&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/strong&gt;En el supòsit de falta de pagament d&amp;apos;aquest preu públic, el seu import podrà exigir-se per procediment de constrenyiment i els actes que se&amp;apos;n derivin s&amp;apos;adaptaran al que preveu el Reglament general de Recaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
