font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">En data 28 de desembre de 2021 es va publicar la resolució del director gerent de data 20 de desembre de 2021 per la que s'aprova<strong> </strong>l'oferta d'ocupació per a l'any 2021 del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Posteriorment es va publicar la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública, que, en la disposició addicional sisena, autoritza, amb caràcter excepcional, una convocatòria d'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal de llarga durada pel sistema de concurs per a les places que hagin estat ocupades abans del dia 1 de gener de 2016.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Per això, atès que es va publicar la resolució per la que s'aprova<strong> </strong>l'oferta d'ocupació per a l'any 2021 del FOGAIBA amb anterioritat a la publicació de la Llei 20/2021, resulta necessari adaptar-la a la mateixa, establint quins llocs dels ofertats seran ocupats mitjançant del procés de selecció de concurs o concurs oposició.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Atès tot l'exposat, i, de conformitat amb l'article 13 r) del decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, dict la següent </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Quart.-</strong> <span style="color:#000000">Contra aquesta resolució que no</span> exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant la consellera d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la seva notificació, d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003 de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i en els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, sens perjudici d'interposar qualsevol altre que estimi pertinent en defensa dels seus interessos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
