    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 175 de 23 de desembre de 2021, ha publicat l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 pel qual s'aprova el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durant la preparació de les publicacions dels acords i decrets adoptats pel Consell de Govern de dia 20 de desembre de 2021 que es trameten al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, es va cometre una errata en l'apartat IV.1.20 de la pàgina 51635 i a l'apartat IV.3.2 de la pàgina 51640.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès tot l'anterior i, d'acord amb l'article 19.2 i 19.4 del Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol, pel qual es regula el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Corregir l'errata advertida en la versió catalana de l' l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 pel qual s'aprova el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023 de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Millorar la capacitació professional en matèria de diversitat sexual i de gènere del personal que actua en àmbits sensibles a l'efecte de proporcionar-li eines per millorar el bon tracte en la intervenció que s'ofereix des dels serveis d'atenció de les Illes Balears a les persones i famílies LGTBIQ+&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Promoure el coneixement de les causes, les característiques i les dificultats d'identificació dels problemes i de les conseqüències de l'LGTBI-fòbia, a l'efecte de disposar de dades sobre aquesta matèria que ajudin a elaborar polítiques públiques antidiscriminatòries en clau LGTBI arreu del territori de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Accions de recerca i estudis relacionats amb les causes, les característiques i les dificultats d'identificació dels problemes i les conseqüències de l'LGTBI-fòbia com una manifestació més de les violències masclistes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Oferir a les empreses de les Illes Balears instruments perquè puguin desenvolupar accions de responsabilitat social en polítiques LGTBI a l'efecte d'evitar situacions de rebuig i de discriminació de les persones per raó de la seva orientació sexual, identitat de gènere o expressió de gènere&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Millorar la capacitació professional en matèria de diversitat sexual i de gènere del personal que actua en àmbits sensibles a l'efecte de proporcionar-li eines per millorar el bon tracte en la intervenció que s'ofereix des dels serveis d'atenció de les Illes Balears a les persones i famílies LGTBIQ+&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
