    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació amb l'assumpte de referència, i d'acord amb l'establert &lt;/span&gt;a&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'article &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;24.3 del RDL 1/2016, de 16 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de prevenció i control integrats de la contaminació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, es publica l'Acord del Ple de la CMAIB, en sessió de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;30 de març&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ATÈS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Que &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Avícola Son Perot SA&lt;/span&gt; ha sol·licitat una modificació substancial de l'Autorització Ambiental Integrada, de la granja de gallines ponedores Es Caparó, consistent en la construcció d'una tercera nau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Que, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la documentació aportada justifica que es tracta d'una modificació substancial, en compliment de l'art. 10 de la Llei 16/2002, d'1 de juliol, de Prevenció i Control Integrats de la Contaminació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Que els informes emesos pels diferents departaments són favorables, consideren la modificació com a substancial i proposen una sèrie de condicionants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ACORDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1.- Atorgar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; la modificació substancial de l'autorització ambiental integrada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de la granja de gallines ponedores Es Caparó, promoguda per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Avícola Son Perot S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;A, consistent en la construcció d'una tercera nau amb les condicions d'explotació, capacitat i processos indicats a la següent documentació aportada: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Proyecto Básico de Ampliación de Granja de Gallinas Ponedoras para Procedimiento Simplificado de Autorización Ambiental Integrada signat per l'enginyer Gabriel Cañellas Rotger en data 28 de gener de 2014 amb número de visat 201400123 de data 4 de març de 2014 del Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Agrónomos de Levante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Adenda al Proyecto Básico Modificado de Ampliación de Granja de Gallinas Ponedoras para Procedimiento Simplificado de Autorización Ambiental Integrada signat per l'enginyer Gabriel Cañellas Rotger amb número de visat 201600493 de data 01 d'abril de 2016 del Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Agrónomos de Levante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i amb subjecció a les següents condicions i/o modificacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al punt 1 on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La present AAI es concedeix a l'empresa AVÍCOLA SON PEROT, S.A (CIFA57531683), única i exclusivament per a la realització de l'activitat d'explotació ramadera de gallines ponedores en sistema d'explotació intensiu, així com de recollida i envasat d'ous, amb una capacitat de 116.928 gallines, a les instal·lacions nomenades Es Caparó i ubicades a les parcel·les 830 i 127 del polígon 26, del terme municipal de Manacor i amb coordenades geogràfiques X: 513.271, Y: 4.380.863.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les parcel·les disposen d'una superfície de 35.938 m² dels quals 5.058,8 m² són els destinats a aquesta activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'activitat es compon de dues naus de 1.795,3 m² i altres edificacions annexes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada nau té capacitat per a 58.464 gallines repartides en 6 pisos de 6 fileres i 29 gàbies per filera. Cada gàbia té dues cel·les amb una capacitat de 28 gallines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La instal·lació es categoritza dins l'epígraf 9.3.a de l'annex 1 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 1/2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En data 28 d'octubre de 2010 el Ple de la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears acordà informar favorablement el projecte “Granja de gallines ponedores al TM de Manacor amb diversos condicionants que s'integren a la present autorització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En data 29 de maig de 2012 el Ple de la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears el Projecte de la modificació d'una granja de gallines ponedores del T.M. de Manacor condicionada al compliment de les mesures preventives i correctores de l'estudi d'impacte ambiental i de la documentació complementària així com a una sèrie de condicionants ambientals que s'integren a la present autorització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al punt 5 