    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple de l'ajuntament des Castell en sessió celebrada el dia 17 de desembre de 2021 va acordar aprovar inicialment la modificació del Reglament Orgánic Municipal (en endavant ROM) de l'Ajuntament des Castell, acord que es va fer públic en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 175 de 23 de desembre de 2021 i al tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atès s'ha donat oportú compliment a les recomanacions disposades a l'informe sobre l'impacte de gènere de l'Institut balear de la dona que consta a l'expedient&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atès que durant el termini d'informació pública no s'hi ha presentat cap reclamació ni al·legació, l'aprovació inicial ha esdevingut definitiva, motiu pel qual es publica a continuació el text íntegre de l'esmentat reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell és una organització de caràcter humanitari i altruista que actua d'una manera desinteressada i solidària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. L'Agrupació de Voluntaris i Voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell no empara activitats de finalitat religiosa, política o sindical&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Per formar part de les agrupacions locals de voluntaris i voluntàries de protecció civil, les persones físiques interessades han d'estar empadronades a qualsevol ajuntament de l'illa on s'hagi constituït l'agrupació local on voluntàriament manifestin la voluntat de col·laborar en tasques bàsiques de protecció civil. La sol·licitud d'ingrés, inicialment com a personal voluntari en pràctiques, s'ha de formalitzar a l'ajuntament a què pertany l'agrupació local, segons el model establert a l'ordre que es dicti en desplegament del present Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. No obstant això, en cas d'emergència i quan els i les professionals dels cossos de seguretat siguin integrants d'una agrupació de voluntariat i estiguin fora de servei, té prioritat a què pertanyen. En cas que un o una professional dels cossos de seguretat també tingui la condició de cap de l'agrupació de voluntariat de protecció civil, s'ha de designar un substitut o substituta, ha de ser reconegut per totes les persones que integren l'agrupació i ha d'exercir les funcions pròpies del cap o de la cap sempre que aquest o aquesta hagi prestat servei al cos de seguretat al qual pertany. Sense perjudici del que estableix el paràgraf anterior, els i les professionals dels cossos de seguretat poden formar part del voluntariat de protecció civil mitjançant la col·laboració en tasques preventives i de planificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'Agrupació tenen com a finalitat col·laborar en la previsió i prevenció de situació d'alt risc col·lectiu, de catàstrofe o calamitat pública que poden sorgir al municipi, a la protecció o al socors de les persones i dels béns, quan aquestes situacions es produeixin, i en el restabliment de la normalitat a l'àrea afectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. L'Agrupació durà a terme aquelles missions dins del marc del PLATERBAL, INFOBAL, INUBAL, METEOBAL, MERPEBAL, CAMBAL, GEOBAL i dels Plans municipals d'actuació davant de riscos específics, que és d'on emanen les competències atribuïdes a l'Agrupació de Voluntaris i Voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Correspon al Ple de l'Ajuntament acordar la creació de l'Agrupació de Voluntaris i Voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell així com la seva dissolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'àmbit territorial operatiu de l'Agrupació de Voluntaris i Voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell es limita al terme municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. A petició del Centre Provincial o Insular de Coordinació d'Emergències, que canalitzarà les demandes d'altres màxims o màximes responsables municipals, l'alcaldia podrà autoritzar que l'Agrupació de Voluntaris i Voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell pugui intervenir en un altre municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. L'Ajuntament des Castell, dins de l'àmbit de les competències, podrà establir els convenis de col·laboració corresponents amb altres municipis en matèria de protecció civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció segona: Organització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'organització i el funcionament de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell es regeix per les normes establertes en aquest Reglament així com per les instruccions i directrius que, a efectes de coordinació general, puguin dictar les comissions nacional, autonòmica i insular de Protecció Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell depèn directament del batlle/batllessa com a responsable màxim o màxima de la Protecció Civil local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Dins la pròpia Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil es mantindrà un ordre jeràrquic:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell queda emmarcada orgànicament i funcionalment dins de la unitat municipal de la qual depenguin els serveis de protecció civil o, si no n'hi hagués, els serveis de Seguretat Ciutadana, sense que per aquest fet resulti cap vincle laboral o funcional dels seus components respecte de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell s'estructura en seccions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Transport i comunicacions (TRANSMISSIONS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Manteniment d'equips i infraestructures (PLA PREVENTIU)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Socorrisme i primers auxilis (SANITARI)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Rescat