    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decret de Presidència núm. 2022000440 de 9 de juny de 2022, pel qual es fixen els períodes hàbils i les vedes especials que s'estableixen per a la temporada 2022-2023 a l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Generalitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La caça es desenvoluparà de conformitat i amb les limitacions establertes en el Reglament del Consell d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 58, de data 24-04-2012), i amb les limitacions i les condicions que s'hi expedeixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1Espècies caçables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entre les espècies cinegètiques establertes en l'Annex I del Decret 71/2004, pel qual es declaren les espècies objecte de caça i pesca fluvial a les Illes Balears, i se n'estableixen les normes de protecció, són espècies caçables a l'illa d'Eivissa per a la temporada 2022-2023 les següents: el conill (&lt;em&gt;Oryctolagus cuniculus&lt;/em&gt;), la llebre (&lt;em&gt;Lepus granatensis&lt;/em&gt;), la perdiu (&lt;em&gt;Alectoris rufa&lt;/em&gt;), la guàtlera (&lt;em&gt;Coturnix coturnix&lt;/em&gt;), el faisà (&lt;em&gt;Phasianus colchicus&lt;/em&gt;), el tudó (&lt;em&gt;Columba palumbus&lt;/em&gt;), la torta turca (&lt;em&gt;Streptopelia decaocto&lt;/em&gt;), la cega (&lt;em&gt;Scolopax rusticola&lt;/em&gt;), l'estornell comú (&lt;em&gt;Sturnus vulgaris&lt;/em&gt;), el tord (&lt;em&gt;Turdus philomelos&lt;/em&gt;), el tord cellard (&lt;em&gt;Turdus iliacus&lt;/em&gt;), la griva (&lt;em&gt;Turdus viscivorus&lt;/em&gt;) i el tord burell (&lt;em&gt;Turdus pilaris&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La tórtora salvatge (Streptopelia turtur) té una quota “0” de captures en la temporada 2022-2023 en aplicació del AHMM (Adaptative Harvest Management Mecanism), de manera que no és un recurs cinegètic aprofitable durant la present temporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. Normes generals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Les modalitats permeses, amb caràcter general, són les establertes a l'article 5 del Reglament &lt;/span&gt;esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) En els vedats privats acollits als plans tècnics de règim general s'estableixen les captures màximes per caçador i dia següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 20 tords, amb independència de la modalitat utilitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 3 guàtleres salvatges, excepte en cas d'amollades legalment autoritzades, en les quals, durant la jornada autoritzada, es pot capturar un total de 10 guàtleres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 4 cegues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 2 llebres, excepte en la modalitat sense arma de foc amb cans llebrers, en la qual es poden caçar 3 llebres per caçador i dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 6 perdius amb caràcter general i 4 amb reclam.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 15 conills en les modalitats amb escopeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) No hi ha nombre màxim de captures per a la resta d'espècies cinegètiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) En els vedats acollits al règim especial, les captures màximes diàries són les establertes en el pla tècnic corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e)Tal com estableix l'article 5.2. del Reglament del Consell d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa, no s'ha de caçar la cega ni a l'aguait ni a l'espera ni s'ha de tirar a les ardades de perdius quan són a terra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Totes les notificacions per a modalitats de caça i tipus de períodes a les quals fa referència aquest Decret s'han de lliurar, preferentment amb model oficial, al Departament competent en matèria de caça signades pel titular del vedat, han d'estar segellades com a registrades i s'han de dur damunt quan es caça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Els titulars dels vedats poden establir les limitacions que considerin, relatives a dies, dates i altres aspectes, i fer-les constar en l'autorització que expedeixen al caçador. L' incompliment d'aquestes condicions suposa caçar sense autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) Està permès caçar a partir de mitja hora abans de la sortida del sol, fins al cap de mitja hora de la posta, d'acord amb l'horari local, llevat de les limitacions que estableix expressament aquest Decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.3.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Períodes i dies hàbils de caça&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Amb caràcter general, els dies hàbils dins el període de caça menor en general, llevat d'especificació en contra, són: els dimarts, els dijous, els dissabtes, els diumenges i els festius de caràcter nacional o autonòmic. Se n'exclouen les festes de caràcter local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En els terrenys d'aprofitament comú (lliures), els períodes de caça, els dies hàbils i el màxim de captures per a cada espècie permesa es fixa a l'Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) En els vedats de caça, es fixen els períodes següents de caça i els dies hàbils:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conill. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;El període de caça del conill és el comprès entre el darrer diumenge de juliol de 2022 (dia 31) i el primer diumenge de gener de 2023 (dia 1). Durant el període comprès entre el 31 de juliol i l'obertura de la caça menor en general només es pot caçar en modalitats sense armes (amb cans i falconeria). Els dies hàbils són els indicats al punt 1.