on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Es preveu un consum diari de 39,02 m³, que provindran en la seva totalitat del pou de la finca. L'aigua s'emmagatzemarà a un aljub existent amb una capacitat de 300 m³. Es preveuen els següents consums per usos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Neteja de les naus ponedores: Es preveu la neteja de les naus de ponedores cada 2 anys amb un consum estimat de 36 m³ d'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. L'aigua utilitzada per ús domèstic i neteja de les superfícies, objectes i materials que puguin estar en contacte d'aliments a la nau d'envasat haurà de complir amb els criteris sanitaris establerts al Real Decret 140/2003, de 7 de febrer, pel que s'estableixen els criteris sanitaris de la qualitat de l'aigua de consum humà; per tant, hauran d'estar qualificades com «aigua&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de consum humà».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. L'aigua utilitzada per refrigeració mitjançant nebulització haurà de complir les condicions establertes al Real Decret 865/2003, de 4 de juliol, pel que s'estableixen els criteris higiènic-sanitaris per a la prevenció i control de la legionel·losi; com a mínim estarà filtrada i desinfectada i no haurà d'estar necessàriament qualificada com «aigua de consum humà».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. L'aigua del pou de la finca només es podrà utilitzar pels fins establerts al punt 1 si obté l'autorització de la DG de Salut Pública i Participació per l'ús com «aigua de consum humà».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. En cas que l'aigua del pou no compleixi les condicions del RD 140/2003, l'abastiment d'ACH (aigües del punt 1) es farà mitjançant una captació o instal·lació autoritzada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a. Xarxa pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. Pou propi (d'ús públic) inscrit en el Registre d'Entitats Gestores d'Aigua de Consum Humà gestionat per la DG Salut Pública i Participació per l'ús d'aigua de consum humà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. Camions cisterna o dipòsits mòbils que subministrin aigua de consum humà autoritzats i inscrits en el Registre d'Entitats Gestores d'Aigua de Consum Humà gestionat per la DG Salut Pública i Participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. L'aigua d'abeurament de les gallines haurà de complir les condicions establertes per l'òrgan competent en matèria de ramaderia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al punt 7.2 on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.2. Emissions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons la documentació aportada els efluents generats a les instal·lacions i la seva gestió són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aigües de les naus de ponedores. Cada nau comptarà amb el seu sistema de recollida de les aigües de neteja. Aquest comptarà amb vies d'evacuació laterals i una fossa prefabricada, estanca, amb capacitat de 12 m³. Les fosses es buidaran quan sigui necessari per a evitar vessaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Lixiviats de la plataforma de gallinassa. Es recolliran a una fossa de 38 m³ de capacitat. Aquesta fossa ha de ser prefabricada i ha de garantir la seva estanquitat per a l'emmagatzemament d'aquest tipus producte, per tal d'evitar filtracions al subsòl.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Per tal d'evitar la generació de lixiviats per pluja, aquesta plataforma es dotarà d'una coberta tipus hivernacle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Aigües de la planta d'envasament: Són aigües d'ús domèstic (serveis) i de la neteja d'aquesta planta. Es recolliran a una fossa estanca prefabricada amb capacitat per a 10 persones (3m³) i amb tres compartiments. L'efluent tractat s'emmagatzemarà a un dipòsit de 20 m³ que es buidarà cada 10 dies i en tot cas quan sigui necessari per a evitar vessaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Gallinassa. Una cinta transportadora la recollirà de les naus de ponedores i la durà a un elevador de fecals que la dipositarà a un camió de repartiment que o bé la repartirà a les finques proposades o bé la durà a la cubeta de gallinassa, que tindrà 466 m² de superfície i capacitat per a acollir 1.602 m³ (el volum produït en 4 mesos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La superfície de la cubeta s'impermeabilitzarà con a mínim cada tres anys, per tal d'evitar infiltracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es preveu la generació de 4803 m³ de gallinassa, que equivalen a 58.464 kg de nitrogen. Es proposa la valorització a una superfície de 489.57 ha, superior a la necessària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Aigües pluvials. S'estima una producció d'uns 2.100 m³ anuals. Les pluvials es recolliran de les teulades per canaletes i s'aprofitaran per neteja, abeurament dels animals o per refrigeració, si és sanitàriament adequat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Hauran de comptar amb un tractament mínim consistent en un filtrat i una cloració o un altre tractament equivalent; la cloració es pot fer utilitzant el mateix sistema que s'utilitzarà per l'aigua de pou.