i cerca de persones desaparegudes (SALVAMENT)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Incendis urbans i forestals (CONTRAINCENDIS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Serveis a la comunitat, actes socials, culturals i esportius de caràcter públic (PARTICIPACIÓ CIUTADANA)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Suport a Serveis Professionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta estructura serà de caràcter flexible, de manera que s'ajusti a les necessitats del servei, als mitjans humans disponibles i al que s'estableix al PLATERBAL, I NFOBAL, INUBAL, METEOBAL, MERPEBAL, CAMBAL, GEOBAL i plans d'actuació municipal davant riscos específics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Per formar part de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell, les persones interessades hauran de formalitzar la sol·licitud d'ingrés com a Aspirant (Annex 1). Juntament amb la sol·licitud han de trametre un certificat d'antecedents penals i un altre certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual, o presentar-ne el consentiment perquè aquests certificats siguin sol·licitats per l'administració competent (Annex 2), tot adreçat a l'alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. S'habilitarà un Registre General d'Inscripcions on figurarà la llista de voluntaris i voluntàries i les seves dades personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El conjunt de les persones que integren l'Agrupació constitueix l'Assemblea General de Voluntaris i Voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. S'assignarà un o una representant que actuarà com a coordinador/a de l'Agrupació. Aquesta persona serà el/la portaveu dels Voluntaris i Voluntàries i serà nomenat/da pel Batlle/Batllessa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'Assemblea General de Voluntaris i la Junta Municipal de Seguretat Ciutadana podran formular propostes per a l'elaboració de les normes i instruccions que siguin necessàries per tal de desenvolupar, completar i aplicar el present Reglament, que es determinaran mitjançant annexes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. L'aprovació d'aquestes normes correspon al Ple municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per garantir-ne l'eficàcia, s'exigirà a tots els integrants de l'Agrupació un nivell mínim de coneixements sobre els diferents camps que integren la Protecció Civil, per a això les diferents administracions involucrades hauran de facilitar l'accés a aquesta informació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La corporació municipal arbitrarà els mitjans necessaris per procurar que l'Agrupació disposi de material específic que garanteixi la ràpida intervenció davant de qualsevol situació d'emergència, especialment dins del camp de transport, i en el cas de l'uniforme i les radiocomunicacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La corporació municipal podrà subscriure convenis de col·laboració amb altres administracions, organismes o entitats públiques o privades, encaminades a la promoció, a la dotació de mitjans i al millor funcionament de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció tercera: Funcions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'actuació de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell se centrarà, de forma permanent o regularitzada, en el camp informatiu, preventiu i operatiu de la gestió d'emergències, catàstrofes i/o calamitats públiques, segons el que està previst al PLATERBAL, INFOBAL, INUBAL, METEOBAL, MERPEB, CAMBAL, GEOBAL i als plans d'actuació municipal davant de riscos específics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En cas que no puguin actuar els serveis d'emergència professional o en el cas d'una espera excessiva, poden actuar eventualment, en substitució d'aquests, en treballs d'intervenció davant d'accidents o sinistres sota l'autorització de l'autoritat competent, i passaran a excedir les feines de suport una vegada els professionals hagin fet acte de presència i actuaran sota la seva direcció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El PLATERBAL, INFOBAL, INUBAL, METEOBAL, MERPEBAL, CAMBAL, GEOBAL i els plans d'actuació municipal davant de riscos específics són la veritable font d'on emanen les competències de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell; aquestes competències poden variar en els aspectes de quantitat d'acord amb la capacitat de l'Agrupació per assumir-les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En coherència amb la seva finalitat i organització, algunes de les funcions que podria desenvolupar l'Agrupació són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el marc de la INTERVENCIÓ:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donar suport als serveis d'emergència rutinaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cercar, atendre, socórrer, evacuar o acollir persones afectades en situacions d'emergència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Col·laborar en el desenvolupament del Pla Sectorial de comunicacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pal·liar els danys provocats per accidents o agents catastròfics en la mesura que la situació ho requereixi, restablint el funcionament dels serveis afectats o intervenint en les anomalies esdevingudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En general, executar plans i actuacions encarregades als Plans territorials PLATERBAL, INFOBAL, INUBAL, METEOBAL, MERPEBAL, CAMBAL, GEOBAL, MUNICIPAL I PLANS D'ACTUACIÓ, en qualsevol situació de risc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cooperació amb les agrupacions d'altres municipis en operatius o accions dins i fora del terme municipal des Castell, sempre que l'Alcaldia o la persona delegada ho autoritzi, per