CAIB 26298 text/html 662240 ca 26297 2022-06-25 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En data 22 de juny de 2022, la consellera executiva del Departament de Promoció Econòmica i Empresarial, i Cooperació Municipal de Consell Insular d'Eivissa ha dictat la resolució núm. 2022000091, per la que es resol:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“Vist l'informe proposta de la cap de Secció d'Indústria i presidenta del tribunal de data 21 de juny de 2022, del que s'extreu el següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">"(...)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La consellera executiva va dictar en data 21 de febrer de 2022 la resolució número 2022000012, per a l'aprovació de la convocatòria per a l'obtenció de l'acreditació professional del personal d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives per a l'any 2022 i, al mateix acord, va aprovar les bases de la citada convocatòria, que van ser publicades al BOIB núm. 29, de 26 de febrer de 2022.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">&nbsp;El dia 6 de maig de 2022 es va efectuar la prova avaluadora per a l'obtenció de l'acreditació professional del personal d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatives (acta 1 CSV núm. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), i en data 27 de maig de 2022 es va fer públic el llistat provisional de resultats, concedint-se un termini de cinc dies per sol·licitar la revisió dels exàmens.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Ates que hi va haver quatre sol·licituds de revisió, el tribunal qualificador el dia 9 de juny de 2022 va revisar, i posteriorment ratificar els resultats d'aquestes proves, que es fan públics el dia 14 de juny, mitjançant la publicació del llistat definitiu, esposat al taulell d'anuncis d'aquest Consell Insular, així com a seu electrònica, de conformitat amb l'acta número 2 que obra al present expedient amb número 2022/00001982Z amb número CSV. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">(...)".</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En el referit informe proposta s'eleva a definitiu el llistat de les persones que varen realitzar la prova amb resultat apte i es proposa la seva aprovació.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">El <span style="background-color:#f8f8f8">Decret de Presidència núm. 2020000768, de modificació del Decret de Presidència núm. 2019000471, de data 10-7-2019, d'estructura del govern del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i creació de departaments, i del Decret de Presidència núm. 2019000484, de data 16-7-2019, de determinació de les atribucions corresponents als diferents òrgans del Consell Insular d'Eivissa</span>, atribueix al Departament de Promoció Econòmica i Empresarial, i Cooperació Municipal, les competències pròpies del Consell Insular en matèria d'activitats;