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; d'aquest Decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els vedats que ho notifiquin amb antelació al Departament competent en matèria de caça podran començar el segon diumenge de juliol de 2022 (dia 10) la caça del conill amb cans sense armes, i finalitzar el darrer diumenge de gener de 2023 (dia 29).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mitja veda. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;En els vedats el període de mitja veda comença el 21 d'agost i arriba fins a l'obertura de la caça menor en general.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Els dies hàbils són els indicats al punt 1.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; d'aquest Decret. Durant aquest període es pot caçar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tudó, en la modalitat d'escopeta i/o cans, en lloc fix i amb el ca sempre sota control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Conill i llebre, en modalitats sense armes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En els terrenys d'aprofitament comú (lliures), el dies hàbils i màxims de captures es fixen en l'Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Caça menor en general&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;El període de caça menor general és el comprès entre el primer diumenge d'octubre de 2022 (dia 2) i el darrer diumenge de desembre de 2022 (dia 25) amb les següents singularitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El conill, que finalitza el dia 1 de gener.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les migratòries (tudó, tords, cega, estornells i guàtlera), que acaba el primer diumenge de febrer de 2023 (dia 5). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La torta turca es pot caçar de l'11 d'octubre fins al darrer diumenge de gener (dia 29).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durant el mes de febrer es podran autoritzar recomptes de cega sense mort amb ca de&lt;/span&gt; mostra en els vedats que ho sol·licitin, sempre que no hi hagi motius que ho desaconsellin. Es podran autoritzar dos dies per setmana com a màxim, amb un conductor i amb un màxim de dos cans simultanis per cada 50 ha de terreny. No es podrà portar arma de foc ni detonadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Modalitats especials de caça&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. Caça de la perdiu amb reclam mascle&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta modalitat s'ha de practicar de conformitat amb l'article 6.1 del Reglament del Consell d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa, amb les limitacions següents, que es concreten en aplicació del reglament esmentat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Es permet la caça de la perdiu amb reclam mascle i escopeta únicament als vedats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Nombre màxim de peces per caçador i dia en vedats de caça: 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Distància mínima entre el lloc de caça i els vedats limítrofs (excepte acord entre vedats): 200 metres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Es prohibeix caçar amb reclam de perdiu femella o amb artifici que el substitueixi, com també amb magnetòfons i reclams mecànics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) No es podrà treure el reclam en dia no hàbil a terrenys cinegètics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) El període hàbil és des del dilluns després de la finalització de la caça de perdiu amb escopeta (dia 26 de desembre de 2022) fins al darrer diumenge de gener de 2023 (dia 29). Dins aquest termini es podrà caçar els dilluns a més dels dies que figuren a l'article 1.3.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;. Amb autorització expressa del titular del vedat, es pot caçar des del 30 de gener fins al 10 de febrer tots els dies de la setmana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Els titulars dels vedats podran establir les limitacions que considerin oportunes de dies, dates o altres aspectes fent-ho constar en l'autorització que s'expedeixi al caçador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) En qualsevol cas, qui utilitzi reclam mascle haurà de disposar de la llicència C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. Caça de conills amb ca eivissenc&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta modalitat es practicarà amb les condicions previstes en matèria de cans a l'article 34 de la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, balear de caça i pesca fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es pot practicar amb un màxim de 10 cans per a un sol caçador, i amb 12 cans quan siguin dos o més caçadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Als vedats de caça que ho notifiquin amb antelació al Departament competent en matèria de caça mitjançant un escrit degudament registrat, es poden formar grups fins a 4 caçadors i 20 cans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El número de cans màxim no es pot superar en cap cas, fins i tot si no s'està practicant la caça, allà on és permesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3. Caça de conills amb cans i escopetes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta modalitat es practicarà amb les condicions previstes en matèria de cans a l'article 34 de la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, balear de caça i pesca fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'autoritza la formació