a la cosa formalitzaran protocols de cooperació o mancomunitat d'agrupacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PART SEGONA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dels voluntaris i voluntàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció primera: Disposicions generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Podran vincular-se a l'Agrupació les persones físiques, residents o no al municipi, que manifestin el desig de col·laborar voluntàriament en les activitats pròpies dels serveis bàsics de protecció civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El compromís voluntari s'ha de renovar, de manera explícita, mitjançant l'assemblea anual, de manera que es considerarà rescindit l'enllaç si no es fa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Tots els sol·licitants que encara no hagin realitzat el curs bàsic de formació seran considerats o considerats ASPIRANTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La sol·licitud per ser acceptat o acceptada com a ASPIRANT la farà directament l'interessat o la interessada de la mateixa manera que assenyala l'article 10, apartat primer (Annex 1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La presentació de la sol·licitud esmentada al punt anterior pressuposa l'acceptació plena del present Reglament, acceptació que haurà de fer explícita quan s'ingressi com a membre de ple dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Són col·laboradores aquelles persones que participin eventualment amb l'Agrupació Local de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil fent treballs de voluntariat o contribuint-hi. La sol·licitud per ser acceptat o acceptada com a COL·LABORADOR o COL·LABORADORA la farà directament l'interessat o la interessada de la mateixa matera que assenyala l'article 10, apartat primer (Annex 1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La relació dels voluntaris i voluntàries amb el municipi s'entén com a col·laboració gratuïta, desinteressada, de caràcter benvolent, que està basada únicament en sentiments humanitaris, altruistes i de solidaritat social, i no té, per tant, cap mena de caràcter laboral .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La permanència dels voluntaris o voluntàries i col·laboradors o col·laboradores al servei de la protecció civil local serà gratuïta i honorífica, sense cap dret a reclamar salari, remuneració o premi, si bé l'Ajuntament, en determinats casos justificats i/o excepcionals, podrà arbitrar fórmules de compensació per despeses derivades del servei o de l'assistència a cursos de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Queden exclosos del paràgraf anterior les indemnitzacions corresponents per danys soferts com a conseqüència de la seva presentació, segons el que estableixen els articles 31 i 32.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La condició de voluntari o voluntària faculta, únicament, per realitzar les activitats amb protecció civil local reflectides a l'article 15 d'aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La condició de voluntari o voluntària no empara cap activitat amb finalitat religiosa, política o sindical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció segona: Uniformitat i identificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 22&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A totes les actuacions previstes, de caràcter operatiu, el voluntari o voluntària haurà d'anar correctament uniformat o uniformada i acreditat o acreditada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 23&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tots els i les components de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell mostraran al costat esquerre del pit el distintiu de Protecció Civil, a la part superior de la màniga esquerra es posarà l'escut del Cos de voluntaris i voluntàries, sota el qual figurarà el nom de l'Ajuntament des Castell, i a la màniga dreta, el nom de la Comunitat de les Illes Balears. Segons &lt;em&gt;el BOIB Article 19 del nou Decret 32/2019 de 10 de maig.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 24&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Es proporcionarà un carnet acreditatiu a cada voluntari i voluntària de l'Agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Aquest document té l'única i exclusiva finalitat de reconèixer la condició de voluntari o voluntària de Protecció Civil de qui és el o la titular, i queda severament restringit fer-ne ús amb altres finalitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció tercera: Formació i entrenament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. És objectiu prioritari en l'àmbit de protecció civil local la preparació del seu personal a tots els nivells, des de la formació inicial fins a la continuada i permanent durant la relació voluntari/a-agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La formació inicial del voluntari o voluntària té com a finalitat informar i posar en contacte el voluntari o voluntària amb els coneixements bàsics i les realitats vinculades a la protecció civil local, així com amb els diferents camps d'actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Juntament amb aquesta finalitat orientadora del futur del voluntari o voluntària, aquesta informació i entrenament inicial faciliten la capacitació dels voluntaris i voluntàries a incorporar-se en condicions d'eficàcia a la unitat d'intervenció corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 26&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La formació permanent i continuada del voluntari o voluntària té com a objectiu no només la garantia i la posada en pràctica d'un dret seu, sinó, sobretot, atendre les necessitats reals de la prestació del servei i poder obtenir els nivells més alts de responsabilitat, eficàcia i seguretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 27&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell podrà participar amb el seu personal als cursos de formació i entrenament que organitza la Direcció General d'Interior i Seguretat de Protecció civil de l'EBAP i mentre la convocatòria faci explícita aquesta possibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. L'Ajuntament, mitjançant l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell, podrà organitzar els seus propis cursos dins l'àmbit local, el contingut i la durada dels quals hauran de ser aprovats per la Direcció General d'Interior (Servei de Protecció civil).