&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b) &lt;/strong&gt;Si la persona no és titular de les cartes indicades, haurà d'acreditar la formació i titulació acadèmica en Arts i Oficis o en Belles Arts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCER. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les condicions de funcionament del mercat són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Obrirà tots els &lt;strong&gt;dimarts i dissabtes&lt;/strong&gt;, de 9.00 a 14.00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'horari del muntatge serà de 8.00 a 9.00 hores i el desmuntatge, de 14.00 a 15.00 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les mides de les parades seran de 2 x 1 m. L'Ajuntament de Maó ha uniformat els mercats municipals, confeccionant tendals i faldons que seran subministrats a les persones adjudicatàries, que obligatòriament els hauran d'emprar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'autorització per muntar una parada serà intransferible i revocable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La vigilància i conservació de l'espai serà responsabilitat exclusiva de la persona autoritzada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'autorització no eximeix la persona titular de sol·licitar i obtenir llicències d'altres administracions, d'acord amb les normatives que li són d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les autoritats municipals podran ordenar, en qualsevol moment, que un funcionari/ària realitzi visita d'inspecció per comprovar el compliment de les condicions exigides en la present autorització, així com de l'ocupació continuada de la parada, segons sol·licitud. Aquest funcionari/ària podrà imposar, si escau, les sancions pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A les parades no es podran instal·lar equips de so o música, ni megafonia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per raons d'interès públic, es podrà traslladar puntualment la ubicació del mercat, previ avís a les persones autoritzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li value="10"&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan, per motiu d'incompatibilitat amb altres activitats &lt;/span&gt;—&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de força major, a causa de les condicions meteorològiques o d'altres&lt;/span&gt;—&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, no es pugui realitzar el mercat, això no implicarà la seva obertura en dies diferents dels previstos, excepte en els supòsits que expressament autoritzi l'alcalde o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En tot moment, les persones autoritzades hauran de complir els protocols i les normes higièniques vigents arran de la crisi sanitària del Covid-19, relatives als mercats de venda ambulant a l'aire lliure. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUART.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; El llistat de persones autoritzades s'enviarà a la Policia Local, amb les dades dels vehicles que podran accedir a la plaça del Carme, per realitzar-hi la càrrega i descàrrega, durant l'horari de muntatge i desmuntatge de les parades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; L'ordre d'ocupació de les parades es realitzarà per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;sorteig públic. Es lliurarà un plànol de situació a cada una de les persones adjudicatàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cada parada ocuparà un espai de 2 x 1 m, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;amb una separació de 2 metres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; entre cada parada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SISÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Abans de la data d'inici del Mercat Artesà, les persones adjudicatàries hauran de remetre la documentació que acrediti el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que figuren d'alta en el cens d'obligats tributaris i en el règim de la Seguretat Social que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que disposen d'assegurança de responsabilitat civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