de grups de caçadors per caçar conills, amb un màxim de 10 cans i 4 escopetes. Aquests no es poden ajuntar amb altres grups de caçadors i, com a màxim, es poden caçar 15 conills per grup i dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Als vedats de caça que ho notifiquin amb antelació al Departament competent en matèria de caça mitjançant un escrit degudament registrat, es poden formar grups fins a 4 escopetes i 20 cans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.4. Caça de conill amb fura&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta modalitat s'ha de practicar de conformitat amb l'article 6.3 del Reglament del Consell d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa, amb les limitacions que s'hi estableixen i amb les condicions següents que s'especifiquen, per al control de la pressió de caça i en aplicació del que preveu el Reglament esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Es permet la caça de conill amb fura en els vedats de caça sempre que es tengui l'autorització expressa del titular del vedat, per a aquesta pràctica cinegètica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Els complements a la fura permesos són els cans i/o les escopetes i les aus de falconeria, tot i que el titular del vedat podrà limitar a una d'aquestes dues pràctiques la seua autorització. No es permet la utilització simultània de la fura i de les senderes o llaços, llevat que es tengui autorització expressa del Departament competent en matèria de caça del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Es podrà autoritzar l'ús de la fura en tot tipus de terrenys i en qualsevol moment de l'any amb la sol·licitud prèvia de la persona propietària o titular, per danys a l'agricultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) En qualsevol cas, qui utilitzi la fura haurà de disposar de la llicència C3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) El període i els dies hàbils de caça són els de la caça menor en general en els quals es permet la caça del conill.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.5. Caça amb aus de falconeria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta modalitat s'ha de practicar de conformitat amb l'article 6.4 del Reglament del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa, amb les limitacions que s'hi estableixen, tot tenint en compte les indicacions següents, que es fixen en concreció de l'anterior:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Per practicar la falconeria s'ha de tenir la llicència preceptiva i la credencial de falconeria expedida per l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma, en la qual consten l'espècie, el sexe i l'anella de les aus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Durant tot l'any les aus es poden entrenar amb cimbell o amb l'amollada de peces en els vedats, amb l'autorització de la persona que en sigui titular, o en els terrenys de règim cinegètic comú amb l'autorització de la persona propietària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Serà obligatori que les aus de falconeria que pertanyin a espècies exòtiques volin amb un transmissor que permeti la seua localització en tot moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) El període i els dies hàbils de caça són els de caça menor en general. Així mateix, el conill es pot caçar a partir del dia en què es permet la caça del conill amb cans i/o escopeta. Als vedats, a més dels dies hàbils de caça establerts a l'article 1.3.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;, es pot caçar els dilluns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) En qualsevol cas, qui utilitzi aus de falconeria haurà de disposar de la llicència C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.6.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Foment del ca eivissenc&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per revalorar el patrimoni que suposa la raça de ca eivissenc i d'acord amb el que estableixen els articles 34.5, 35.2 i 35.3 de la Llei 6/2006, &lt;/span&gt;de 12 d'abril, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;balear de caça i pesca fluvial, així com l'article 19 del Reglament del Consell d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa, es declaren els dies 3 i 7 de juliol com a hàbils per a la caça amb cans eivissencs que estiguin inscrits al Llibre genealògic i en aquells vedats de societats de caçadors i vedats privats que ho notifiquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.7. Caça amb cans llebrers&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A partir de la mitja veda es podrà caçar la llebre amb cans llebrers, els mateixos dies autoritzats per als cans eivissencs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.8. Caça sembrada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta modalitat s'ha de practicar d'acord amb l'article 21 del Reglament del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Prohibicions per raó del lloc&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Es prohibeix practicar qualsevol tipus de caça a tots els illots i els tallserrats costaners d'Eivissa. S'hi podrà autoritzar la caça del conill i controlar la població de la gavina comuna per danys a la flora o a la fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) En qualsevol cas, per practicar la caça a la resta d'espais naturals protegits s'ha d'atenir a allò que disposin els corresponents PORN i Pla rector d'ús i gestió (PRUG) i a la Llei 5/2005, de 26 de maig, per a la conservació dels espais naturals de rellevància ambiental (LECO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Es prohibeix la pràctica de la caça menor amb escopeta dins