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. L'organisme organitzador de cada curs serà el responsable d'emetre les seves pròpies certificacions d'assistència i/o aprofitament, amb l'obligació, una vegada finalitzat el curs, de comunicar al Servei de Protecció civil del Govern de les Illes Balears la relació d'assistents i qualificació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 28&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'activitat formativa s'articularà de la manera següent, &lt;em&gt;segons el BOIB Article 15 del nou decret 32/2019 de 10 de maig:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;JORNADES D'INICIACIÓ I D'ORIENTACIÓ. Per part de la mateixa Agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;FORMACIÓ INICIAL BÀSICA. Per part del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CURSOS DE FORMACIÓ HOMOLOGATS. Aquests cursos s'han de tenir en consideració pel sistema d'emergències de les Illes Balears, sempre que formin part del catàleg d'activitats formatives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;JORNADES D'ESPECIALITZACIÓ. Per incrementar habilitats, a càrrec de la Direcció General d'Emergències i Interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció quarta: Drets dels voluntaris i voluntàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 29&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Els voluntaris i voluntàries tenen dret a utilitzar els emblemes, els distintius i els equips del servei i els corresponents a la seva categoria en totes les actuacions per a les quals sigui requerit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. A efectes d'identificació, en cas d'intervenció, emergències o calamitats, l'ús d'aquests elements és obligatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Igualment, el voluntari o voluntària té el dret de rebre una acreditació suficient per part de l'Ajuntament on presta el servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 30&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El voluntari o voluntària té dret que li siguin reintegrades les despeses de manutenció, transport i allotjament que hagi hagut d'atendre en la prestació del servei, despeses que haurà de satisfer l'administració pública de la qual depengui la planificació i l'organització del dispositiu establert .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En qualsevol cas, aquesta compensació de les despeses no té caràcter de remuneració o salari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 31&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El voluntari o la voluntària té dret a adoptar totes les mesures necessàries per evitar situacions que suposin perills innecessaris per a ells o elles o altres persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En qualsevol cas, el voluntari o la voluntària té dret a estar assegurat contra possibles perills derivats de la seva actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Si el voluntari o voluntària es lesiona per causes derivades de la seva actuació com a membre de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell, el cas estarà cobert per una assegurança d'accidents que garantirà com a mínim les prestacions mèdiques i farmacèutiques necessàries .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. De la mateixa manera, queden assegurades les indemnitzacions corresponents en els casos que, com a conseqüència de l'accident, sobrevingui invalidesa permanent o defunció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. El personal voluntari en pràctiques té dret a estar cobert per les assegurances que li corresponen en les mateixes condicions que el personal voluntari de ple dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 32&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Els danys i perjudicis que, com a conseqüència dels treballs de voluntariat, poden rebre tant un voluntari o voluntària com terceres persones, queden coberts per una assegurança de responsabilitat civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La modalitat de les pòlisses d'assegurances i quanties de les indemnitzacions corresponents seran fixades per l'administració competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Els voluntaris i voluntàries ASPIRANTS tenen dret a les corresponents assegurances.