text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">L'apartat 8.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 17 de març de 2015 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes destinades a la protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica, per l'any 2015 (Pròrroga &nbsp;2021) especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al <em><em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em></em>d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 60.2 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de &nbsp;&nbsp;novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt;
