&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El 30 de maig de 2022, es va publicar en la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Cultura la Proposta de resolució de la directora general de Cultura a l'empara de la Resolució del conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura, de 3 de març de 2022, per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No s'ha presentat cap al·legació a la Proposta de resolució esmenta en l'apartat 1 anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Les persones i entitats sol·licitants han fet constar en la Declaració responsable que coneixen i no estan incursos en cap dels supòsits de prohibició i incompatibilitat per ser beneficiaris dels que preveu l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, per qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. L'o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bjecte &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;questa convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;és&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; contribuir a la projecció exterior i donar suport econòmic a la mobilitat de les persones, associacions, entitats i professionals de les Illes Balears que duguin a terme activitats i projectes que donin a conèixer, fomentin, difonguin i promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears, que es manifesten, en particular, en els àmbits que exposa l'article 3 de la Llei 18/2019, de 8 d'abril, de salvaguarda del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears, durant el període comprès entre els dies 16 de novembre de 2021 i 15 de novembre de 2022 per fomentar l'intercanvi i la relació entre Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera; i entre les Illes Balears i la resta del territori de l'Estat espanyol i l'exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Les persones i les entitats que figuren en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;annex 1 d'aquesta proposta han presentat a la Conselleria de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fons Europeus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Universitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; una sol·licitud de subvenció per a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; personal tècnic de la Direcció General de Cultura &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;examina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; presenta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s i està conforme en els punts següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Les persones i entitats sol·licitants, per la seva naturalesa, poden ser beneficiàries de la subvenció objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Les persones i entitats sol·licitants han presentat les sol·licituds dins el termini i en la forma escaient i han adjuntat la documentació exigida per a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Les persones i entitats sol·licitants &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;han declarat, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el personal tècnic de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la Direcció General &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de Cultura &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ha comprovat, que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;estan al corrent de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i amb les obligacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; tributàries amb l'Administració &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l'Estat i l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Els criteris d'ordre de prelació per concedir la subvenció estan establerts en l'article 11 de la Resolució del conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. La subvenció s'ha de justificar mitjançant la presentació d'un compte justificatiu a través del model normalitzat (annex 8) subscrit per la persona o l'entitat beneficiària o per qui la representi al qual s'ha d'adjuntar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) La documentació que s'esmenta en l'article 15 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura, d'1 de juliol de 2009, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Memòria justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades en la concessió de la subvenció, mitjançant el model normalitzat annex 7, en què s'indiquin les activitats que s'han duit a terme, el nombre de persones participants, la ruta concreta que s'ha fet amb l'origen i destinació de cada trajecte amb el nombre de quilòmetres recorreguts (si s'ha fet el desplaçament en vehicle particular o llogat), els resultats obtinguts i ingressos, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Compte justificatiu que consta de l'annex 8-Formulari i l'annex 8-full de càlcul de la relació de justificants amb l'import de les despeses de les activitats que s'han duit a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Factures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Justificant de pagament: per a les factures que superin els 500 euros, IVA exclòs, cal que es presenti el justificant de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) L'acreditació fotogràfica de l'activitat, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Un exemplar dels materials gràfics elaborats o editats amb motiu de l'activitat subvencionada, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;La persona o l'entitat beneficiària ha de presentar el compte justificatiu en el termini màxim de 15 dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució de concessió en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; o, si l'acabament de l'activitat fos posterior a aquesta publicació, en un màxim de 15 dies hàbils després d'haver duit a terme l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, es pot lliurar el compte justificatiu i la documentació justificativa de les despeses subvencionables en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud, en el cas que s'hagi duit a terme l'activitat abans de publicar-se la resolució de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut el termini, sense que s'hagi presentat el compte justificatiu, es requerirà la persona beneficiària per tal que, en el termini improrrogable de 15 dies, el presenti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. Una vegada publicada la resolució de concessió de la subvenció en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; es tramitarà el pagament que es durà a terme mitjançant una transferència bancària, un cop que s'hagi duit a terme l'activitat per a la qual s'ha sol·licitat la subvenció i que s'hagi justificat prèviament, en els termes establerts en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pagament de les ajudes s'ha de fer, amb caràcter general, en un únic pagament, que s'ha de fer efectiu una vegada justificada la subvenció concedida en els termes d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció s'ha de fer, en el termini màxim de sis mesos, comptadors des de la data d'entrada del compte justificatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11. La subvenció, per un import de 9.527,74 euros, es distribueix en les quanties especificades en l'annex 1, per beneficiari, i hi ha crèdit adequat i suficient en la partida 21401.455A01.48000 00 dels pressuposts generals de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12. Els imports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; màxim&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que es po&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;den&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; concedir per persona o entitat beneficiària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es regulen en l'apartat 8 de l'annex 1 de la convocatòria d'aquestes subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les ajudes percebudes en virtut d'aquesta convocatòria estan subjectes a tributació d'IRPF quan el beneficiari final sigui una persona física i no pugui acollir-se a cap exempció de les previstes en l'article 7 de la Llei 35/2006, de 28 de novembre, de l'impost de la renda de les persones físiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura, d'1 de juliol de 2009, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d'11 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Acord del Consell de Govern de 7 de setembre de 2020 pel qual s'aplica la previsió de l'article 117.2 de la Llei de finances de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears respecte a l'exercici de la funció interventora en règim de fiscalització prèvia limitada (BOIB núm. 155, de 8 de setembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Resolució del conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura de correcció d'errades de l'edicte 1623, publicat en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears número 36, de 12 de març de 2022, relativa a la Resolució del conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2022 (BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;40&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de març de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Decret 4/2021, de 15 de febrer, pel qual es disposa el cessament i el nomenament d'alts càrrecs de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i es disposa la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; del cessament del personal eventual. (BOIB núm. 22, de 15 de febrer).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrer).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Resolució del conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura de delegació de competències en determinats òrgans d'aquesta Conselleria, i de suplència dels òrgans directius de la Conselleria esm&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;entada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;57&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, d'1 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;maig de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;9. Decret 11/2022, d'11 d'abril, pel qual es regula el règim de control intern que ha d'exercir la Intervenció General de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprovar la concessió de les subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2022, per un import de 9.527,74 euros, als beneficiaris que figuren en l'annex 1 per l'import individual que s'hi assenyala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Notificar aquesta Resolució a les persones i entitats interessades mitjançant la seva publicació en el &lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ut&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;lletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; conseller de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el termini d'un mes, comptador des del dia de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ontenciosa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dministrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat, d'acord amb l'article 10.1&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