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Les quanties de les assegurances s'han d'actualitzar anualment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. L'Ajuntament serà responsable civil subsidiari, conforme a la legislació vigent, en virtut de la potestat de comandament sobre l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 33&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El voluntari o voluntària té dret a obtenir tota la informació possible sobre la tasca que s'ha de fer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Així mateix, té dret a conèixer tots els aspectes referents a l'organització de l'Agrupació a què pertany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 34&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El voluntari o voluntària de Protecció Civil des Castell té dret a obtenir el suport material de l'Agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Així mateix, té dret a participar en l'estructura de l'Agrupació i opinar sobre el treball desenvolupat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El voluntari o voluntària pot efectuar les peticions, els suggeriments i les reclamacions que consideri necessàries, que s'han d'adreçar al coordinador o coordinadora de l'Agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció cinquena: Deures dels voluntaris i voluntàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 35&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Tot voluntari o voluntària ha de respectar l'estructura jeràrquica i funcional de l'Agrupació i col·laborarà perquè sigui eficaç al màxim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Els voluntaris i voluntàries hauran d'acatar la direcció d'altres organismes competents, en determinades actuacions previstes al PLATERBAL, INFOBAL, INUBAL, METEOBAL, MERPEBAL, CAMBAL, GEOBAL o plans d'actuació municipal com en el cas d'extinció d'incendis forestals i urbans , etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. En cap cas, el voluntari o voluntària o col·laborador o col·laboradora de Protecció Civil actuarà com a membre de l'Agrupació fora dels actes de servei. Això no obstant, podrà intervenir amb caràcter estrictament personal, i sense cap vinculació amb l'Agrupació, en aquells supòsits relacionats amb el seu deure com a ciutadà o ciutadana, utilitzant coneixements i experiències derivades de la seva activitat en el voluntariat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 36&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El voluntari o voluntària té el deure de conservar i mantenir en perfectes condicions d'ús el material i equip que li hagin donat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Els danys que pugui causar com a conseqüència de fer-ne un ús incorrecte o per falta de manteniment seran responsabilitat del voluntari o voluntària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. En qualsevol cas, tot el material en poder del voluntari o voluntària serà retornat a l'Agrupació si es modifiquen les circumstàncies que van aconsellar o habilitar tenir-lo en dipòsit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció sisena: Recompenses i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 37&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'activitat altruista, solidària i no lucrativa exclou tota la remuneració però no impedeix el reconeixement dels mèrits del voluntari o voluntària i, per tant, donar constància a efectes honorífics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Juntament amb aquesta distinció de conductes meritòries, també són objecte d'estudi les possibles faltes comeses pels voluntaris i les voluntàries, les quals van associades a sancions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Tant els mèrits i honors concedits, com les faltes i les seves sancions, seran anotats a l'expedient personal de l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 38&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La valoració de les conductes meritòries que puguin merèixer una recompensa, sempre de caràcter no material, correspon a l'alcalde/alcaldessa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La iniciativa d'aquest reconeixement meritori correspon al coordinador o coordinadora de l'Agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 39&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La valoració de les conductes meritòries es farà mitjançant reconeixements públics, diplomes o medalles, a més d'altres distincions que puguin concedir l'Ajuntament o altres administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 40&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La sanció és conseqüència de la comissió d'una infracció respecte del que disposa aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Les infraccions es poden considerar lleus, greus o molt greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 41&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Es consideren faltes lleus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) La descurança en la conservació i el manteniment de l'equip i el material a càrrec del voluntari o voluntària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) La negligència en l'exercici de les funcions quan no s'atribueix a una falta més greu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) La incorrecció cap al públic o les persones que integren l'Agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) La desobediència als comandos del servei quan això no suposi maltractament de paraula o obra i no afecti el servei que s'hagin de complir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Les faltes lleus poden ser sancionades amb advertiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 42&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Es consideren faltes greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) El fet de no seguir les normes orgàniques i funcionals de l'Agrupació d'una manera manifesta i/o no justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) La notòria desconsideració envers la ciutadania o els membres de l'Agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) La negligència que causi danys de consideració als locals, el material o els documents de l'Agrupació, així com a l'equip que tingui a càrrec seu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) La greu pertorbació de l'activitat de l'Agrupació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) La utilització injustificada fora dels actes propis del servei de l'equip, el material o els distintius de l'Agrupació Local de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Les faltes greus es poden sancionar amb la