&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;FETS I FONAMENTS DE DRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Vist que del contingut de l'expedient 4790/2022 relatiu a la convocatòria en matèria de Participació Ciutadana per l'any 2022, es desprèn l'extracte de la convocatòria va ser publicada al BOIB núm. 75 de data 9 de juny de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Havent-se detectat una errada de transcripció en l'extracte prèviament esmentat corresponent relacionada amb el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i que el mateix no es correspon amb termini esmentat en l'article 7 de la convocatòria en matèria de Participació Ciutadana&amp;nbsp; per l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Atès que l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, estableix que: “l&lt;em&gt;es administracions públiques podran, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes&lt;/em&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict el següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TEXT DISPOSITIU DE LA PROPOSTA DE RESOLUCIÓ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER. &lt;/strong&gt;Rectificar l'errada existent observada a l'article cinquè de l'extracte de la resolució del dia 26 de maig de 2022 de la Junta de Govern Local de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa per la que es convoquen subvencions en matèria de Participació Ciutadana per l'any 2022, publicat en el BOIB núm. 75 de data 9 de juny de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ON DIU:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 20 dies naturals, comptats a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de la present convocatòria en el BOIB. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà improrrogable.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DEU DIR:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 15 dies naturals, comptats a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de la present convocatòria en el BOIB. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà improrrogable.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Que&amp;nbsp; es procedeixi la seva publicació d'aquesta resolució al Butlletí de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