la franja de 150 metres des del límit exterior de la base de l'helicòpter a sa Coma, ZONA DE SEGURETAT «SA COMA», per tal de garantir la seguretat dels béns allí existents mentre hi romangui l'operatiu d'extinció d'incendis forestals (BOIB núm. 80, de data 1-07-2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Control de poblacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Departament competent en matèria de caça,&lt;/span&gt; a petició de les persones interessades i a fi de controlar la presència de gats assilvestrats, cans assilvestrats, gavina comuna, tudons i exemplars d'espècies no autòctones, en pot autoritzar de forma excepcional la captura amb arma de foc o amb sistemes selectius en qualsevol moment de l'any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Ensinistrament de cans&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'ensinistrament de cans dins camps autoritzats per a aquesta finalitat queda condicionat a l'establert en l'article 10 del Reglament del Consell d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mal ús d'un camp d'ensinistrament de cans de caça podrà donar lloc a l'anul·lació de la seua autorització i, d'acord amb el que preveu l'article 74.10 de la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, balear de caça i pesca fluvial, quan es perjudiqui la correcta ordenació del recurs cinegètic d'un vedat, multa de 451 i 2.000 € i, accessòriament, la suspensió temporal de la caça o l'anul·lació del vedat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.Proves i campionats de caça&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden ser autoritzats d'acord amb l'article 11 del Reglament del Consell d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Alliberament d'espècies cinegètiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per alliberar espècies cinegètiques és aplicable el que s'estableix en l'article 14 del Reglament del Consell d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa, així com en la normativa de rang superior aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Municions i pràctiques prohibides&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Queden prohibides les municions i els mètodes indicats a l'article 33 de la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, balear de caça i pesca fluvial, modificada per la Llei 6/2007, i la Llei 3/2013, de 17 juliol que la modifica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Es prohibeix la tinença i l'ús de munició de plom durant l'exercici de la caça a les zones humides. Als efectes, s'entén per zona humida qualsevol paratge inundat o inundable on la vegetació sigui la pròpia natural de les zones humides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) El caçador està obligat a recollir les beines dels cartutxos utilitzats durant la caça, tot seguit d'haver disparat; així mateix, queda prohibit abandonar residus durant la caça, o caçar en llocs on n'hi hagi d'acumulats, o a menys de 15 m d'aquestos residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Queda terminantment prohibit l'ús en la caça de cartutxeria destinada al control de la processionària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Llocs fixos de caça de tords&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es considera un lloc fix de caça aquell des d'on el mateix caçador fa més de 10 tirs seguits, o en què està a l'espera més de 15 minuts. Aquestos punts no poden estar situats a menys de 100 m dels habitatges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Memòria de captures&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La memòria anual de captures dels vedats de caça s'ha de lliurar abans del 15 de març de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Documentació per a l'exercici de la caça&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durant l'exercici de la caça, els caçadors hauran de portar la documentació preceptiva per a l'exercici de la caça exigida per la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, balear de caça i pesca fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A més, les persones que practiquen la caça dins un vedat privat, han de dur una autorització escrita del titular del vedat corresponent. Aquest document, en el qual els titulars autoritzen la caça dins els seus vedats, ha de contenir, com a mínim, les dades que figuren en el model que s'estableix en l'Annex II del Reglament del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa. Les societats de caçadors podran substituir el suport de l'autorització mitjançant carnets o altres formats que s'hagin donat als seus socis, sempre&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que prèviament notifiquin al Departament competent en matèria de caça una &lt;/span&gt;llista completa dels vedats on practicaran la caça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La llicència de caça és una llicència balear, expedida de forma insular, per la qual cosa seran vàlides a l'illa d'Eivissa les expedides per altres consells insulars per als seus respectius residents, i viceversa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones propietàries estan igualment obligades a complir la normativa aplicable en matèria de registre, identificació i vacunació dels cans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Cessió de peces de caça&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas de cessió de peces de caça entre caçadors, serà necessari portar un document que acrediti la cessió, en què constin almenys les següents dades: nom, llinatges i DNI de les persones interessades, la data, l'espècie i el nombre de peces que se cedeixen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest