&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3 &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; i 20.8 &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria el text complet de la qual es pot consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (http://www. infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/618646):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb l'objecte de fomentar l'escriptura en llengua catalana en la modalitat de narrativa, poesia o teatre, l'Ajuntament de Ferreries convoca el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;XLI Concurs Literari Francesc d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'Albranca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden participar en el concurs totes les persones interessades, en una de les modalitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A) 3r cicle de primària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B) 1r cicle d'ESO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C) 2n cicle d'ESO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D) De 16 a 18 anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E) Majors de 18 anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les modalitats &lt;em&gt;A, B i C&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; són de caràcter local; això no obstant, també hi poden participar els alumnes d'altres pobles que cursin estudis als centres escolars de Ferreries. Les categories &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E&lt;/em&gt; són d'àmbit insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Bases&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 187 de data 09/03/2022 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;es van aprovar les&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; i la convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;l &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;XLI Concurs Literari Francesc d&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;'Albranca&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;. Les bases &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; poden consultar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;al tauler d'edictes de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; seu electrònica de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;l'Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;de&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ferreries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Premis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a les categories &lt;em&gt;A, B i C&lt;/em&gt; s'estableixen dotze premis en material didàctic, sis valorats en 50 € cadascun per als guanyadors i sis valorats en 30 € cadascun per als finalistes. Així mateix es concedirà tant a guanyadors com a finalistes un val per a qualsevol dels espectacles organitzats a l'Auditori de Ferreries en el termini d'un any comptador a partir del lliurament del premi. Per a la categoria &lt;em&gt;D&lt;/em&gt;, un premi en metàl·lic de 150 € i per a la categoria &lt;em&gt;E&lt;/em&gt;, un premi en metàl·lic de 450 €. En les categories &lt;em&gt;D i E &lt;/em&gt;hi&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;haurà un únic premi&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;per categoria. Es concedirà un diploma als guanyadors i finalistes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els premis podran ser declarats deserts i estaran subjectes a les retencions fiscals i a les disposicions legals vigents que s'hagin d'aplicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Termini&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; i lloc &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;de&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;presentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;de&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;les&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;obres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El termini de presentació d'obres finalitza a les 20.00 hores de dia 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;'abril &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2, a la Biblioteca Públic Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
