    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el procediment urbanístic extraordinari regulat a l'article 6 de la Llei 2/2020, de 15 de octubre, de mesures urgents i extraordinàries per a l'impuls de l'activitat econòmica i la simplificació administrativa en l'àmbit de les administracions públiques de les Illes Balears per pal·liar els efectes de la crisi ocasionada per la COVID-19, en la sessió ordinària celebrada el 12 d'abril de 2022 el Ple de l'Ajuntament de Selva va adoptar l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar definitivament l'ordenació d'un sistema general d'infraestructures i equipaments per implantar una activitat de recollida municipal de residus (punt verd) a la parcel·la núm. 61 del polígon núm. 23 del terme municipal de Selva (referència cadastral núm. 07058A02300061), ordenació que complementa el Projecte de delimitació del sòl urbà. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar aquest acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears amb la transcripció de la fitxa urbanística i les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El contingut íntegre de l'ordenació del sistema general es troba a disposició del públic a la carpeta d'urbanisme del portal de transparència de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L'informe ambiental estratègic es va publicar al BOIB núm. 99 de 24 de juliol de 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; Trametre un exemplar diligenciat de l'ordenació del sistema general a l'Arxiu d'urbanisme de les Illes Balears i al Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la sala contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos a partir de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Es compliran les mesures previstes a l'apartat 2.5 Condicions per a la implantació, de la memòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. L'execució de l'adaptació viària, per a resoldre la incorporació dels vehicles des de l'accés de la parcel·la a la Ma-2130, anirà a càrrec del promotor del punt verd, complint la Norma 3.1.-IC de Traçat i prèvia autorització de l'òrgan del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. La proposta d'adaptació viària haurà d'incloure la continuïtat de l'itinerari per a vianants, segons la Llei 8/2017, de 3 d'agost, d'accessibilitat universal a les Illes Balears, i l'afectació o previsió de manteniment de la parada de bus existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
