&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt; Publicar la present relació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Campos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, pot interposar-se alternativament recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la batlessa de l'Ajuntament de Campos en el termini d'un mes a comptar des del dia següent al de la publicació del present anunci, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar dia següent a la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998 de 13 de juliol de la jurisdicció contenciós- administrativa. Si s'optàs per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu, no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell s'hagi resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
