    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini d'exposició pública sense que s'hagin presentat al·legacions, ha resultat aprovada definitivament l'&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DEL PREU PÚBLIC PER LA PRESTACIÓ DEL SERVEI D'ESCOLES D'ESTIU DEL TERME MUNICIPAL DE CAMPOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Es publica el text íntegre de la mateixa, per a la seva entrada en vigor i aplicació, en compliment del previst a l'article 103 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local, que és el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DEL PREU PÚBLIC PER LA PRESTACIÓ DEL SERVEI D'ESCOLES D'ESTIU DEL TERME MUNICIPAL DE CAMPOS. (Ple 31/MARÇ/2022)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Article 1. Concepte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Conformement el que preveu l'article 127, amb relació a l'article 41, ambdós del Text Refós de la Llei d'Hisendes Locals aprovat per Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, aquest Ajuntament estableix el preu públic per la prestació del servei de les escoles d'estiu, especificat a la tarifa continguda a l'article 3 següent, que es regirà per la present ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Article 2. Obligats al pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estan obligades al pagament del preu públic regulat a la present ordenança les persones sol·licitants de les prestacions del servei o, si no és així, els pares i tutors de l'infant beneficiat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Article 3. Quantia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La quantia del preu públic regulat en aquesta ordenança es durà a terme conforme las tarifes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les quanties en horari escolar (de 09:00 a 14:00 hores) seran les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per a les famílies que no tenen la consideració de família nombrosa i que tenen al manco dos fills que es trobin matriculats a l'escoleta d'estiu, s'estableix una bonificació del 10 % de la tarifa de cada fill.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per a les famílies que tenen la consideració de família nombrosa i que tenen al manco dos fills que es trobin matriculats a l'escoleta d'estiu, s'estableix una bonificació del 20 % de la tarifa de cada fill.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5.- Normes de gestió.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El preu públic es considerarà meritat simultàniament a la prestació del servei. El seu cobrament se farà efectiu al moment de l'assignació de les places sol·licitades als torns pertinents de les escoles d'estiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Matrícula&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'obrirà un termini de preinscripció que es farà públic al seu moment, aquesta s'haurà de donar publicitat com a mínim a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament i al Tauler d'anuncis de la Seu Electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament. Les sol·licituds de matrícula s'acompanyaran de la següent documentació: Fulla d'inscripció; Rebut de l'ingrés efectuat conforme les formes de pagament previstes a la normativa vigent; Autoritzacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No es formalitzarà la matrícula en cas que figurin pendent de pagament rebuts corresponents a activitats anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Liquidació i ingrés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les quotes exigides per aquest Preu Públic es liquidaran en el moment de matrícula i assignació de les places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició transitòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les referències a l'articulat d'aquesta ordenança s'han d'entendre sense perjudici que hagin pogut ser modificades per normativa posterior al moment que s'ha aprovat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquesta ordenança entrarà en vigor una vegada que se'n publiqui el text íntegre al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i transcorregut el termini de quinze dies hàbils previst als articles 103.1 i 113.1 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, continuant la seva vigència fins a la seva modificació o derogació expressa.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
