&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ara s'han detectat una sèrie d'errades materials que és necessari rectificar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 56.2 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, la rectificació dels errors materials i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que els hagi dictat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller de Model Econòmic, Turisme i Treball, en la sessió de 21 de març de 2022, adoptà, entre d'altres, l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Rectificar les errades materials del Decret llei 3/2022, d'11 de febrer, de mesures urgents per a la sostenibilitat i la circularitat del turisme de les Illes Balears. Les rectificacions es fan en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Al punt 9&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A la versió catalana i a la versió castellana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