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les conduccions de pluvials s'han de fer de manera que no entrin en contacte amb les pistes per on circularan els camions ni amb la fossa de gallinassa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;També s'evitarà el seu embassament als voltants de les naus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7.2. Emissions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Segons la documentació aportada els efluents generats a les instal·lacions i la seva gestió són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1. Aigües de les naus de ponedores. Cada nau comptarà amb el seu sistema de recollida de les aigües de neteja. Aquest comptarà amb vies d'evacuació laterals i una fossa prefabricada, estanca, amb capacitat de 12 m³. Les fosses es buidaran quan sigui necessari per a evitar vessaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Lixiviats de la plataformes de gallinassa. Es recolliran a dues fosses de 38 i 20 m³ de capacitat. Aquestes fosses han de ser prefabricades i han de garantir&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; la seva estanquitat per a l'emmagatzemament d'aquest tipus de producte, per tal d'evitar filtracions al subsòl.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per tal d'evitar la generació de lixiviats per pluja, aquestes plataformes es dotaran d'una coberta tipus hivernacle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Gallinassa. Una cinta transportadora la recollirà de les naus de ponedores i la durà a un elevador de fecals que la dipositarà a un camió de repartiment que o bé la repartirà a les finques proposades o bé la durà a les cubetes de gallinassa. Les dues cubetes de gallinassa disposaran d'una superfície construïda de 300 i 475,2 m² i estaran impermeabilitzades i connectades a la seva fossa de recollida de lixiviats. Aquestes fosses tendran capacitat per acumular un volum de gallinassa de 2.598 m³ per quadrimestre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La superfície de les cubetes s'impermeabilitzarà con a mínim cada tres anys, per tal d'evitar infiltracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es preveu la generació de 7.014 t (7.794 m³) de gallinassa, que equivalen a 87.696 kg de nitrogen. Es proposa la valorització a una superfície de 722 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El repartiment de gallinassa a les finques es realitzarà d'acord a un Pla de producció i control de la gallinassa, enregistrat a l'administració competent en matèria d'agricultura i ramaderia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei 3/2019, de 31 de gener, agrària de les Illes Balears, el titular haurà de disposar d'un llibre de producció i gestió dels fems, i qualsevol modificació substancial del pla de producció i gestió dels fems s'haurà de comunicar a l'administració pública competent en matèria agrària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per una altra banda, les aportacions màximes de nitrogen provinent de fems com a fertilitzant o esmena s'estableixen en 170 kg de nitrogen per hectàrea i any per a les explotacions situades en zones oficialment declarades vulnerables a la contaminació per nitrats d'origen agrari, i 210 kg de nitrogen per hectàrea i any per a la resta de les zones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es duran a terme els següents controls, dels quals, anualment, es remetrà còpia a l'òrgan competent en matèria d'AAI:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Consum mensual d'aigua del pou (lectura de comptador).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.Estimació de les aigües pluvials utilitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.Control de qualitat de l'aigua de pou.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Volum de gallinassa. Es durà un control i comptabilitat del volum de fems/gallinassa produït, amb periodicitat, com a mínim, mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Es guardaran els justificants del buidat i lliurament de les aigües residuals especificant el volum i l'origen de com a mínim els 5 darrers anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Notificacions al PRTR. Anualment es notificaran les següents emissions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Volum de gallinassa. Es durà un control i registre del volum de fems/gallinassa produït, i finques a les que es destina, amb periodicitat, com a mínim, mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Es guardaran els justificants del buidat i lliurament de les aigües residuals especificant el volum i l'origen de com a mínim els 5 darrers anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Es durà a terme la comprovació, vigilància i manteniment