    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament de Alcúdia, en sessió celebrada dia 7 d'abril de 2022,&amp;nbsp; va aprovar la proposta sobre les bases reguladores de la subvenció de Bons Viu Alcudia, adreçada a reactivar el teixit comercial del municipi d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un cop aprovades les bases i d'acord amb l'article 9.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publicaren al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&amp;nbsp; (BOIB núm. 49, de 12 d'abril de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En data 26 d'abril de 2022 es va dictar Resolució de Batlia aprovant la convocatòria per a la concessió de bons Viu Alcúdia per a la promoció i reactivació del comerç local del municipi d'Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el previst en els articles 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria, el text complet de la qual pot consultar-se en la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De la mateixa manera, s'inicia el període de presentació de sol·licituds de 10 dies hàbils a partir del dia següent de la publicació de l'extracte del la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&amp;nbsp; . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alcúdia, en data de signatura&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;(26 d'abril de 2022)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Bases reguladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les bases reguladores d'aquesta convocatòria per a la concessió de cupons de consum per a la promoció i reactivació del comerç local del municipi d'Alcúdia es publicaren en el BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;49 de dia 12 d'abril de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(https://intranet.caib.es/eboibfront/ca/2022/11552/659696/bases-reguladores-per-a-la-concessio-de-subvencion)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objecte i finalitat.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'objecte i finalitat d'aquesta convocatòria és regular el procediment i condicions per a l'atorgament de les subvencions BONS VIU ALCUDIA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'objectiu és posar en marxa una campanya de cupons de compra per als ciutadans i ciutadanes residents a les Illes Balears&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;,&amp;nbsp; amb l'objecte de poder-los emprar a les empreses del municipi o a aquells comerços que sense tenir es seu domicili dins el terme municipal d'Alcúdia, duguin a terme activitats dins el seu territori i s'adhereixin a la campanya. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En definitiva, es pretén fomentar el desenvolupament econòmic local del municipi d'Alcúdia, d'acord amb les competències atribuïdes a l'art. 29.1.t) de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, per tal d'augmentar la productivitat i competitivitat dels comerços.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Quantia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es destina la quantitat de 100.000€ , amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària CO4312 479001 del pressupost &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;municipal de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia per l'anualitat 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sempre que les disponibilitats pressupostàries ho permetin, es podrà augmentar l'import de la convocatòria. Això suposarà un increment dels bons de descompte, que es distribuiran en les mateixes condicions que es determinen a aquestes bases reguladores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Beneficiaris i requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podran ser beneficiàries d'aquestes ajudes les persones físiques i jurídiques privades, les agrupacions de persones físiques i jurídiques privades i les comunitats de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat que, encara que no tinguin personalitat jurídica, puguin dur a terme les accions que es pretenen fomentar i que compleixin els requisits determinats a l'apartat 2.1 de les bases reguladores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Així mateix, s'entenen com a beneficiàries indirectes les persones físiques, a partir de 16 anys, amb residència a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, que accedeixin als bons segons els mitjans i les vies establertes en aquesta resolució, per emprar-lo als establiments adherits al programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Actuacions subvencionables i quantia de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se subvencionarà la compra de béns o serveis en els establiments comercials adherits a la campanya a través d'un únic tipus de bo de descompte disponible en aquests.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cadascun d'aquests bons tindrà la consideració de bo de descompte per un &lt;/span&gt;valor de 20 euros sobre una compra mínima de trenta euros en els establiments adherits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El total dels bons de descompte emesos es distribuirà per igual entre el nombre d'establiments que s'adhereixin al programa. Així, el nombre de bons corresponent a cada establiment adherit tindrà un caràcter lineal i estarà establert per la relació existent entre la quantitat de bons emesos i el nombre final d'establiments adherits al programa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia no es farà càrrec de l'accés a bons en un nombre superior a la totalitat de bons emesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les actuacions subvencionades s'hauran de &lt;/span&gt;dur a terme dintre del període en que es desenvolupi la campanya de bons Viu Alcúdia, que es podrà executar fins el dia 30 de juny de 2022, aquest inclòs. La campanya de bons Viu Alcúdia tindrà una durada d'un mes des de que s'iniciï aquesta. Excepcionalment, quant no s'hagin esgotats tots els bons disponibles, i per resolució motivada de per part de la batlessa de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, es podrà ampliar aquest termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Entitat col·laboradora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La realització de les tasques de gestió del programa de bons i la distribució dels fons subvencionables es farà amb la col·laboració de la Cambra Oficial de Comerç, Industria, Serveis i Navegació de Mallorca, que té la condició d'entitat col·laboradora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La col·laboració d'aquesta entitat per al desenvolupament del programa s'estableix mitjançant un conveni de col·laboració,&amp;nbsp; que es regeix per les normes establertes a la Llei 38/2003,&amp;nbsp; de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, per el seu Reglament de desenvolupament i per l'Ordenança General de Subvencions de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (BOIB núm. 176, de dia 1 de desembre de 2015). S'aplicarà a les entitats el règim jurídic previst en aquestes lleis i en les seves disposicions de desplegament, per a les entitats col·laboradores en la gestió de subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Funcionament del sistema de cupons