L'article 23.3 del Decret llei 10/2020, de 12 de juny, de prestacions socials de caràcter econòmic de les Illes Balears, fixa que les quanties de la renda social garantida<s> </s>s'han d'actualitzar d'acord amb l'actualització de l'ingrés mínim vital.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. L'article 45 del Reial decret llei 6/2022, de 29 de març, pel qual s'adopten mesures urgents en el marc del Pla nacional de resposta a les conseqüències econòmiques i socials de la guerra a Ucraïna (BOE núm. 76, de 30 de març de 2022), estableix un increment extraordinari en la prestació de l'ingrés mínim vital respecte de les mensualitats d'abril, maig i juny de 2022, que consisteix en l'aplicació d'un percentatge del 15&nbsp;% a l'import reconegut per a aquests mesos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. L'1 d'abril de 2022 la directora general de Serveis Socials ha emès un informe justificatiu relatiu a l'increment de les quanties corresponents a les prestacions econòmiques de la renda social garantida per als mesos d'abril, maig i juny de 2022.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">4. Atès el nombre indeterminat de persones afectades, per complir la normativa exposada i d'acord amb l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, s'han de publicar les quanties actualitzades de la prestació econòmica bàsica, les prestacions addicionals per altres membres del nucli familiar, el còmput total màxim i la prestació econòmica mínima de la renda social garantida.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El Decret 9/2019, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s'estableix l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, crea la Conselleria d'Afers Socials i Esports. D'altra banda, el Decret 21/2019, de 2 d'agost, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es modifica el Decret 12/2019, de 2 de juliol, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, crea la Direcció General de Serveis Socials.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. El Decret llei 10/2020, de 12 de juny, disposa en l'article 23.3 que les quanties de la renda social garantida s'han d'actualitzar d'acord amb l'actualització de l'ingrés mínim vital.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. L'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, <span style="color:black">del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, regula la publicació dels actes administratius</span>.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1.