de l'estanquitat de les fosses de les naus, dels lixiviats de la plataforma de gallinassa i del dipòsit de la planta d'envasament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Es realitzarà una revisió periòdica de les instal·lacions (emmagatzematge aigua, solera, sistema de conduccions, ... ) per detectar i reparar possibles fuites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- S'implantarà un sistema de vigilància i revisió diària dels abeuradors que es repararan de manera immediata en cas de detectar fuites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Notificacions al PRTR. Anualment es notificaran les següents emissions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La instal·lació haurà de complir amb l'establert en la Llei 34/2007, de 15 de novembre, de qualitat de l'aire i protecció de l'atmosfera; al Reial decret 100/2011, de 28 de gener, pel qual s'actualitza el catàleg d'activitats potencialment contaminadores de l'atmosfera (APCA) i s'estableixen les disposicions bàsiques per a la seva aplicació; al Reial Decret 815/2013, de 18 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el Reglament d'emissions industrials i de desenvolupament de la Reial Decret Legislatiu 1/2016, així com amb tota la normativa de desenvolupament que li sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El titular de l'activitat haurà de disposar del preceptiu pla d'autoprotecció enregistrat a la Direcció General competent en matèria d'Emergències i implantat a la totalitat de les instal·lacions i processos que conformen l'activitat, indicades al punt 1 de la present Autorització. El Pla d'autoprotecció estarà redactat i signat per un tècnic competent, de conformitat amb el que determina l'article 13 del decret 8/2004, i s'ajusti a l'índex de continguts que disposa el Decret 8/2004, de 23 de gener, pel que es despleguen determinants aspectes de la Llei d'Ordenació d'Emergències a les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 18 de 5 de febrer de 2004). A més del contingut que figura a l'annex II del Reial Decret 393/2007, de 23 de març, per qual s'aprova la Norma Bàsica d'Autoprotecció dels centres, establiments i dependències dedicats a activitats que poden donar origen a situacions d'emergència, inclourà les mesures a aplicar, incloses les complementàries per a limitar les conseqüències mediambientals i evitar altres possibles accidents e incidents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.1 Pla d'autoprotecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El titular de l'activitat haurà de disposar del preceptiu pla d'autoprotecció enregistrat a la Direcció General competent en matèria d'Emergències i implantat a la totalitat de les instal·lacions i processos que conformen l'activitat, indicades al punt 1 de la present Autorització. L'elaboració, implantació, manteniment i revisió del Pla d'autoprotecció s'ajustarà a l'establert al el Reial Decret 393/2007, de 23 de març per el que s'aprova la Norma Bàsica d'Autoprotecció dels centres, establiments i dependències dedicats a activitats que poden donar origen a situacions d'emergència, el que disposa el Decret 8/2004, de 23 de gener, pel que es despleguen determinants aspectes de la Llei d'Ordenació d'Emergències a les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 18 de 5 de febrer de 2004) i la resta de disposicions normatives en vigor que li siguin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al punt 9.2 on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2. Seguretat industrial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El titular de l'activitat ha de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Inscriure les instal·lacions corresponents de la Direcció General d'Indústria, segons les normatives vigents de seguretat industrial (instal·lació elèctrica de baixa tensió, emmagatzematge de productes petrolífers, instal·lació contraincendis,..). Les instal·lacions previstes han de complir amb la legislació vigent en matèria d'Indústria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Donar compliment al Reglament per a la supressió de les barreres Arquitectòniques (Decret 20/2003) en tot el que li sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Prevenir els riscs laborals i vetllar per la salut i seguretat dels treballadors, i aquests el deure de complir les mesures de prevenció que s'adoptin, d'acord al que s'estableix a la llei estatal 31/95 de prevenció dels riscs laborals i es donarà compliment al RD 486/1997, de 14 d'abril, pel qual s'estableixen les disposicions de seguretat i salut als llocs de treball. Les condicions de treball s'han d'ajustar al que s'estableix a les disposicions específiques i reglamentàries en matèria de seguretat laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per un altre banda: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. La instal·lació elèctrica de baixa tensió donarà compliment al Reglament electrotècnic de baixa tensió: RD 842/2002, de 2 d'agost, i les Instruccions tècniques que