de consum&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La totalitat dels tràmits d'adhesió i formalització de tota la operativa d'emissió, obtenció, aplicació, bescanvi, compensació i verificació dels bons de descompte es duen a terme a través d'una plataforma tecnològica i de les aplicacions informàtiques específiques per assegurar una correcta operativa del funcionament del programa de bons de descompte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada bon de descompte té &lt;/span&gt;un valor de 20 euros sobre una compra mínima de 30 euros en els establiments adherits. Cada persona beneficiària dels bons, pot accedir a un màxim de 2 bons de descompte que pot utilitzar en una única compra o establiment, o aplicar en compres i establiments adherits diferents, sempre i quan &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la compra tingui un valor mínim de trenta euros per cada bon i es realitzi durant el període en que es trobi activa la campanya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Només poden ser subvencionades les vendes realitzades dintre del període en que es trobi activa la campanya. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'aplicació dels bons de descompte serà efectuada pels mateixos establiments després de la comprovació de la residència a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i la identificació de les persones beneficiàries en el mateix moment de l'adquisició dels béns, per un valor mínim de trenta euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En aquest sentit, l'entitat col·laboradora ha d'habilitar els mecanismes necessaris per garantir i comprovar el que indica aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les entitats adherides &lt;/span&gt;han d'emplenar a la plataforma web per a la gestió i l'execució del programa el bo o bons amb les dades de la persona física beneficiària, que serviran per controlar el límit de dos bons per persona, i han d'adjuntar una còpia del tiquet de la compra mínima de trenta euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les entitats adherides disposen d'un usuari i contrasenya única que permet accedir a la plataforma per realitzar els tràmits indicats a continuació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Comprovar els bons disponibles amb una numeració específica i única associats a l'entitat adherida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Obtenir el bon per oferir-lo a la clientela que compleix el requisits establerts a l'apartat 2 de les presents bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Informació relativa als bons utilitzats i pendents durant la vigència de la campanya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) La formalització dels bons utilitzats i la seva justificació, segons el disposat a l'apartat &lt;/span&gt;14 de &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;les bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;És responsabilitat de l'entitat beneficiària la verificació de la identitat de les persones que adquireixen el bon i el control de la seva residència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En el supòsit que la persona no faci ús del bon en el moment del dret a emprar-lo, haurà de generar el dret de nou fent una compra mínima de 30,00 €, sempre hi quan no s'hagi excedit el màxim de bons per persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds &lt;/span&gt;serà de 10 dies hàbils a partir &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del dia següent de la publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB.&amp;nbsp; La forma de presentació serà la prevista a l'apartat 10 i 11 de les bases reguladores d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Certificats que acreditin trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i autorització per a que l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia comprovi que es troben al corrent amb les obligacions de pagament amb aquest ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. Procediment de concessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concessió de les subvencions d'aquesta convocatòria es regeix pels principis de publicitat, concurrència, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació i pel que determina la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions i el conveni de col·laboració subscrit per tramitar els ajuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'inici del procediment de concessió de subvencions es produeix d'ofici, mitjançant l'aprovació de la convocatòria i la publicació al BOIB, a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions BDNS, i a la seu electrònica de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concessió de subvencions s'efectuarà en règim de concurrència no competitiva, per estricte ordre d'entrada en el registre i fins a l'exhauriment del crèdit. En el cas en què la sol·licitud sigui objecte de requeriment degut que no es reuneixen els requisits establerts en la convocatòria d'acord amb l'establert a l'apartat 10 de les bases reguladores, el registre d'entrada que es tindrà en consideració serà el registre d'esmena efectuat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'òrgan competent per a l'ordenació del procediment és la Cambra Oficial de Comerç, Indústria, Serveis i Navegació de Mallorca, i li correspon comprovar que les sol·licituds dels ajuts i la documentació presentada compleix els requisits exigits a la convocatòria i requerir als interessats la presentació o esmena de la documentació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest òrgan pot realitzar d'ofici totes les actuacions que estimi necessàries i convenients per a la determinació, coneixement i comprovació de les dades que figurin en les sol·licituds, en virtut de les quals es resoldrà la concessió d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procediment d'iniciació i resolució correspon a la batlia de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tots els acords del procediment es publicaran a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (&lt;/span&gt;www.alcudia.net&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. Forma de justificació de la subvenció per part des establiments adherits i pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Durant el període d'execució de la campanya, las entitats beneficiàries han de procedir a la justificació de la subvenció, aportant de forma telemàtica a la plataforma tecnològica creada a tal efecte per la Cambra Oficial de Comerç, Indústria, Serveis i Navegació de Mallorca, la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Número de DNI de la persona que ha consumit el bo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Factura o tiquet de la compra, de mínim trenta euros, en la qual s'ha fet ús del bo de descompte, on s'especifiqui el preu abans i després d'aplicar el descompte, així com l'import de la bonificació aplicada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La justificació i el cobrament dels bons es pot fer efectiva amb caràcter quinzenal. Una vegada verificat el compliment dels requisits, es procedirà a efectuar la liquidació i el pagament en el compte bancari de l'entitat beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
