&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“Fets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El dia 19 de juliol de 2019 es va dictar el Decret pel qual es van designar les persones que formen la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes en representació dels diferents grups polítics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Dia 17 de febrer de 2022 la portaveu del GRUP EL Pl — PROPOSTA PER LES ILLES BALEARS al Consell de Mallorca, comunica el canvi de representació per part del Grup a la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes, designant a la Sra. Francisca Mora Veny, com a titular i a la Sra. Isabel Febrer Gelabert com a suplent a la Comissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Dia 22 de febrer de 2022, el Sr. Pedro Soler Cladera, com a portaveu del Grup Mixt del Consell de Mallorca, comunica el seu nomenament com a membre titular en representació del Grup que representa a la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot això&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Nomenar&amp;nbsp; com a membres de la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes del Consell Insular de Mallorca en representació del GRUP EL Pl — PROPOSTA PER LES ILLES BALEARS al Consell de Mallorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- A la Sra. Francisca Mora Veny com a titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- A la Sra. Isabel Febrer Gelabert&amp;nbsp;com a suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Nomenar com a membre titular de la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes per part del Grup Mixt del Consell de Mallorca&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;al Sr. Pedro Soler Cladera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Comunicar aquest Decret a les persones interessades i publicar-ne el contingut en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar aquest Decret a la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Donar-ne compte al Ple, en la primera sessió ordinària que tengui lloc.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
