Disposar-ne la despesa a favor de l'Ajuntament de Pollença, l'Ajuntament d'Inca, l'Ajuntament de Montuïri, l'Ajuntament de Manacor i l'Ajuntament de Sa Pobla &nbsp;pels imports que s'hi indiquen a la taula anterior, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 20 33210 46202 de l'exercici 2023.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Disposar-ne la despesa a favor de Fundació Yannick i Ben Jakober i de la Fundació Cosme Bauçà &nbsp;pels imports que s'hi indiquen a la taula anterior, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 20 33210 48903 de l'exercici 2023.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">No obstant l'anterior, al tractar-se d'una convocatòria de despesa anticipada, aquesta resta condicionada a l'existència de crèdit adequat i suficient per al finançament en l'exercici pressupostari al qual s'imputa la despesa (2023).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">3. Anular l'autorització de despesa (A) de l'exercici 2023 amb núm. d'operació 220229000068, per l'import de 8.196,35 €, com a romanent resultant de la diferència entre la quantitat de la dotació pressupostària autoritzada per la línia 1 d'aquesta convocatòria i l'import disposat.&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">4. Revertir a l'aplicació pressupostària 20 33210 46202 l'import de 8.196,35 €.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">5. Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i traslladar la informació a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.»</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Recursos</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada, dins el termini d'un mes, davant aquesta consellera executiva o davant la presidència, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l, comptador a partir de l'endemà al de la publicació de la resolució.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Contra la desestimació expressa dels recurs d'alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs.&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Un cop transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, sense limitació de temps.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.
