació en els casos en que aquesta regidora no sigui l'òrgan de contractació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguiment de l'execució dels expedients abans referits. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secció d'Estadística:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Gestió del Padró Municipal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Població&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Llista oficial de carrers.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Gestió d'expedients d'agrupació familiar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Procediments electorals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secció de Turisme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Promoció turística&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Coordinació de sectors turístics&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Oficines d'informació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relacions públiques i comunicació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relacions amb estaments i organismes turístics&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Activitats turísticoesportives&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Estació Nàutica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de dirigir els serveis corresponents inclosos en les respectives àrees, com les de gestionar-los en general, amb inclusió de la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En qualsevol cas, el contingut de la delegació conferida comprèn l'exercici de les competències generals següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Programar les polítiques municipals en les matèries de la seva competència, així com la representació i inspecció de l'àrea de la qual n'és titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Exercir l'autoritat respecte del personal de la seva àrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garantir el compliment de les ordenances, els reglaments, els bans i altres disposicions legals que afectin al municipi, en l'àmbit de les competències de l'àrea.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Exercir la potestat sancionadora en l'àmbit de les competències de l'àrea, llevat que sigui indelegable per llei o estigui atribuïda a altres òrgans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dictar decrets i instruccions en l'àmbit de les competències delegades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar la tramitació dels expedients relatius a la seva àrea delegada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; L'àmbit de la present delegació es correspon amb les àrees de gestió municipal&amp;nbsp; assenyalades, i s'entén sense perjudici de les delegacions especials que el batle pugui conferir a altres regidors respecte de determinats serveis o seccions inclosos en l'àrea delegada. En aquest supòsit el decret de delegació especial haurà d'especificar la dependència i coordinació que correspongui.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions conferides requeriran per a la seva eficàcia l'acceptació de la regidora delegada, es publicaran al BOIB i d'elles se'n donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que es celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; La regidora delegada queda obligada a informar a aquesta Batlia sobre la gestió i les disposicions que dicti, i prèviament, de les decisions de transcendència en els termes prevists a l'article 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En tot allò que no estigui previst en aquesta resolució regiran la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de bases de règim local; la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, i el Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals, en el marc de les regles que per a les delegacions s'estableixen a dites normes.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta Batlia té atribuïda per Llei la facultat de delegar determinades atribucions, d'acord amb el que disposa&amp;nbsp; l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Raons d'oportunitat i conveniència, per tal d'aconseguir una adequada agilització i millora del servei, aconsellen delegar les atribucions d'àrea que tot seguit s'enumeraran, dins&amp;nbsp; del marc establert en el Decret de Batlia núm. 1017, de 17 de juny de 2022, d'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb els articles 21.3 de la LRBRL, i 43, 44, 120,121 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les facultats delegades comprenen l'exercici de les competències atribuïdes genèricament a les esmentades àrees, relatives al sector de l'activitat administrativa pròpia d'aquestes àrees de gestió municipal que la legislació vigent assigna als municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més d'aquestes atribucions generals, li correspon a títol indicatiu i no limitatiu, l'exercici de les competències específiques sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secció de Serveis Generals i Manteniment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Brigada municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Manteniment d'edificis municipals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Conservació de carrers, places, camins jardins i zones verdes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Serveis públics generals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secció d'Obres Pròpies i/o Municipals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Obres i projectes municipals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Control i seguiment de qualsevol obra municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cicle integral de l'aigua: abastament, clavegueram i depuració.