&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;S'han detectat errades&amp;nbsp;a la Conclusió i a l'Annex I, en els imports de l'ajuda final admissible i &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;l'ajuda a revocar, per la qual cosa procedeix publicar la Conclusió i l'Annex I corresponent corregit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;INFORME PROPOSTA DE RESOLUCIÓ/RESOLUCIÓ DE REVOCACIÓ&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atès l'informe tècnic de 15 de setembre de 2020,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Conclusió&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es pot subvencionar la inversió final admissible de 66.798,42&amp;nbsp;i revocar la resta d'inversió per un import de 73.760,34€.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Proposta de revocació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;S'informa favorablement de l'expedient de referència i es proposa al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Procedir a la revocació parcial de la resolució d'ajuda de 30/04/2018 concedida a AGROMALLORCA SAT BA-09 amb NIF V07334055, pels imports detallats a l'Annex I, relativa a la línea d'ajuda “Projectes pilot i suport al desenvolupament de nous productes, pràctiques, processos i tecnologies”, ja que la despesa final admissible ha estat inferior a l'aprovada. L'import total de l'ajuda finalment concedida haurà de ser de&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;66.798,42 €.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Notificar la resolució a l'interessat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra aquesta resolució –que no exhaureix la via administrativa- es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Agricultura,Pesca i Alimentació, en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d'acord amb l'article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, i els articles 121 i 122, de la Llei 39/2015 del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