li siguin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Les instal·lacions de protecció contra incendis i el seu manteniment s'han d'ajustar al disposat al Reglament d'instal·lacions de protecció contra incendis (RD1942/1993) i normes UNE corresponents, a més del Reglament de protecció contra incendis als establiments industrials, segons el RD 2267/2004, de 3 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. L'emmagatzematge de productes petrolífers s'haurà d'adaptar al que disposa el RD 2085/1994 pel que es desenvolupa el Reglament d'instal·lacions de productes petrolífers, així com les seves posteriors modificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. S'haurà de donar compliment al RD 865/2003, de 4 de juliol, pel qual s'estableixen els criteris higiènic-sanitaris per a la prevenció i control de la legionel·losis i el DB HS4 del RD 314/2006, de 17 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;9.2. Seguretat industrial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El titular de l'activitat ha de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1. Inscriure les instal·lacions corresponents de la Direcció General d'Indústria, segons les normatives vigents de seguretat industrial (instal·lació elèctrica de baixa tensió, emmagatzematge de productes petrolífers, instal·lació contraincendis,..). Les instal·lacions previstes han de complir amb la legislació vigent en matèria d'Indústria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2. Donar compliment al Reglament per a la supressió de les barreres Arquitectòniques (Decret 20/2003) en tot el que li sigui d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. Prevenir els riscs laborals i vetllar per la salut i seguretat dels treballadors, i aquests el deure de complir les mesures de prevenció que s'adoptin, d'acord al que s'estableix a la llei estatal 31/95 de prevenció dels riscs laborals i es donarà compliment al RD 486/1997, de 14 d'abril, pel qual s'estableixen les disposicions de seguretat i salut als llocs de treball. Les condicions de treball s'han d'ajustar al que s'estableix a les disposicions específiques i reglamentàries en matèria de seguretat laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; El titular de la instal·lació haurà de complir amb les obligacions establertes al Reial Decret 681/2003, de 12 de juny, sobre la protecció de la salut i la seguretat dels treballadors exposats a riscos derivats d'atmosferes explosives en el lloc de treball, de conformitat amb la Llei de Prevenció de Riscos Laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El titular haurà de prendre les mesures de caràcter tècnic i/o organitzatiu per tal d'evitar la formació d'atmosferes explosives, o quan la naturalesa de l'activitat no ho permeti, evitar la ignició d'atmosferes explosives i atenuar els efectes perjudicials d'una explosió de forma que es garanteixi la salut i seguretat dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aquestes mesures es revisaran periòdicament i, en qualsevol cas, sempre que es produeixin canvis significatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El titular de l'establiment s'encarregarà que s'elabori i es mantingui actualitzat el corresponent document de protecció contra explosions. Aquest document formarà part de la documentació a la que es refereix l'article 23 de la Llei de Prevenció de Riscos Laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per un altre banda: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5. La instal·lació elèctrica de baixa tensió donarà compliment al Reglament electrotècnic de baixa tensió: RD 842/2002, de 2 d'agost, i les Instruccions tècniques que li siguin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;6. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informe anual de compliment amb la Resolució de la Conselleria d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació de 16 de desembre de 2021 per la qual es prorroga la vigència de la Resolució de 6 de juny de 2014, per la qual s'estableix zona remota tot el territori de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- Corregir, d'acord amb l'article 109 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, els següents errors materials, de fet o aritmètics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si es produeix algun episodi d'olors sobre l'entorn, s'anotarà al Registre d'emissions i controls mg la data i durada d'aquest, així com la fase del procés a la qual es troba associada i la proposta de mesures correctores o de millora de gestió amb l'objectiu d'evitar la seva repetició. S'informarà a l'òrgan competent d'aquests episodis en el moment en què es produeixin. Així mateix, s'informarà de les mesures correctores adoptades i del moment en què la instal·lació passa a funcionar correctament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al punt 10.4.1 es corregeix una errada material, on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informe d'olors quan l'òrgan competent ho consideri necessari