&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3 &lt;em&gt;b &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i 20.8 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la Llei 38/2003,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el text complet de la qual es pot consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Subvencions (https:// www.infosubvencions.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/618639):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb l'objecte de fomentar la creació artística per mitjà de la tècnica del dibuix,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l'Ajuntament de Ferreries convoca el XXXV Concurs de Dibuix per il·lustrar el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;programa de festes de Sant Bartomeu 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden participar en el concurs totes les persones naturals o residents a Ferreries i&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;els&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; alumnes d'altres pobles que cursin estudis als centres escolars del poble, de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;forma individual, amb la presentació de dues obres com a màxim. És requisit&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;indispensable que siguin originals i inèdites. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'estableixen tres categories:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A) D'edat escolar en etapa de Primària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de 6 a 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B) D'edat escolar en etapa de Secundària, de 12 a 16 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C) D'adults, a partir de 16 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 189&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;09&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;es van aprovar les bases i la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;convocatòria del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;XXXV Concurs de Dibuix per il·lustrar el programa de festes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;de Sant Bartomeu 202&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;. Les bases es poden consultar al tauler d'edictes de la seu&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Premis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pel que fa a la categoria A es farà un detall a tots els participants de la classe de l'autor o autora de l'obra premiada. Quant a la categoria B es concedeix un premi de 30 € en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;productes adquirits en qualsevol comerç de Ferreries; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;200 € en efectiu al dibuix guanyador de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;categoria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Això no obstant, e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;premis es poden declarar deserts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El premis estaran subjectes a les retencions fiscals i a les disposicions legals&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;vigents que s'hagin d'aplicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de les obres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El termini d'admissió d'obres finalitza el 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; d'abril de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