document únicament serà vàlid fora del terreny de caça, atès que dins d'aquest terreny i durant l'acció de caçar, cada caçador podrà portar únicament les seues peces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Control de processionària amb escopeta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Per controlar la processionària, pot disparar-se a les bosses amb escopeta, entre el 15 de novembre i el 29 de gener, els dies hàbils de caça amb arma de foc (escopeta), dins els terrenys cinegètics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) També es pot fer el mateix tipus de control, entre el 30 de gener i el 28 de febrer, dins els vedats o dins les finques de terrenys els titulars dels les quals ho hagin notificat amb antelació al Departament competent en matèria de caça del Consell Insular d'Eivissa mitjançant correu electrònic a dep.agricultura@conselldeivissa.es, en què constin el dia, l'hora, la localització exacta de l'actuació i la persona responsable de l'ús de l'arma de foc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) En els terrenys cinegètics inclosos dins espais naturals protegits, el control previst en els apartats a i b d'aquest article queda condicionat a l'autorització de l'organisme competent en matèria d'espais naturals protegits, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) En terrenys no cinegètics, excepte refugi de fauna, entre el 15 de novembre i el 28 de febrer, és preceptiva l'autorització de la Direcció Insular de l'Administració General de l'Estat a Eivissa i Formentera, telèfon 971 989 055.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Quan es faci aquest control en zones humides, no pot dur-se a terme amb munició que contengui plom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Si bé no són aplicables al control de processionària les normes en matèria de caça referents a zones de seguretat, s'ha d'actuar garantint la seguretat de les persones i els béns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Plans marc d'ordenació de la caça als terrenys cinegètics d'aprofitament comú (lliures&lt;/strong&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) S'estableixen els plans marc a l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Els ajuntaments que es vulguin acollir al Pla marc ho hauran de notificar de forma fefaent al Consell d'Eivissa. Si no ho fan així, ni tampoc presenten un pla tècnic per als terrenys del seu àmbit, quedaran com a zones inhàbils de caça, d'acord amb l'article 24 de la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, balear de caça i pesca fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) L'administració competent en matèria de caça generarà i actualitzarà d'ofici la cartografia dels terrenys lliures de cada àmbit municipal sobre la qual s'estableix el Pla marc, i la comunicarà als ajuntaments. El Consell Insular d'Eivissa podrà excloure les zones inhàbils de caça que consideri oportunes per raons de seguretat o coherència d'ordenació i aprofitament cinegètic. Aquesta informació tendrà caràcter públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) El contingut del Pla marc, d'acord amb el que figura a l'Annex I, és: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a .Espècies cinegètiques &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. Calendari de caça &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. Dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. Limitacions horàries si escau &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e. Límit màxim de captures &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f. Modalitat de caça &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Estan autoritzats a exercir la caça dins els terrenys gestionats d'aprofitament comú adscrits a un Pla marc els caçadors que comptin amb la documentació que habilita a la caça en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) El Consell Insular d'Eivissa exercicirà la tasca de vigilància de l'activitat cinegètica, gestió i seguiment administratiu, i d'aplicació del Pla. Tot i això, podrà cedir la gestió cinegètica dels terrenys a l'ajuntament o a la societat de caçadors local amb consentiment de l'ajuntament, amb petició prèvia. En tot cas, les entitats que gestionin aquestos terrenys hauran de presentar per a la seua aprovació el Pla tècnic corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les actuacions de gestió que es desenvolupin sobre el territori, com ara repoblacions, col·locació de gàbies trampa per a control de depredadors antròpics, col·locació d'abeuradors i menjadors entre altres, hauran de comptar, a més de les autoritzacions que s'escaiguin, amb el permís exprés del titular del terreny.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) La vigència dels plans marc és d'un únic període anual hàbil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Infraccions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'incompliment durant la pràctica de la caça de les condicions i les limitacions establertes en la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, balear de caça i pesca fluvial; en el Reglament del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, pel qual s'aprova l'Ordre general de vedes i de regulació dels recursos cinegètics de l'illa d'Eivissa, i en aquest Decret, atès que suposen la concreció de les limitacions i les condicions que necessàriament i, en aplicació del reglament esmentat, són consubstancials a la determinació de la pressió de la caça per a l'anualitat 2022-2023, se sancionarà de conformitat amb l'establert en la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Normativa supletòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