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pel que fa a les seccions abans esmentades, correspon a aquest regidor l'adjudicació i signatura dels contractes menors corresponents a les àrees de Serveis Generals i Manteniment, Obres Pròpies i/o Municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de dirigir els serveis corresponents inclosos en les respectives àrees, com les de gestionar-los en general, amb inclusió de la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta Batlia té atribuïda per Llei la facultat de delegar determinades atribucions, d'acord amb el que disposa&amp;nbsp; l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Raons d'oportunitat i conveniència, per tal d'aconseguir una adequada agilització i millora del servei, aconsellen delegar les atribucions d'àrea que tot seguit s'enumeraran, dins&amp;nbsp; del marc establert en el Decret de Batlia núm. 1017, de 17 de juny de 2022,&amp;nbsp; d'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb els articles 21.3 de la LRBRL, i 43, 44, 120,121 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar en el regidor, membre de la Junta de Govern Local i Quart Tinent de Batle, Sr. JOAQUÍN CANTALAPIEDRA ALOY, l'exercici de les atribucions corresponents a la responsabilitat de la direcció de les àrees següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;JOVENTUT &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les facultats delegades comprenen l'exercici de les competències atribuïdes genèricament a les esmentades àrees, relatives al sector de l'activitat administrativa pròpia d'aquestes àrees de gestió municipal que la legislació vigent assigna als municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més d'aquestes atribucions generals, li correspon a títol indicatiu i no limitatiu, l'exercici de les competències específiques sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secció d'Urbanisme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cartografia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Planificació urbanística&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Planejament General&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Convenis urbanístics&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Pla estratègic&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Llicències d'obra&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secció d'Esports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Instal·lacions esportives&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Esport base&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Promoció d'activitats esportives &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Gestió de serveis esportius&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secció de Joventut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Joventut&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Beques&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Campament i alberg juvenil&amp;nbsp; de la Victòria i altres instal·lacions similars&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pel que fa a les seccions abans esmentades, correspon a aquest regidor l'adjudicació i signatura dels contractes menors corresponents a les àrees d'Urbanisme, Esports i Joventut.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de dirigir els serveis corresponents inclosos en les respectives àrees, com les de gestionar-los en general, amb inclusió de la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En qualsevol cas, el contingut de la delegació conferida comprèn l'exercici de les competències generals següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Programar les polítiques municipals en les matèries de la seva competència, així com la representació i inspecció de l'àrea de la qual n'és titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Exercir l'autoritat respecte del personal de la seva àrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garantir el compliment de les ordenances, els reglaments, els bans i altres disposicions legals que afectin al municipi, en l'àmbit de les competències de l'àrea.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Exercir la potestat sancionadora en l'àmbit de les competències de l'àrea, llevat que sigui indelegable per llei o estigui atribuïda a altres òrgans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dictar decrets i instruccions en l'àmbit de les competències delegades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar la tramitació dels expedients relatius a la seva àrea delegada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; L'àmbit de la present delegació es correspon amb les àrees de gestió municipal&amp;nbsp; assenyalades, i s'entén sense perjudici de les delegacions especials que el batle pugui conferir a altres regidors respecte de determinats serveis o seccions inclosos en l'àrea delegada. En aquest supòsit el decret de delegació especial haurà d'especificar la dependència i coordinació que correspongui.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions conferides requeriran per a la seva eficàcia l'acceptació del regidor delegat, es publicaran al BOIB i d'elles se'n donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que es celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Participació, promoció, organització de fires&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pel que fa a les seccions abans esmentades, correspon a aquest regidor l'adjudicació i signatura dels contractes menors corresponents a les àrees de Sanitat, Benestar Social, Igualtat, Participació Ciutadana, Mercats, Educació, Cultura i Fires.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de dirigir els serveis corresponents inclosos en les respectives àrees, com les de gestionar-los en general, amb inclusió de la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En qualsevol cas, el contingut de la delegació conferida comprèn l'exercici de les competències generals següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Programar les polítiques municipals en les matèries de la seva competència, així com la representació i inspecció de l'àrea de la qual n'és titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Exercir l'autoritat respecte del personal de la seva àrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garantir el compliment de les ordenances, els reglaments, els bans i altres disposicions legals que afectin al municipi, en l'àmbit de les competències de l'àrea.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Exercir la potestat sancionadora en l'àmbit de les competències de l'àrea, llevat que sigui indelegable per llei o estigui atribuïda a altres òrgans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dictar decrets i instruccions en l'àmbit de les competències delegades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar la tramitació dels expedients relatius a la seva àrea delegada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; L'àmbit de la present delegació es correspon amb les àrees de gestió municipal&amp;nbsp; assenyalades, i s'entén sense perjudici de les delegacions especials que el batle pugui conferir a altres regidors respecte de determinats serveis o seccions inclosos en l'àrea delegada. En aquest supòsit el decret de delegació especial haurà d'especificar la dependència i coordinació que correspongui.