&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Poden acollir-se als ajuts les associacions de ramaders que estiguin constituïdes com a persones jurídiques i que compleixin els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Que no tenguin ànim de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Que estiguin reconegudes oficialment per a la gestió del llibre de la raça autòctona per l'autoritat competent, segons els requisits establerts en l'article 4 i la part I de l'annex I del Reglament (UE) 2016/1012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Que compleixin el que estableix el Reglament (UE) 2016/1012 del Parlament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;uropeu i del Consell, 8 de juny de 2016, relatiu a les condicions zootècniques i genealògiques per a la cria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;comerç i l'entrada a la Unió d'animals reproductors de raça pura, porcins reproductors híbrids i el seu material reproductiu, i pel qual es modifiquen el Reglament (UE) núm. 652/2014 i les directives 89/608/CEE i 90/425/CEE del Consell i es deroguen determinats actes en l'àmbit de la cria animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Que compleixin el que estableix el Reial decret 45/2019, de 8 de febrer, en relació amb les normes zootècniques aplicables als animals reproductors de raça pura, porcins reproductors híbrids i el seu material reproductiu, pel qual s'actualitza el Programa nacional de conservació, millora i foment de les races ramaderes i es modifiquen els reials decrets 558/2001, de 25 de maig; 1316/1992, de 30 d'octubre; 1438/1992, de 27 de novembre, i 1625/2011, de 14 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) Que compleixin els requisits exigits per l'article 13 de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i els articles 9 i 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005,de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Les explotacions ramaderes integrades en l'associació, com a beneficiaris finals d'aquesta subvenció, han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i el Consell Insular de Menorca, i complir la resta de requisits prevists en l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral de subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, i els articles 9 i 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Estar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;inscrit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en Registre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;xplotacions Ramaderes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Complir amb el límit d'ajudes que s'estableix a l'article 3.2 del Reglament (UE) núm. 1408/2013, modificat pel Reglament (UE) 2019/316.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria de minimis és donar suport a les activitats que hagin portat a terme, des de dia 1 de novembre de l'any anterior al&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la convocatòria fins a dia 31 d'octubre de l'any de la convocatòria, les associacions de ramaders de races autòctones de Menorca per tal de compensar el cost de les despeses relacionades amb la gestió dels llibres genealògics i la millora genètica, per obtenir productes primaris de qualitat, i també, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les despeses derivades de les tasques que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;duen a terme &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les associacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per promocionar aquests productes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà pel text refós de les bases aprovat pel Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 16.05.2022&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Import &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import global màxim de la convocatòria és de 30.000 € (trenta mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Terminis de presentació de sol·licituds &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'estén &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;des de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'endemà d'haver-se publicat la convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;BOIB) fins a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;31 d'octubre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè. Altres dades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No podran ser beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques que hagin rebut, en els tres darrers exercicis fiscals, ajuts públics o d'ens privats, finançats a càrrec de pressuposts públics, en concepte de minimis, per un import superior a 20.000&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;€ (base 5.2 de les bases de la convocatòria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import màxim total que podrà rebre cada beneficiari és de 12.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
