&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Decret 62/2011, de 20 de maig, pel qual es regulen les modalitats de col·laboració en les activitats formatives i en els processos selectius i de provisió organitzats per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, i s'aprova el barem de les indemnitzacions que se'n deriven, al seu article 39 estableix que les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals poden assistir, exercint les funcions de vigilància i vetlla del bon desenvolupament dels processos selectius, previstes en l'article 51 de la Llei 3/2007.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La directora general de Personal Docent d'acord amb l'apartat 1.a) de la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Formació Professional de 19 de març de 2021 de delegació de determinades competències en matèria de gestió de personal en la directora general de Personal Docent (BOIB núm. 41, de 25 de març), és competent per dictar aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Indicar que tal com estableix l'article 39 del Decret abans esmentat aquest personal col·laborador&amp;nbsp; pot assistir, sense veu ni vot, a la constitució del tribunal, a la realització de les diferents proves selectives, a les sessions de revisió de les puntuacions dels exercicis i dels mèrits, amb la citació prèvia de les persones que ho hagin sol·licitat, com també a les de publicació de les llistes de puntuacions d'exercicis i de mèrits i, en general, a les que no siguin de deliberació del tribunal, sens perjudici de les seves facultats de sol·licitar informació sobre diferents aspectes del procés selectiu i d'exercir el seu dret a presentar les queixes, denúncies i al·legacions que considerin oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;D'altra banda, els tribunals han de facilitar la labor de les persones representants sindicals en el desenvolupament de les seves funcions, sense que això afecti l'agilitat del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;Informar que el personal col·laborador ha de percebre la indemnització diària per sessió i dia que s'indica a l'annex 10 del Decret &amp;nbsp;62/2011, sempre que la persona que exerceix la presidència del tribunal certifiqui que han assistit a la sessió completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Quart. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