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions conferides requeriran per a la seva eficàcia l'acceptació de la regidora delegada, es publicaran al BOIB i d'elles se'n donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que es celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; La regidora delegada queda obligada a informar a aquesta Batlia sobre la gestió i les disposicions que dicti, i prèviament, de les decisions de transcendència en els termes prevists a l'article 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En tot allò que no estigui previst en aquesta resolució regiran la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de bases de règim local; la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, i el Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals, en el marc de les regles que per a les delegacions s'estableixen a dites normes.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta Batlia té atribuïda per llei la facultat de delegar determinades atribucions, d'acord amb el disposat a l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Raons d'oportunitat i conveniència, per tal d'aconseguir una adequada agilització i millora del servei, aconsellen delegar les atribucions d'àrea que tot seguit s'enumeraran, dins&amp;nbsp; del marc establert en el Decret de Batlia núm. 1017, de 17 de juny de 2022, d'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb els articles 21.3 de la LRBRL, i 43, 44, 120 i 121 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de direcció interna dels serveis així com les de gestionar-los en general, però sense incloure la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; L'àmbit de la present delegació especial es correspon amb gestió del servei municipal assenyalat, i el seu titular actuarà sota la dependència i coordinació funcional de la Cinquena Tinent de Batle, Sra. Aguas Santas Lobo Benítez, delegada genèrica de l'Àrea de Cultura, Educació, Fires i d'Alcúdia Radio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions conferides requeriran per a la seva eficàcia l'acceptació de la&amp;nbsp; regidora delegada, es publicaran al BOIB i d'elles se'n donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que es celebri lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; La regidora delegada queda obligada&amp;nbsp; a informar a aquesta Batlia i a la regidora delegada d'Àrea de la que depèn sobre la gestió i les disposicions que dicti, i prèviament, de les decisions de transcendència en els termes prevists a l'article 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta Batlia té atribuïda per llei la facultat de delegar determinades atribucions, d'acord amb el disposat a l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Raons d'oportunitat i conveniència, per tal d'aconseguir una adequada agilització i millora del servei, aconsellen delegar les atribucions d'àrea que tot seguit s'enumeraran, dins&amp;nbsp; del marc establert en el Decret de Batlia núm. 1017, de 17 de juny de 2022, d'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb els articles 21.3 de la LRBRL, i 43, 44, 120 i 121 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; El regidor delegat queda obligat a informar a aquesta Batlia i a la Regidora delegada d'Àrea de la que depèn sobre la gestió i les disposicions que dicti, i prèviament, de les decisions de transcendència en els termes prevists a l'article 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En tot allò que no estigui previst en aquesta resolució regiran la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de bases de règim local; la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, i el Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, en el marc de les regles que per a les delegacions s'estableixen a dites normes.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRET DE BATLIA&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 2022/1028&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Assumpte: &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Delegació especial a favor del regidor Sr. TOMÀS ADROVER ALBERTÍ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta Batlia té atribuïda per llei la facultat de delegar determinades atribucions, d'acord amb el disposat a l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Raons d'oportunitat i conveniència, per tal d'aconseguir una adequada agilització i millora del servei, aconsellen delegar les atribucions d'àrea que tot seguit s'enumeraran, dins&amp;nbsp; del marc establert en el Decret de Batlia núm. 1017, de 17 de juny de 2022, d'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb els articles 21.3 de la LRBRL, i 43, 44, 120 i 121 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar a favor del regidor Sr. D. TOMÀS ADROVER ALBERTÍ&amp;nbsp; l'exercici de les atribucions corresponents a la responsabilitat dels serveis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NORMALITZACIÓ LINGÜÍSTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÀREA DE MEDIAMIENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les facultats delegades comprenen l'exercici de les competències atribuïdes genèricament a l'esmentat servei, relatives al sector de l'activitat administrativa pròpia d'aquest que la legislació vigent assigna als municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més d'aquestes atribucions generals, li correspon a títol indicatiu i no limitatiu, l'exercici de les competències específiques sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÀREA DE NORMALITZACIÓ LINGÜÍSTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;em&gt;Promoció de la llengua&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÀREA DE MEDIAMBIENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Monts públics&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Espais naturals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguiment Pla ecoturístic&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguiment Agenda Local 21 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions esmentades comprenen tant les facultats de direcció interna dels serveis així com les de gestionar-los en general, però sense incloure la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; L'àmbit de la present delegació especial es correspon amb gestió del servei municipal assenyalat, i el seu titular actuarà sota la dependència i coordinació funcional del Primera Tinent de Batle, Sra. Bàrbara Rebassa Bisbal, delegada genèrica de l'Àrea de Normalització Lingüística i de l'Àrea de Medi Ambient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les delegacions conferides requeriran per a la seva eficàcia l'acceptació de la&amp;nbsp; regidora delegada, es publicaran al BOIB i d'elles se'n donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que es celebri lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