suspensió temporal de la condició de voluntari o voluntària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 43&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Es consideren faltes molt greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Deixar de complir, sense causa justificada, les exigències del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Haver estat condemnat o condemnada, amb sentència ferma, per qualsevol acte considerat delicte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Utilitzar o exhibir indegudament les identificacions del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) L'agressió a qualsevol membre de l'Agrupació i la desobediència que pugui afectar l'èxit de la missió encomanada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Negar-se a complir les sancions de suspensió que li hagin estat imposades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) El consum de drogues i l'abús d'alcohol en actes de servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Les faltes molt greus se sancionaran amb la suspensió temporal i, si escau, amb l'expulsió definitiva de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 44&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els advertiments i les sancions per faltes greus o molt greus són competència exclusiva del batlle/batllessa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 45&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El voluntari o voluntària tindrà dret a un procés just i equànime que en garanteixi al màxim la defensa en cas de sancions reglamentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secció setena: Rescissió i suspensió de l'enllaç amb l'Agrupació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 46&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Són causes de suspensió temporal de la vinculació voluntària amb l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) El compliment de les sancions establertes als articles 42, 43 i 44.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) L'embaràs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) L'atenció a nadons o fills o filles menors a petició de l'interessat o la interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) La malaltia perllongada justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) La realització d'estudis fora del municipi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) El fet de tenir una feina que impliqui llargs i freqüents desplaçaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Cessament com a voluntari o voluntària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Per reincorporar-se ho haurà de sol·licitar explícitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 47&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La relació voluntària amb l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell podrà ser rescindida per les causes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Per la petició expressa i per escrit de l'interessat o la interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Per la no-renovació anual de l'enllaç&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Per declaració d'incapacitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Per haver quedat en situació d'inhabilitació per a l'exercici de càrrecs públics, per sentència ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Per expulsió com a conseqüència d'un procediment d'aplicació de sancions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 48&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tots els casos en què es produeixi la rescissió de la relació del voluntari o voluntària amb l'Agrupació, aquest o aquesta tornarà immediatament els equips i credencials que tingui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTICLE 49&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tot cas s'expedirà a petició de la persona interessada, una certificació en què constin els serveis prestats a l'Agrupació, així com la causa per la qual es va acordar la baixa, i se'n remetrà una còpia al Registre d'agrupacions de voluntaris de la Direcció General d'Interior i del servei de Protecció Civil de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DISPOSICIONS FINALS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'Ajuntament des Castell col·labora amb la Direcció General d'Interior i el Servei de Protecció Civil de la CAIB en les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Organització de cursos de formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Normalització i homologació d'equips&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Elaboració de normes i directrius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Constitució d'un registre d'agrupacions locals de voluntaris &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Règim disciplinari superior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. De la composició de l'Agrupació de voluntaris i voluntàries de Protecció Civil des Castell es farà un registre on hi hagi constància de tota la informació necessària sobre les persones que en formin part.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Successivament s'aniran adjuntant annexos al present Reglament, els quals podran patir modificacions, una vegada aprovat el present Reglament, sense que sigui necessària una revisió íntegra, ni que el Ple municipal ho hagi d'aprovar novament; llevat que sigui qüestió d'alterar l'articulat. Els diferents annexos seran aprovats per l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Les instruccions i directrius que siguin necessàries per al desenvolupament i l'aplicació del present Reglament, les dictarà l'Alcaldia, el regidor/a responsable de Protecció Civil, o el coordinador/coordinadora de Protecció Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