i de forma motivada, realitzat per u Organisme de Control Autoritzar d'acord amb la norma UNE-EN 13725 o qualsevol altra que la substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informe d'olors quan l'òrgan competent ho consideri necessari i de forma motivada, realitzat per un Organisme de Control Autoritzar d'acord amb la norma UNE-EN 13725 o qualsevol altra que la substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'apartat C del punt 10.4.2 es corregeix una errada material, on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informe i declaració relatius a l'aplicació i compliment de les mesures correctores i preventives de les emissions difuses, ores de funcionament del grup electrògen i consum de combustible, així com la relació d'episodis d'olor produïts durant l'any i les mesures correctores adoptades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informe i declaració relatius a l'aplicació i compliment de les mesures correctores i preventives de les emissions difuses, hores de funcionament del grup electrògen i consum de combustible, així com la relació d'episodis d'olor produïts durant l'any i les mesures correctores adoptades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;.- En &lt;/span&gt;compliment de l'article 78 de la Llei 7/2013, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic d'instal·lació, accés i exercici d'activitats a les Illes Balears, per a l'inici i exercici de l'activitat, el titular haurà de presentar, davant la conselleria competent en matèria de medi ambient, la documentació del que realment s'ha executat, un informe del tècnic director en el cas d'existir variacions entre el projecte presentat en la sol·licitud i allò realment executat, per tal de justificar que no es tracta d'una modificació substancial, certificat final d'obra del tècnic director, acreditant el compliment de les condicions indicades en l'AAI, si s'escau, i normativa sectorial d'aplicació. També la documentació exigida per la normativa urbanística en cada cas, la documentació especificada en l'AAI com a condició per a iniciar l'activitat i el justificant de pagament dels corresponents tributs, si s'escau. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada presentada la documentació la CMAIB realitzarà una inspecció per part dels tècnics de la Conselleria de Medi Ambient i Territori per comprovar el compliment de les prescripcions indicades de l'AAI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart 1&lt;/strong&gt;.- Abans de l'entrada en servei de les noves instal·lacions el titular:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Haurà d'elaborar i tramitar el corresponent Pla d'Autoprotecció d'acord amb el Decret 8/2004, de 23 de gener, pel que es desenvolupen determinats aspectes de la Llei d'Ordenació d'Emergències de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Haurà de complir amb les obligacions establertes al Reial Decret 681/2003 i disposar del corresponent document de protecció contra explosions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Haurà regularitzat la situació administrativa del pou. Haurà d'haver aconseguit la legalització del sondeig i l'autorització de captació de l'aigua. El promotor haurà d'estar a les condicions que s'indiquin a les esmentades autoritzacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Haurà de comptar amb l'exoneració del compliment de la normativa urbanística (d'acord amb l'article &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;114 de la vigent llei agrària, Llei 3/2019, de 31 de gener&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) atès que la superfície i dimensions de les instal·lacions excedeixen els paràmetres urbanístics vigents. L'administració competent és el Servei de Reforma i Desenvolupament Agrari de la DG d'Agricultura i Ramaderia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Haurà de presentar davant el Servei de Residus i Sòls Contaminats la comunicació de productor de residus amb el contingut que estableix l'article 41 de la Llei 8/2019 de Residus i Sols Contaminats de les Illes Balears. Aquest tràmit s'haurà de realitzar de forma telemàtica mitjançant l'enllaç existent a la pàgina web d'aquest òrgan. Aquest tràmit facilitarà el número d'identificació mediambiental (NIMA) per a la realització de les operacions de gestió de residus generats a la instal·lació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart 2&lt;/strong&gt;.- Ates que la tercera nau es troba en zona de policia del Torrent de na Borges, per la seva construcció haurà de disposar de la corresponent autorització per part de la DG de Recursos Hídrics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;/strong&gt;.- La present autorització s'atorga sense perjudici de la resta d'autoritzacions i llicències que resultin exigibles, en particular la llicència urbanística municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar el contingut d'aquest acord al BOIB i notificar als interessats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
