&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“RESOLUCIÓ DE PRESIDÈNCIA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SRA. ANA JUAN TORRES, PRESIDENTA DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA, ILLES BALEARS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistes les bases que regeixen el concurs-oposició per a la creació d'una borsa de Tècnics/ques d'Inserció Laboral, per cobrir, amb caràcter interí o temporal, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina del Consell Insular de Formentera, BOIB núm. 104, de 5 d'agost de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que aquest procés selectiu es regeix per les determinacions contingudes en aquesta convocatòria específica i per les Bases Generals de convocatòries de processos de selecció del Consell Insular de Formentera, publicades al BOIB núm. 46, de 5 d'abril de 2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atesa la documentació presentada pels aspirants que s'ha tramitat segons la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la Resolució de Presidència de dia 24 d'agost de 2021 per la qual s'aprovà el llistat provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos al procés selectiu d'una borsa de Tècnics/ques d'Inserció Laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la resolució de Presidència de dia 28 d'agost de 2021, de correcció d'errada material, que aprova el llistat provisional d'aspirants admesos al procés selectiu d'una borsa de Tècnics/ques d'Inserció Laboral, per cobrir, amb caràcter interí o temporal, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist que ha transcorregut el termini per realitzar esmenes, al·legacions o reclamacions, i s'han presentat diverses esmenes, segons informe emès per l'àrea de secretaria de data 20 de gener i 28 de febrer de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que s'ha detectat una errada material a la Resolució de Presidència de data 02 de març de 2022, en concret al punt primer del He Resolt, on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- APROVAR&lt;/strong&gt; el següent llistat definitiu &lt;strong&gt;d'aspirants admesos &lt;/strong&gt;al procés selectiu d'una borsa de Tècnics/ques d'Inserció Laboral, per cobrir, amb caràcter interí o temporal, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina del Consell Insular de Formentera:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una volta que s'ha aixecat l'estat d'alarma acordat pel Reial decret 926/2020, de 25 d'octubre, pel qual es declarà l'estat d'alarma per contenir la propagació d'infeccions causades pel SARS-CoV-2, prorrogat fins al 10 de maig de 2021 pel Reial decret 956/2020, de 3 de novembre, cal estar a les mesures de prevenció sanitària que se citen tot seguit, com es deriva de la següent normativa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTATAL:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Reial decret llei 13/2021, de 24 de juny&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;em&gt;por el que se modifican la Ley 2/2021, de 29 de marzo, de medidas urgentes de prevención, contención y coordinación para hacer frente a la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, y el Real Decreto-ley 26/2020, de 7 de julio, de medidas de reactivación económica para hacer frente al impacto del COVID-19 en los ámbitos de transportes y vivienda, publicat al BOE núm. 151, de 25 de juny de 2021.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;AUTONÒMICA BALEAR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Decret llei 5/2021, de 7 de maig&lt;/strong&gt;, pel qual es modifiquen la Llei 16/2010, de 28 de desembre, de salut pública de les Illes Balears, i el Decret llei 11/2020, de 10 de juliol, pel qual s'estableix un règim sancionador específic per fer front als incompliments de les disposicions dictades per pal·liar els efectes de la crisi ocasionada per la COVID-19, publicat al BOIB núm. 60, de 8 de maig de 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Acord del Consell de Govern de 14 de febrer de 2022,&lt;/strong&gt; pel qual s'estableixen els nivells d'alerta sanitària que s'han d'aplicar en cada una de les illes, es modifica el Pla de Mesures de Prevenció, Contenció i Coordinació Front a la COVID-19 i s'aprova un nou Pla Específic de Mesures de Prevenció i Contenció de la COVID-19 en els Serveis Socials, aprovats per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 25 d'octubre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 24, de 14 de febrer de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Acord del Consell de Govern de 28 de febrer de 2022&lt;/strong&gt;, pel qual s'estableix el nou Pla de Mesures Front a la COVID-19, i que substitueix el Pla de Mesures de Prevenció, Contenció i Coordinació Front a la COVID-19 que es va aprovar mitjançant l'annex 1 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 25 d'octubre de 2021. (BOIB núm. 31, de data 1 de març de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I atès, finalment, que, en qualsevol cas, hom ha d'acomplir necessàriament totes les mesures sanitàries i de prevenció derivades de la normativa anteriorment citada, amb l'adopció de totes les exigències que la situació comporta, i les seues actualitzacions, segons que correspongui. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, i per les competències que té atribuïdes la Presidència segons el Decret de Presidència de data 15 d'octubre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 146, de 26 d'octubre de 2021), en relació amb l'article 9.2.&lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars, i tota la normativa aplicable que estigui vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESOLT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
